Very irritating!"

Contras: "Plane felt like a 1990 air France flight. Cabin dated. The least amount of room I can remember on a plane. When sitting upright and the person in front reclined, i looked at their head and if I crossed my arms, it would touch the seat in front. Could not pick up pillow that dropped on the floor, could not bend around the seat in front. Very hard to get out to use the toilet. Felt very claustrophobic."

Contras: "Entertainment options more limited than Delta or Virgin, who I’ve usually flown intercontinental. Boarding in Zurich was a mess. No order to it and they didn’t start boarding until 20 minutes before takeoff. Nearly every intercontinental flight I’ve taken needs closed to 45-60 minutes to do a full board. Sure we made up the time in the air but the process to get on the plane was frustrating."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Contras: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Contras: "My connecting flight to san francisco was through Delta, which it was on a different terminal, I had to carry my luggage out of the airport in order to get to delta’s terminal - the buildings are not connected."

Prós: "Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise."

Contras: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Contras: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Prós: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Contras: "Atraso de 2 horas. Lugares mais apertados que companhias Lowcost. Em geral bem pior que Ryanair."

Contras: "cerca de 35 minutos de atraso, num voo de 1 hora. porque o aviao chegou atarsado do voo anterior porque o congestionamento no aeroporto forçou a uma espera de 15 minutos na pista."

Contras: "O facto de o voo ter atrasado 1h, e na altura do embarque, em vez de chamarem por ordem da fila, chamarem pelo tipo de bilhete (não contando com embarques prioritários)."

Contras: "My luggage did not make it to Florence from Lisbon. Very unhappy about that."

Contras: "Legroom is getting more and more short. Delays are the motto within TAP. THis time, more than one hour at departure and more than 15 minutes waitinmg for a stand on arrival."

Prós: "Mesmo com aviões pequenos viajar na Tap é sempre um prazer."

Contras: "The space/seat size was very limited"

Contras: "Ticket/luggage issues not handled very well. Long wait lines. No notification of plane delay on monitors."

Contras: "They didn’t allowed to add one luggage for free( not carry on) they charged and for international fly , all companies allow one"

Contras: "They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks."

Prós: "The crew was bilingual and very friendly."
Contras: "The TVs did not work. The sandwiches we had for breakfast were underwhelming, especially after having a 4.5 hour delay prior to boarding"

Prós: "NOTHING WAS GOOD"
Contras: "EVERYTHING could have been better. communication especially. a WHOLE DAY OF MY HOLIDAY WAS LOST"

Prós: "Space between our feet."
Contras: "Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat."

Contras: "No clear advice about extra luggage fees In Miami I got help and paid $100 In Madrid, I tried to purchase the extra luggage on line. The website gave me an error. Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!"

Contras: "The flight was 20 minutes late boarding us, and the plane took off over an hour later than expected. The boarding gate was so close to the other two next to it, that were also boarding at the same time, it was impossible to hear what was being said and know what was going on. the crew also lost my luggage on the flight from Madrid to Valencia and I have still not received it"

Prós: "Clean, spacious-feeling and new-ish plane. Relaxed and friendly cabin crew. Nice relaxing music and videos during boarding."
Contras: "Not many toilets serving the back of the plane."

Contras: "I have to cancel my flight and the meeting I had in Madrid to the 2 hours delay."

Prós: "Flight itself was good, no options for emtertainment tho"
Contras: "Check in was terrible at the terminal. Poor signs or personnel to guide the checkin lines caused fights among passengers and confusion where to check in from. Ground attendants arrived and did not inform the crowd right away causing dangerous physical and verbal fights among people making different lines. Terrible situation"

Prós: "The punctuality"
Contras: "Food"

Contras: "No wheel chair in Madrid as REQUESTED"

Prós: "clean plane food and drinks comfortable seats"
Contras: "warm and no way of adjusting a personal vent"

Prós: "I liked the Boeing 787"
Contras: "The service sucked. The crew speaks very weak English. The crew only comes around the cabin very few times. Not good on a 9 1/2 hour flight."

Prós: "We didn’t crash"
Contras: "Aggressive, offensive, regimented staff almost strip searched people to assure no one violated their carry on ( one item, no purse) rule. We fortunately complied, but they humiliated an entire family for minor violations"

Prós: "The Embraer is a great regional aircraft."
Contras: "There are plenty of air bridges to use at Porto airport, but AirEuropa chooses to use a stand that requires busing passengers from the terminal and back. No IFE."

Contras: "An hour to check in is unreasonable and the having to go to a separate counter to pay for a bag was a joke."

Prós: "No frills, had a laptop based entertainment system."
Contras: "Food was just OK."

Prós: "Plane left on time. The food was good."

Contras: "The seats were very uncomfortable for a long flight. There was also no air circulation so it was extremely hot. The fact that we had to pay for internet is ridiculous. How much more money are these airlines trying to pump out of us? I will not be flying with air europa in the future."

Prós: "The crew was helpful. The protracted headrests were nice for sleeping."
Contras: "The planes were pretty antiquated and the seats were hard and uncomfortable. They were no oxygen ports which was troublesome for long 8 hour flights. Lack of fresh air! Only 10kg weight limit for carry on luggage."

Contras: "Delayed, both ways"

Prós: "excellent service, better than expected. flight took off 10 minutes early and arrived 20 minutes early"

Prós: "The view"
Contras: "Beeing 1.5 hours late for a 25min flight No info Filthy airplane"

Contras: "The check in took more than an hour, by that time the flight was already boarding and had to beg people to let me pass. I was one of the last people to board. I was at the airport roughly hour and half in advance, and the flight attendants at the check-in counters didn't care how much time you had left to make it to your flight. Awful experience!!!"

Prós: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Contras: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."

Prós: "it was very good in general"

Prós: "Everything about the flight from the moment I boarded was totally fine."
Contras: "The line to get checked-in in Barcelona was extremely long and I waited nearly an hour - can't help thinking if the online check-in was more dependable, it would have been a shorter line, but I made it to my gate with time to grab some lunch so life's still not all that bad."

Contras: "No teníannTV!!"

Prós: "Onboard service was great. A small tram picked me up as I was in a Wheelchair and transported myself and companions to the terminal."

Prós: "The food was good, and my luggage arrived safe."
Contras: "It wasnt so comfortable and there was not TV or even radio, or entertainment for an 8hour flight. Also when trying to sleep, crew continues to pass by and turn on airplane lights."

Prós: "Seat clean crew nice windows new different improved. I liked you served pinapple juice The dinner was very good. TV great"
Contras: "The breakfast ...not so good (but good that you provide it.) The whitebreard sandwich could be much better...I don't even know what was in it. The muffin was not interesting but it tasted ok. apple is,better. it was just sugar. Maybe a bigger yoguart plain with real berries. a sandwich ham and cheese on a croissant then I eat at least the croissant! then you don't need a muffin."

Prós: "Food"
Contras: "Flight was delayed"

Prós: "They leave me in Santo Domingo with no reason and no phone to call and solve the problem. That cause problems with my job. They don't have customer service to help people in this case."

Prós: "I was in business class on 787 and everything was fine."

Prós: "It got us to our destination. A member of the crew, the male attendant (can't remember his name), was very kind and helpful. We sat in the emergency exit row and it was the first time an attendant ever went over evacuation procedures for sitting there. (We always try to get the exit row bc I am six feet tall.) He was personable and funny and made us comfortable after waiting a long time to finally board."
Contras: "We couldn't find it! Our boarding pass said go to Gate ABC however that's not a thing. Each Gate A, Gate B, and Gate C had like 60 options. The crew from the previous flight didn't mention how to find connections or where to go and when we asked airport employees, they took one look at our ticket and said they didn't understand what Gate ABC meant. We saw a board and discovered it was Gate B65---a 45 minute run/walk away. We ran through the airport. We heard our flight being announced as final boarding so we ran even faster. When we got there, the attendant asked us if we were transfers and we confirmed. She then said that she was about to call our names. We were relieved we made it in time. Then we got on the bus to get to the train and waited 35 minutes!!! Why were we rushed through the airport only to wait on the bus?? Other people boarding after us did not look rushed at all. Also, the female crew member kept telling my mom to move her purse. My mom explained that it was attached to her outfit and that she wore it through takeoff but the attendant didn't listen because she just said again that my mom had to stow it. But it was part of her clothes! It couldn't detach! My mom explained again but the attendant said back "it is our policy to store purses." It was frustrating bc she either wasn't listening or didn't understand even when my mom showed her it was attached. She just stood there looking at my mom. It was attached to her jacket so my mom finally said whatever and had to take off her entire jacket (scarf was also attached) and put it in the overhead bins all because the woman seemed like she didn't understand English."

Prós: "The flight was delayed for five hours."
Contras: "The waiting."

Prós: "The airplane was neat and the crew nice also, I don't have complains about that."
Contras: "Too little space between seats, always has the person behind putting their knees in my back! Also the food is not that great, and had to pay even for the earphones!"

Prós: "Muy buena"
Contras: "Muchas veces las azafatas eran hostil y/o muy serias"

Contras: "it was delayed. they told us wouldn't affect our connection. Going out to get on and off the plane- awfullll . having to board a bus to go to the terminal and waiting. terrible."

Prós: "Service was superb, meals excellent, new plane comfortable ... Highly recommend ..."
Contras: "The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ...."

Prós: "Just boring, nothing stands out. Just plain get on & get off."
Contras: "Nothing"

Prós: "timeliness and attentive staff."
Contras: "Tne Air Europa departures site at Barajas is like a State Secret- almost impossible to find. The airport info is no more helpful. Once you do get to Terminal I, there are No signs directing you to their ticketing desks. You have to go askina people and praying they do not mislead you ,to finally find it literally at landsend. It would be very helpful if the airline included information as to the correct terminal and the position of the baggage and boarding pass check in in its reminder of the scheduled flight. I hesitate to travel with them again because of the airport experience, not their service once you find them."

Contras: "The seats didn't have their own screen."

Prós: "We made it safe."
Contras: "I got "upgraded" to first class. Where the spacing between seats was smaller than USA economy seating. After jamming my knees in I was told being upgraded didn't entitle me to free food or drinks. Yup wanted to charge for a bag of peanuts. Adding insult to injury takes about an hour to get your bag when you finally get off."

Prós: "Service"
Contras: "The seating space was horrible. I have used this airline before and everything was good, but this experience was not comfortable. I could barely move in my seat. The rest was good but can work on the space issue."

Prós: "Very modern fleet, good food for an excellent price."
Contras: "We were late."
