Contras: "Voo com atraso de 40 minutos. Não deixaram os passageiros com conceção sair primeiro. Não havia ninguém para nos acompanhar. Ninguem sabia dar informações viemos para o hotel sem bagagem porque ninguém sabia quando chegava."

Contras: "Não pude fazer o vôo por falha grave da swiss que atrasou e não teve o cuidado de fazer com que os passageiros chegassem à sua conceção atempadamente. Senti-me muito desamparada."

Prós: "The crew were personable and the chocolate that was offered near the end of the flight was a nice touch."
Contras: "Cramped, cramped, cramped!!!!! The seat pitch was just so uncomfortably short so much so that when the person in front of me reclined his seat, the TV screen was a mere 1-2 feet away from my face making it impossible to watch anything without getting crossed eyed or a headache. This unfortunate situation has influenced this review greatly particularly because this wasn’t a 2 hour flight but a long haul one."

Contras: "The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight."

Prós: "The BUD-ZRH flight was on Swissair aircraft, not on Edelweiss or another low cost feeder airline. Over the years, I have flown both options, and while Edelweiss is a fine carrier, Swissair flights are still a cut above. Contributing to the positive experience was the friendly agent at check-in at BUD."

Prós: "They have a policy of letting kids under 5 board early which was a boon to us! The veggie pasta was really delicious."

Prós: "I did not take this flight. I had to change my itinerary to accommodate a change in my work commitments and tried to cancel this flight but was unable."
Contras: "I am never ordering a ticket through your services again. And I will certainly advise friends and colleagues against doing so. Your customer service is execrable. This is the second time in a year that I have had to spend hours of time in an attempt to cancel a flight and have lost the full ticket cost because of all your terms and conditions and fine (=unfindable, unreadable) print. The lack of transparency regarding baggage fees is outrageous. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars in such fees after having had no such notice - and no inkling - that that would be the case. We call this a "racket" in the United States."

Prós: "The food,crew and flight were flawless. Our flight scheduling had us connecting within a thirty minute period in zurich and we had to run to catch the flight. Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

Contras: "There was no indication of what line went where while in the boarding process. Nobody told us that we needed to get a blue stamp (??) on our boarding ticket, for what I still don't know. So then we needed to get in ANOTHER line and get the stamp and then stand in line AGAIN just to get on the plane! For being Swiss you'd think you'd have this part down AT LEAST! Boarding by seat number would have been a better idea. Everybody was all over the place getting their bags stored above."

Prós: "The Lufthansa flight from Charlotte to Munich and then toMumbai was excellent. Punctual, Food and the Service was good.the"
Contras: "The Air India did not transferred my luggage when I reached there midnight. The Air India Ticket counter opened at 2:30 AM only then they booked my luggage to Bangalore. The luggage was handled very poorly and they broke my Golf Carrier which I bought for $350 in September of 2016. The Airlines wanted to settle for $15 compensation."

Prós: "If you want to improve you need more staff to service massive numbers of travellers."
Contras: "Most of it okay except add more toilets or arrange a proper way to deal with large numbers of travellers"

Contras: "My 6am flight was cancelled while we were waiting in line. No one explained anything. Just went up to desk and I was put on a flight an hour later. But then my bag did not make it I was there in plenty of time to check in. Easy explanation would have helped"

Contras: "between lunch and supper snack one isle had only one water serving and my isle had none. So for 6 hours we had no water serving. This is why I gave crew rating OK only. Also the supper pizza snack was horrible. By comparison, United gives full drink cans so they last longer. I suggest Lufthansa also should serve full drink cans in long flights."

Contras: "For people who are going frequently to the US because of the small airplane from FRA_TLV A321 It is not worth for me buying Primer Economy since it is mixed and in British it is all the wayTLV-PHL 2 airplanes with primer economy"

Prós: "The crew, again, was fabulous. Boarding, once the stuffy wait was over, went quickly. They attended to every request with smiles, gentle humor, and without delay. Nonstop movies were a great help on this second of two long legs, and it was really nice to have control over pausing, replaying portions, and jumping ahead past sex scenes. A 10-sec forward button like the back button would be very useful to skip nudity scenes, there were families around us! The trip was as comfortable as it could be, given close proximity of seats. Appreciated the pillows and blankets, and frequent water and drinks."
Contras: "Boarding was pretty terrible - no instructions, go left, give up the water bottle we JUST BOUGHT even though it was still unopened (it had to be "sealed", still no idea what that means because the seal wasn't broken), and the waiting room was very stuffy! Seemed we should have been able to get air...? Boarding went quickly, though, thankfully. Breakfast was pretty bad, one of us just skipped it once opened because it was so unappetizing. Would have liked movie ratings to appear in the descriptions to save the risk of getting started on lame shows."

Contras: "Every time LH lands in Bangalore, the priority bags are never given priority. Secondly, my bags were opened and items from inside the bag were taken, like pants and shoes. The luggage strap around the bag was removed and stolen."

Really!! a tv screen on the back of the seat that has videos etc. I almost threw up from the constant pounding of the man hitting the screen on the back of my seat. Contras: "way too difficult to try to get exit row seats- I went on line precisely 23 hours before the fight and could not figure out the exit rows- legend said they would be marked by a red line but were not. Very frustrating."

Contras: "Canceled and delayed flights are unavoidable but deceitful customer agents is unacceptable. We will never fly Lufthansa again."

Contras: "My plane was non existent and put me on a time crunch for connecting flight."

Prós: "First time for flying Lufthansa and I rate it higher than Emirates which was my favorite until now. Reasons? Number one, the crew. On top of every detail for a comfortable flight. Ten hours and I didn't sleep at all( never can sleep sitting up) and I think they came by with extra water and juices at least six times. Two hot meals of delicious food, superb snacks available near the galley, and comfortable seats with better than average legroom."
Contras: "Can't think of anything except the length of the flight which can't be helped."

Prós: "The flight attendants were very kind and attentive. Our flight was delayed twice, once in Frankfurt for late luggage and the ground crew left without pushing back the plane, then again in Seattle for a plane on the tarmac on fire. A 10 hour flight turned into 14 hours but I still enjoyed it. There was plenty of leg room and the seats were very comfortable. The entertainment was very enjoyable and the meals were satisfying. For such a long haul Lufthansa made the time flyby."
Contras: "The crying baby a couple rows back. Also some smelly passengers that have poor hygiene."

Prós: "The problem was a family with 4 children who failed to parent their children which made this 7 hour flight a nightmare. Their children yelled, screamed and cried the entire flight and their parents did nothing. Their children laid in the center aisles, jumped up and down in the seats like a trampoline. They played with the trays like a toy repeatedly opening and closing them for fun. They tossed pillows at each other and the father handed them back to them to do it again and again. The parents didn't even seat their children in - the flight attendant had to do it. In our section there was no sleeping only total frustration. I love kids but sitting behind totally irresponsible parents made this return flight a nightmare while awake"

Contras: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Contras: "Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Contras: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Contras: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Prós: "Staff at Schipol airport were lovely and very helpful. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient. On board snack was nice."
Contras: "Elbow room is a little bit awkward and I didn't get to sit next to my fiance WE will still definitely recommend KLM though!"

Contras: "No power to charge phones, laptops, etc and no WiFi available. For such a long trip (10 hours) below industry standard."

Prós: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."
Contras: "The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish"

Prós: "It's the best flight I could get for such a low price. But don't expect to to get the best and newest planes around but it's still overall a good experience."

Contras: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."

Contras: "My seat and several others around me were broken so that they would fall all the way back if we leaned back at all. The entertainment system kept crashing and forgetting what shows everyone on board we’re watching. There were no air vents to control. The games crashed constantly. The usb hubs didn’t work."

Contras: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Contras: "One hour delay without any information on embarking and another hour in the plane before departure"

Contras: "Airplane really old. Cabin configuration economy was in front of economy plus. Just 1 bathroom for economy and economy plus. Economy plus seats old and uncunfuttable ( more than it should be )"

Prós: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Contras: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Prós: "The service was very professional."
Contras: "Everything went well."

Contras: "We got socked with 40 Euro fees for our carry on plus personal item being 2 lbs over. The biggest problem is they were picking and choosing which bags they weighed. 10 people behind us and before us got in without incident. Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."

Contras: "Flight was 1/2hr with poor pre-flight communication on the topic. Food wise, the chocolate cookie was better than nothing...but a little savory snack would have been nice."

Contras: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."

Prós: "In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy."
Contras: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Prós: "Comfort, food and service are better than average."
Contras: "When stewardess opened overhead locker, something fell on my head."

Prós: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Contras: "My seat was changed without my permission. Very unprofessional staff at Mumbai airport"

Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Prós: "Nothing. Iberia Airlines employs theives."

Contras: "Two one way tickets were purchased to Cancun. The layover was 2 hours... but since the first carrier was late, it caused us to miss our connecting flight. Because the 2 tickets were from different carriers, the airline charged us $1600 to buy new tickets. I would never buy tickets this way again."

Prós: "Perfect timing, pilots throttled up to catch up on a delayed departure, absolutely bang on. Cabin crew were great. Comfortable seats with recline."
Contras: "Inside could do with a clean, but it was an older 737 workhorse, typical wear & tear. I paid more than expected but I did get a good reliable service."

Prós: "Nada"
Contras: "El vuelo salió atrasado . Teníamos acientos en AM+. Incómodos El sistema de entretenimiento no funcionó. Pedimos que lo vean para arreglarlo. Nadie nos acercó con respuesta. Mal trato del personal a bordo"

Prós: "There was great service at the desk when I needed to have my flight rescheduled. Friendly staff in flight as well."
Contras: "Having less than an hour to deplane, go through immigration, them security just isn't enough time between flights. I missed my plane as Guadalajara immigration took almost 2 hours at 5:45am. I then had to add another flight to my itinerary. Planes are somewhat old."

Prós: "The entertainment"

Prós: "Choice of beverages was good, flight attendants impeccable."
Contras: "I was in Classe Premier. My seat was extremely hard to recline and my let rest wouldn’t extend. Very uncomfortable 2 and a half hours."

Contras: "No announcements for landing. I usually wouldn't complain about arriving early but my shuttle was not available for two hours so the early arrival added that time to my wait time."

Contras: "A horrible flight!!! We arrived at 5:04pm then we sat on the tamarac for 40 minutes before they could find a gate for us!!!! What a horrible lack of management!’ Who runs this airport/airline!? At the end they moved us to completly different terminal!!! Had to find a new transportation to the hotel!!! Again, what a horrible display of management skills!!"

Contras: "We sat on the tarmac for two hours. The flight was cold and miserable and today I’m sick."

Prós: "Surprise first class!"

Prós: "The amenities (entertainment, in-flight service) were limited."
Contras: "Upon deplaning in Cancun, an attendant asked me if I was staying there. I indicated that I was not, that I had a connection. He clearly knew I was about to be led astray, but he did nothing to prevent it. Maybe there was nothing he COULD do, but if so, why bother to ask?"

Prós: "Boarding went smoothly."
Contras: "Aeromexico was unable to provide the boarding pass for our second flight on the itinerary (operated by Delta) when we checked in in Mexico City (our checked bags were tagged all the way to Minneapolis though). They informed us that we would need to go to the Delta ticket counter when we arrived in Cancun (with a short layover). This is an unacceptable level of service."

Prós: "I try to fly on the best airlines due to the service, however the service has gone down"
Contras: "The poor service provided to customers when a flight gets delayed, there was no explanation, no gate, we were walking around the airport without any information and the food voucher barely cover a meal."

Contras: "I had to document my luggage in every airport"

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Got to the airport 2 hours before my flight to fly domestically. Waited 1.5 hours in line. Everyone who worked there didn't give a damn about anyone's situation. This isn't the first time the experience was miserable. I recommend viva or volaris. This airline can't get it together."

Prós: "Seats had the television screen in the seats instead of the monitors that come down from the ceiling. Everyone could choose what they wanted to watch. Good selection of movies and television shows. Airline stewards were nice."
Contras: "All three of our flights were delayed. It was stressful trying to get to new gates and not sure if we would make our flights or not. No explanation why there was delays. However, this worked out to our advantage or we would have missed our flights."

Prós: "Everything - the excellent service continued."
Contras: "That our flight was finished."

Contras: "Almost lost the conection at MEX because I was waiting for my baggage, nobody said anything until 20 minutes the bags for the flight stop coming."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "I purchased a first class ticket, but the airline changed Equipment to a plane without a first class cabin. I was unceremoniously bumped back to coach and placed in front of two screaming children who proceeded to yell, kick my seat and hit me in the head for the entire flight. Never fly aeromexico"

Prós: "Excellent legroom, friendly service, on time"

Contras: "Food, entertainment and space"

Contras: "Delayed for no reason, very irresponsible msnagement"

Prós: "At least this one is on time."
