Contras: "Voo com atraso de 40 minutos. Não deixaram os passageiros com conceção sair primeiro. Não havia ninguém para nos acompanhar. Ninguem sabia dar informações viemos para o hotel sem bagagem porque ninguém sabia quando chegava."

Contras: "Não pude fazer o vôo por falha grave da swiss que atrasou e não teve o cuidado de fazer com que os passageiros chegassem à sua conceção atempadamente. Senti-me muito desamparada."

Prós: "Economy class had a bit wider seats. Included dinner, beverages, and breakfast plus snacks . Happy with Swiss Air."

Contras: "I had a carry-on sized bag which would have fit in the overhead compartment. I was told that it would not fit the Swiss Air compartment, thus was forced to check it at the gate. I expressed my concern that it would get lost (thus the reason I never opt to check bags) and was assured "They are very efficient in Zurich." When we arrived in Madrid, my bag was not at the carousel. I was told at Customer Service that it was on another flight, but that they could deliver it to my Airbnb between 4-7 pm. I had to wait there instead of enjoying my vacation to wait for my bag. The bag did not arrive until 10:30 pm. I did not have my clothes or belongings with me all day. Swiss Air in particular needs to update their overhead compartment regulations, as my bag definitely would have fit there, and could have avoided this entire situations."

We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course)."

We entered the plane last.Our seats not were ready and we were forced to do it all alone.Rudeness and unprofessionalism of SWISS crew.The end of the vacation was spoiled. For what I paid to SWISS 100$ in advance(10 monthes)? I believe, if SWISS could not provide the paid service as expected, SWISS must return the money(100$) and apologize. Nobody apologized in Zurich, threatened to invite the police. Bad crew, bad service."

Contras: "Just before landing in Zurich the flight attendant started to announce the gates for flight connections. I was on tight schedule trying to make my connection to Amsterdam. He first started to give my gate number, but then said there won't be flight to Amsterdam until the next day. I was very worried. When landing it was very difficult to find anyone working for Swiss to assist me. Then someone told me that my flight would be leaving in 3 minutes. I asked to be rushed through line, but everyone said not too worry because plane would wait for me. When I arrived at gate there was no one there. Then it took quite a while to find another Swiss employee to help me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion."

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Crew soiled a half empty can of soda on me, and didn't even apologize. Our luggage missed the flight to MIA and we were told it would be delivered to our house the next day between 7pm and 8pm. it never showed. I called customer service and they could not tell me anything. Horrible experience"

Contras: "Changing terminals in New Yory was challenging because the route was not clearly marked. They did not honor the on-line boarding passes, so I had to go to the counter to reprint the boarding passes and then go through security again. I also would have preferred a clean blanket once I got on board. The flight attendants seemed hesitant to speak to me in Spanish, which I speak pretty well and they also seemd uncomfortable talking to me in English, which is my native tongue. This made it hard to interact with them in my normal good natured way."

Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Contras: "I didn't like the boarding procedure. There was an announcement for business class first, but then there wasn't enough said about the rest of the boarding i.e. "Group one can board now." Everyone was moving forward whether they were in group 1, 2, or 3. It was disorganized and not handled in a fair and efficient manner."

Contras: "Seats are extremely uncomfortable for a long flight. The food was not good. I tried to upgrade and was told I needed to buy a new ticket. The were plenty of seats available for an upgrade. Will not be flying Iberia again!!!"

Only to get on the plane in SLC and sit on the tarmac for 90 minutes causing me to miss my connecting flight. The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."
Contras: "On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up."

Prós: "Not a full flight so I had to seats to speak out. Flight attendants were friendly and it didn't seem like a 10+ hour flight."

Prós: "I got a connection in Madrid to my destination, but the previous flight was delayed about 30 minutes. I got in the airport about 15 min before the gate closed. The gate that i arrived to my connection flight was around 26 min away. I have a condition on my leg and i cannot run, so i walked really fast through the airport and I was so happy to see that they were waiting for my delayed flight... which is very unusual. Thank you!!!!"

My "upgraded legroom" seats turned out to be a walkway to and from the restrooms which were right in front of me. I was constantly bothered with other flyers waking me and disturbing me as they used this walkway."

Prós: "Onboarding/offboarding were painless, and flight attendants were generally nice."
Contras: "I'm 6'6" and barely fit in the seats. I've learned to live with that, but it was frustrating that only 2 of the 7 front-row seats with extra legroom in the section were occupied before the flight, and a flight attendant chose a much shorter and not elderly passenger to fill a third seat in that row, leaving no alternative seating options for me and my wife to request. Most other airlines notice my size/discomfort right away and offer to work with me, especially on transatlantic flights. Food and entertainment had limited options and were nothing to get excited about, but you get what you pay for."

Prós: "Crew was nice, food was fine, got to watch a couple recently released movies, which was free for me."
Contras: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. I was initially put on stand-by even though I bought ticket 2 months ago. I don't travel much but apparently you check in online 24h prior. Never had to do this before."

Contras: "This cheap airline packs in the passengers like sardines, then randomly charges them for the weight of their carryon luggage; the staff are rude; the boarding process was completely bungled; and for any good food or entertainment the passengers are again charged extra. I am never flying with Condor again!"

Contras: "Poor legroom, seat did not recline. And why make ne pay 8 euros for movies?"

Contras: "First, we went to check-in to get our boarding passes, onlyfor the woman at the counter to tell us we were on Stand-By... for the flight we bought VERY expensive tickets for a YEAR in advance, because they overbooked the flight (100% the AIRLINES fault). Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone."

Prós: "This flight was a little more challenging. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. I do appreciate thought that the Condor airline made the necessary arrangements to ensure their passengers can make the connection to their final destination even though we landed past the time we were to make our next connection. They too care of making sure to secure another flight for the passengers who missed their first connection. Great job. I made it back home the same day."

Absolutely no leg room for tall people- insane for such a long flight and this is the main reason I will never fly condor again. Also think it's ridiculous to pay for movies on such a long flight."

Prós: "This is a new service out of New Orleans which I found very convenient and efficient. Smooth flight and good, attentive crew."
Contras: "Communication regarding reservations and follow-up check-in was not very easy. Also at the airport when I stopped and asked a Condor employee for directions to locate my connecting flight, her initial response was curt --that she could not help me as she was in the process of boarding passengers -- although there was no one but her there. She then directed me elsewhere."

Contras: "U have to pay your entertainment and my knees where against the front chair to small"

Prós: "I don't speak English (my granddaughter is helping me with this survey), and the crew was more than helpful in helping me all the way from Frankfurt to MSP."

Also, entertainment was interrupted for the first hour of the flight as the audio was cut for a lengthy German announcement that was repeated in English. I felt like time was wasted when the same safety video was shown with English audio and a German subtitle. If there was a way to cut the second showing or display it in a different way, it could make the flight experience more enjoyable. The advanced headrest style wasn't implemented in the economy class. The long flight would have been more forgiving on my back and neck if the headrests could be the trifold model found on most modern airplanes. One meal type may have limited people enjoying or even eating their main cuisine."

Contras: "The free movies/tv were not even worth watching. For a nine hour flight I'd expect a bit more of a selection"

Contras: "We couldn't not buy anything during the flight. We were told that US major credit cards were not excepted (e.g. Visa, MC). Everything from Alcohol, Movies/TV, snacks, food, etc. was unavailable because we didn't have cash. We basically starved the entire 10 flight. 2 meals were served at the beginning and end of the flight, but nothing in between. We were in Italy/ Germany for several weeks and no problems with our CC, we spent our cash prior to flight because we didn't want to bring back excess foreign money. Will not fly condor again. We flew premium economy there and it was enjoyable, the seats were not available on the way back and its was miserable flight."

Contras: "Every little thing apart from meals was sold at a ridiculous price, including an "entertainment package" which allowed you to watch movies on your screen seat. Debit cards aren't accepted, and without paying you can only watch two movies, one a chick flick and the other a children's movie. They had the most cramped and uncomfortable seats I've ever experienced on an international flight."

Prós: "Crew were very kind and hospitable. The aircraft was comfortable. There were a good number of restrooms that were easily accessible."
Contras: "The food was not good. I was not given any options in meal choice. That was a bit of a problem as I have lactose issues, so I did not eat much. The entertainment was rather disappointing. The economy/free selection consisted of only two movies that are better for children and teens (Garfield and Harry Potter). All other selections required a purchase of 8 euro. I have flown internationally on several occasions, and this is the first time I have been compelled to pay for entertainment. It seems that for the price and length of such flights more economy options could be given, even if they are older movies."

I cant tell if this is Lufthansa's or the airport's issue, but when you arrive to your gate, you then have to proceed with the security checkpoint which took forever. Then you're basically stuck in a smaller area until boarding. - While every seat had a TV screen, they only provided 2 movies to choose from (Harry Potter or Garfield) unless you were willing to pay extra for their whole movie collection. It was kind of a shame finding that out since most other airlines that I've been on provide the full set of movies for no additional cost."

Contras: "Crew was very unorganized. Did not come to give food until an hour before we landed and we're rushing to pick up all the trays as we were landing. No vegetarian options even though I saw gluten free options the crew member would give me one even though I saw dozens on his trolly before he went back to retire that trolly and get the main meal. The young male crew member didn't know what he was doing and cause tension between the other crew members. Not a comfortable experience and the worst food I've had on a plane."

Contras: "I booked this flight with some skepticism about this airline as I'd never heard of Condor/Thomas Cook, but decided to roll the dice as it was one of only 2 daily direct flights to Europe from Austin, TX. The first indication things weren't going well was during check-in: I was safely there more than 2 hrs ahead of the flight's scheduled departure and the line was nearly out the door. Not enough agents, or not fast enough. Then the worst part: we left over an hour after scheduled departure. The main reason we were late, (and ended up missing our connection in Frankfurt), was penny pinching cheapness at every turn. General boarding, (they don't have any groups besides, 'special needs', 'those with infants/small children' and 'first class passengers'), wasn't even called until 1/2 hr after the scheduled departure. We left over a full hour late from Austin and they didn't make up much time in the air. One thing this airline clearly does, to bring the customer low fares, is cut corners at every chance. That seeemd to include using the required extra fuel to pick up the speed and make up the time from their late departure. Another annoying thing they did to save money was avoid gate fees by parking the plane way out in the middle of nowhere and bussing all the passengers like cattle to every flight. In Austin, this option wasn't available to them, hence their late departure - likely caused by the fact that they couldn't be at the gate when they needed to be, because it had just been in use or there wasn't a ramp available - I don't know, but I'd bet it had to do with trying to save airport fees. I do know that in Frankfurt it felt like they bussed us halfway to Munich to board the airplane, (a 2-3-2 seating setup, btw. I don't remember the equipment). All this ineptitude and trying to save a nickel ended up causing me and my group to miss our connection in Frankfurt. We were traveling on business and it was crucial we made our connection to be on time to our final destination. If you have anything important to do when you arrive at the end of your trip, if you're traveling with this Thomas Cook brand, Condor, make sure you depart a day earlier than you think you need to depart. In my experience, they won't get you there on time. This brings me to their partner airlines, who were legit, real airlines, but didn't have anything to do with Condor/Thomas Cook, and therefore were not there to be helpful at any level beside the basic service they needed to provide a passenger who they viewed as missing their flight. I saw no Condor presence at the Frankfort airport. I doubt they have help/service desks in all the airports they serve. Lufthansa on the way there and SAS on the way back, were their partner airlines. Being late wasn't an option for me and my associates, but neither was traveling the day before to give an extra-extra day ahead to be safe. In my experience, don't count on this airline."

Prós: "again very pleasant"
Contras: "too much insistence on paying for food and drink fees..."

Prós: "Staff was friendly and the price was affordable."
Contras: "I think the meals would be much better if more vegetables and fruits were included. The meals were almost entirely made up of carbs"

Contras: "One hour delay due to catering debacle. Food was terrible and the entertainment lacking. Plane outdated - no headrest TV. Bring your own entertainment!"

Prós: "Water was free. And 2 meals - no, based on portion size, I guess those were snacks. Everything else cost extra."
Contras: "Tightest passenger seating I have experienced in over 60 years of flying and the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE seat. I am just 6' and my knees pressed agsinst the seatback in the upright position. Firmly. First time ever I couldn't sleep. Accoustics meant the talking of a passenger across the aisle and against the window sounded like he was in my lap! HORRIBLE design. A ceiling panel came loose and swung down in flight (lights attached). Nobody knew how to fix it so the entire wait crew just stood and stared at it for 10 minutes until one woman swung it back into place. AWFUL training."

Prós: "There weren't a lot of passengers, so the flight had a lot of empty seats that were used as beds which made the ride a little more comfortable."
Contras: "It's a long flight, I expected there to be free movies for passengers, a blanket, and headphones available. Food was less than satisfactory."

Contras: "Most uncomfortable and small chair I've ever had to sit in."
