Prós: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Contras: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Contras: "Headset jack only worked if the headset plug was in EXACTLY the right spot."

Contras: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Contras: "I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."

A bag which I’ve used for hundreds of flights as a carry on “weighed too much” and suddenly required checkin with a charge despite it being a carry on for the first leg. No one could explain to me the difference of the weight in the overhead versus the belly of the plane. I will NEVER fly LATAM again and will make sure that I spend a lot more than $30 for all of my future travels in their region. Too bad that their rules are designed to steal from the customer. I won’t be fooled again."

Contras: "Overbooked and put on another flight 5 hours later"

Contras: "I've flown a lot of different business class flights in my time and these are the narrowest I've ever seen. I am not overweight but I felt very restricted in these seats. Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Especially they treat every passenger equally or all the same with given out for any extra cost e.g. food, drinks, entertainement any thing we need while we are up in the air needs. Different from the first class section service in special airfare cost. Love to fly every time when I want to visit my families around the world. Keep it up the good work LATAM Fika Maiava - Sydney"

Contras: "Overbooked flight we had to wait with baby and 4 years old kid till last minute to know if we could get on board or not. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. Contras: "Mi primera experiencia en Latam no fue nada buena, mi vuelo latam2005 de lima-cusco el día 3/10/16 se retrasó por 2 horas debido a un supuesto mantenimiento de ultima imprevisto, creo que son cosas que deben detectarse antes para hacer un cambio de avión y no hacer al pasajero perder su tiempo...el 2do vuelo de cusco-lima Latam 2020 día 6-10-16 también se retrasó con 1 hora debido a que viajaban demasiadas personas y necesitaban voluntarios para viajar en el próximo vuelo. La verdad no creo volver a viajar con Latam."

Contras: "Gate change was imposible to keep track of unless you walked from gate to gate and made sure you were at the correct one. Almost missed our flight as we were told gate 5 and it was changed to gate 10 in Spanish over the loud speaker but not in Englist and we just made the flight after they closed the door!!!!! Thank goodness they let us on. Need gate board where gate 5-10 is."

Prós: "The pilot kept us in the terminal when he found out that we were delayed due to fog in London. I appreciated waiting in a more comfortable, open space rather than on the plane. I was also impressed with how the controllers and schedulers in London handled the delays so that I had not problem making my connection. And as things turned out, the second leg of the trip went so well that we reached our destination on time despite a one-hour delay."
Contras: "I'd like to see British Airways consider at the very least giving their customers a cup of coffee or tea on a 4-hour flight."

Contras: "I didn’t like that I had to go through security twice once upon arrival and once in London. i also wish I would have booked a different airline so I could have had a direct flight. That wasn’t a problem with this airline though, just my negligence with research."

Contras: "The plane was at the gate for almost 2 hours due to the fuel tanks - apparently the engineers didn't know which tanks were refueled. Sounded a bit weird. I bill at $800 per hour - I think I should be compensated for my time."

Late departure for no good reason, watched our plane at the gate being prepared for over an hour, we finally took off but missed our connection and therefore missed our Cruise Ship departure. We were put up in a hotel but upon landing in Rome, we opted to wait at the airport in lieu of the second hotel because of the timing as we had to catch a 6 a.m. train to get to Livorno to meet the Ship, it's first stop. Up for 36 hrs as we got little sleep, and were very tired."

Prós: "Overall it was fine. Friendly staff, everything pretty efficient."
Contras: "Truly disappointed to find that BA has decided to charge for ANY beverage whatsoever, even tea. I have such fond memories of flying BA years ago. My husband and I so enjoyed the disposable plastic blue teacups that we brought them home with us and still use them as kitchen scoops all these years later. I know that may seem silly, but even without that nostalgic memory, it just feels SUPER unpleasant to have to pay for the basic (non-alcoholic) beverage service. Honestly, just charge a few bucks extra on the ticket in the first place."

Prós: "Regret I am overwhelmed with catch-up. Number one was the price of the flight. Food was plentiful but average (less than that when compared with what we had just experienced in Italy), and service by phone was phenomenal, given the special consideration of seating and menu details accorded to me."

Contras: "No USB or power outlets. Very small screens for the entertainment. Definitely, not up to par for a long international flight."

Contras: "for the second time on this flight, the onboard devise for credit cards would not accept mine. this is the same card i used to book the flight. i complained to british air last time but they obviously haven't fixed the problem. there seems to be a problem using american credit cards these flights. is is a problem because nothing is free. luck;y a flight attendant did feel bad about it and gave me a glass of water"

Prós: "The crew was amazing and attentive"
Contras: "It’s an older plane. Video screens are pixelated. Seats are cramped and I’m only 5’3. Boarding process was a mess. They used 15-20 minutes calling the first class and premiere class passengers. Then announce everyone else can board in 20 minutes. I ordered a lactose free meal and got curry with caramel cream, butter, milk stick for coffee and bread. Snack was a snack sized kit kat bar."

Prós: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

Contras: "Had to circle London twice because we were way too early."

Prós: "My eight year old grandson was tired and felt sick. The airline crew was sympathetic and very helpful in trying to help him and the rest of the family cope. They were responsive to every request and even made an extra seat available for him near the restroom."
Contras: "The seats are way too small. Very uncomfortable. Why make the seats recline when there is no room behind them? When the person in front of me reclined his seat my tray wouldn't even unfold."

Contras: "90 minutes delay for a 1 hour flight. They blamed the weather but no other flights were delayed except this one. Also, I purchased a seat with no checked baggage allowance and was NOT aware of this when I booked. Will not be flying British Airways again."

Contras: "Air Lingus is awful! It had 1:20 hours delay that resulted in missing the second flight. The check in people don't know their job. The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."

Contras: "The crew didn't even offer me a drink or food for purchase The baggage allowance fees were ridiculous -- I hate to pay despite being executive status and when I called several times prior to flight there were not helpful and referred me to airport who charged me a lot of $$! I willl be writing a note to customer service. In addition they are cutting back I was told and closed the ticket counter in Faeo Portugal -- not flying them again"

Contras: "My inflight entertainment system was "flakey". The sound would go on and off. I could not hear the movie, most of the time. The flight attendant gave me a second set of ear phones, but clearly it was the unit of my seat that was broken or intermittently functioning. It made for a very long flight as it was daytime and I could not sleep with the passenger group so active. Ironically, on the BA flight over the book I was listening to on the entertainment system would stop and then now resume where it left off so I had al lot of trouble listening to that one, too. I am not a complainer and the crew was busy with the daily flight activities. I would not rank the over all enjoyment of this flight very highly as that is a long time to be bored. Unfortunately this was my first round trip to London with British Air and I have to say that it did not compare well to the several flights I have has on Virgin Atlantic. My travel mate made the reservations with BA when I had researched and selected VA. I think in the future I would go back to traveling on VA."

Contras: "The seats on this British Airways flight were so tight and pitched forward that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and I felt as if I was being launched forward the entire flight. Not comfortable or safe."

Contras: "The ticket was printed as Avianca trans to American Airlines. That was wrong. The ticket was for Avianca and I went to American and I lost a lot of time. Then the line was long and took me for ever to check in"

Contras: "Airline is run like a circus, horrible experience going to and from Cusco from Lima. I do not know how their poor employees work under such stressful conditions. Spend the extra money and fly LAN or LATAM."

Contras: "Cost $250 with another airline they didn't assist at all and were very rude."

Prós: "It was quick and we had a smooth landing...."
Contras: "Upon arriving in Lima, Avianca 808 passengers became aware that none (zero, nada) of the bags were loaded onto the plane in Cusco. The customer service response to this airline error was sub-par. Passengers were told that the baggage issue was "weather-related", which is ludicrous even if the weather both in origin and destination had not been clear and sunny with no wind (it was). Info was taken on if passengers needed bags sent on to another destination or to a hotel but were told it would not get to Lima until the next morning (this was flight 808 landing just before 4 pm). Unclear why it couldn't be put on the next flight same day. And unclear what is happening to our bags now until the morning. No apology wasn't issued to passengers. Additionally we were delayed 15 mins due to "weather". I don't mind short delays but it was absolutely not weather-related. Weather is the default excuse to transfer fault away from themselves."

Prós: "The space"
Contras: "The agents and flight attendants were very unfriendly. You could tell that because I was of a different nationality that this was a problem."

Prós: "Service was good"
Contras: "Several of the seats were broken - not sure why they insist on everyone raising their seatbacks for security reasons while they continue to operate flights where customers can't raise their seats. Maybe this isn't that important after all? The plastic backs of the chairs has clearly been refinished but the finish has worne off or been etched with customer graffiti."

Prós: "Although we were in "Economy" class, it felt just like Business. Lots of space to stretch your legs, personal TV monitor on the back of each head rest (Including HBO!), and even though it was a short 1.5 hour flight we were served drinks and a meal."
Contras: "The meal was average to sub-par, but than again it was a short flight and a warm meal was actually a pleasant surprise."

Contras: "I reached the Lima airport an hour before domestic flight from Lima to Cusco. The lady in charge told me the gate was closed. I told her it was an hour before and i had valid tickets and she was not ready to listen to anything. Horrible service ! Who closes gates to a flight an hour before ?"

Contras: "Took forever To take off. Also a mix up happens with our seats & crew was unconcerned or helpful."

Contras: "The flight was delayed...if it was mechanical, no worries but there was another plane at our gate which make me think that mechanical was just an excuse."

Contras: "Our flight from Washington DC to Lima had a connection flight in Colombia. Since the flight from DC was delayed for more than an hour we ended up missing our connection flight from Colombia to Lima, Peru. And from there everything went downhill. In Colombia they crew didn't know what was going to happen to us. After waiting over 3 hours they finally told us the found an early morning flight for us and that they were going to accommodate us in an hotel in Colombia for to spend the night. we waited until midnight for the transportation to the hotel and there were another 100 persons waiting to get transportation to the hotel as well and to check inn in the hotel. disaster."

Contras: "Only one bathroom in our section was working and by the end of the flight it was very dirty and not flushing well. uncomfortable seating space"

Contras: "The emergency exit row window seats are extremely uncomfortable. Seats don't recline and there is no arm rest along the wall. Also, there were no vegetarian options aboard and the flight attendants didn't make any effort to put together something I could eat."

Prós: "short flight, timeliness, great service!"

Prós: "There were no unexpectedly positive surprises. There was nothing that stood out as a positive experience beyond status quo"
Contras: "The airplane was older technology on three of the four legs. No charging outlets, or personal entertainment except on one flight. They also lost our bag, so that really stinks. They Gate checked my bag, and didn't give me a ticket. I even told them that I'd prefer a ticket, in case something goes wrong, and they replied 'oh no worries, it'll be up in baggage claim". I looked him squarely in the eyes abs I said, OK I'll wing it, but I trust you! He said no worries."

Contras: "Their check in was ridiculously slow-15-20 min per person at times. How is that possible? The flight was said to be 90 min delayed. I asked about getting on another airline. They said no. Finally this 1 hour flight was 3 hours late to Lima & I missed my international flight. Never again Avianca."

Prós: "Right in time and crew very responsable."
Contras: "The audio for film's didn't function in many places of the plain."

Prós: "The plane was almost empty and so I was able to rest comfortably."

Prós: "We were very happy with the crew. They were very helpful and attentive throughout. One of the flight crew members even found me at customs to return a toy we had inadvertently left that belonged to my 13 month old. She certainly did not have to do that, so we are very thankful. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name."
Contras: "Unlike other airlines we have traveled that give priority to people traveling with children, American Airlines does not. That would be something that would be helpful for traveling parents. Allowing people with children to board first and get off the plane first would make things better for all passengers. Planes are also outdated. We have been traveling with other airlines that have individual screens. Much easier for people to travel on long flights when they have individual entertainment."

Prós: "Tuve 2 paradas antes de llegar a destino y realmente estaba asustada de que la maleta no llegará junto conmigo a destino pero lo hizo! Además todos los vuelos salieron a tiempo, todo funcionó muy sincronizado"

Contras: "Since we were in DC, I don't know why it took four hours to bring in another plane, since we were so close to major cities."

Contras: "1. Very tiny seats, had to sit cramped on a 5 hr flight even though the neighbors were very nice 2. Space for carry on was over well before all passengers on boarded. I don't understand how this is possible when you know everyone can carry 1 carry-on and 1 personal bag. Even though I had a seat towards the front, I had to go right at the back to stow my carry-on. This caused me to de-board last!"

It was ridicoulous ghat we were 2:30 hoyrs away from our final destination and they dif not reimbourse us for renting a car. Never again book s flight in United"

Prós: "One of us had the last seat on the plane even though they were reserved almost a month ago. However we had signed up for basic economy so that was not a shock. What was a shock was that water was dripping from the top side track onto his lap and he had to use the provided brochures to redirect the dripping water. The steward said it was condensation and that was it. Also, since it was next to bathroom, the smell wasn't great and the small child screaming while waiting to get into the bathroom wasn't pleasant."

Contras: "Too much confusion on seating...people were moved because of double seating then I was asked to move I seat back. I only agreed so the parent could sit with his two children"
