Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Contras: "I've flown a lot of different business class flights in my time and these are the narrowest I've ever seen. I am not overweight but I felt very restricted in these seats. Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Contras: "Overbooked flight we had to wait with baby and 4 years old kid till last minute to know if we could get on board or not. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. Contras: "Mi primera experiencia en Latam no fue nada buena, mi vuelo latam2005 de lima-cusco el día 3/10/16 se retrasó por 2 horas debido a un supuesto mantenimiento de ultima imprevisto, creo que son cosas que deben detectarse antes para hacer un cambio de avión y no hacer al pasajero perder su tiempo...el 2do vuelo de cusco-lima Latam 2020 día 6-10-16 también se retrasó con 1 hora debido a que viajaban demasiadas personas y necesitaban voluntarios para viajar en el próximo vuelo. La verdad no creo volver a viajar con Latam."

We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Contras: "Female cabin crew were aggressive, discourteous and frankly rude to the passengers when they had to verbally communicate. I hear this so often with American cabin crew. When I started to experience this I became aware of the same trend in regard communications with other passengers. Very unattractive."

Contras: "Staff at the check-in counter made fun of my surname. Bad start but not noteworthy unless combined with the rest of the experience. The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."
Prós: "Generally clean plane with good entertainment system and technology overall. Diabetic meal much better than in the past."
Contras: "Didn't announce meal choices at the start so flight attendant had to repeat herself every. Single. Row. They forgot my diabetic meal on the last part them forgot to include cutlery and it took a long time to sort out but they were otherwise lovely."

Contras: "I was on a flight to Dallas on an American Airline flight which arrived late due to weather conditions, and the connecting flight didn't even wait for me although they know why I couldn't make it on time. And I was only late for about 5 minutes."

Contras: "Headphones on a short-haul flight were used and we're clearly dirty with dust. Drinks on the flight are quite particular. There were people who asked for beer and got a can, others who asked for the same got just half of the can."

Prós: "The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did."

Prós: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."
Contras: "The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)"
Prós: "The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft."

Prós: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Contras: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Contras: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Contras: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Iberia clearly loves showing the privileged few who have paid top dollars to be at the front , that we must be made to wait and struggle to get to our seats .Then, we have to squeeze into a tiny , pitiful space of a seat .....Even Ryanair does better !"

A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Contras: "Late. Ineffective boarding - announcement said we would board by row, but actual boarding was by mass crowding, with no attempt by crew to improve matters. No recognition of dwindling baggage storage space meant that I had to cram my suitcase under the seat, and spend the 2.5 hour flight with my legs jammed against it."
Contras: "Delayed flight, no AC, no food service (even to purchase)"
Prós: "Missed flight as scheduled changed forward by half an hour and re-organising another flight was difficult. Had to fly from another airport in Spain and transfer was without assistance. Staff did a good job at sorting a solution. The return home on BA was excellent and very efficient."

Never ever again! British Airways is incompetent!"
