Pelo que ouvia da swiss nunca pensei que fosse ter uma experiência tão desagradável"

Contras: "Voo com atraso de 40 minutos. Não deixaram os passageiros com conceção sair primeiro. Não havia ninguém para nos acompanhar. Ninguem sabia dar informações viemos para o hotel sem bagagem porque ninguém sabia quando chegava."

Contras: "Não pude fazer o vôo por falha grave da swiss que atrasou e não teve o cuidado de fazer com que os passageiros chegassem à sua conceção atempadamente. Senti-me muito desamparada."

Prós: "Economy class had a bit wider seats. Included dinner, beverages, and breakfast plus snacks . Happy with Swiss Air."

Contras: "I had a carry-on sized bag which would have fit in the overhead compartment. I was told that it would not fit the Swiss Air compartment, thus was forced to check it at the gate. I expressed my concern that it would get lost (thus the reason I never opt to check bags) and was assured "They are very efficient in Zurich." When we arrived in Madrid, my bag was not at the carousel. I was told at Customer Service that it was on another flight, but that they could deliver it to my Airbnb between 4-7 pm. I had to wait there instead of enjoying my vacation to wait for my bag. The bag did not arrive until 10:30 pm. I did not have my clothes or belongings with me all day. Swiss Air in particular needs to update their overhead compartment regulations, as my bag definitely would have fit there, and could have avoided this entire situations."

Contras: "Flight was delayed for almost an hour while we were on board. (ultimately not the airline's fault), If I hadn't been in Business class, it would have been very uncomfortable."

Call airline , airline say you didn’t buy ticket from as and you go beck and for straits out same we’re in Europe ......thank bot never again think twice when you bye ticket from kayak ....."

Prós: "It was an 8.5 hour flight and we got fed 2 meals, 2 snacks and had lots of beverage breaks! We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course)."

Contras: "I ordered in advance 4 seats for my family, paid 100$ to SWISS 19/10/16.Boarding crew refused to give us the seats sold to us.The family was divided into 3 and 1.Only after my strong refusal, the seats were were granted.During the dispute about the provision of already purchased seats, SWISS crew member threatened to call the police. We entered the plane last.Our seats not were ready and we were forced to do it all alone.Rudeness and unprofessionalism of SWISS crew.The end of the vacation was spoiled. For what I paid to SWISS 100$ in advance(10 monthes)? I believe, if SWISS could not provide the paid service as expected, SWISS must return the money(100$) and apologize. Nobody apologized in Zurich, threatened to invite the police. Bad crew, bad service."

Contras: "Headphones are real cheap and hurt the ears...plus it has two pin socket where you can't use your regular headphones...please change this!"

It was difficult to hear the entertainment through only one ear."

Contras: "Just before landing in Zurich the flight attendant started to announce the gates for flight connections. I was on tight schedule trying to make my connection to Amsterdam. He first started to give my gate number, but then said there won't be flight to Amsterdam until the next day. I was very worried. When landing it was very difficult to find anyone working for Swiss to assist me. Then someone told me that my flight would be leaving in 3 minutes. I asked to be rushed through line, but everyone said not too worry because plane would wait for me. When I arrived at gate there was no one there. Then it took quite a while to find another Swiss employee to help me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion."

We had to pay, out of our own pockets, for the inconvenience. Apparently this happens a lot, and it happened to our entire plane"

Prós: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

Contras: "A porter checked our bags at the gate without asking us whether we were traveling beyond London, so the bags were never transferred to the transatlantic flight nor did they arrive in SF. It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."

Contras: "Uncomfortable seats, unable to adjust temperature individually, huge temperature swings from hot to cold and back to hot, terrible food, impersonal crew service."

Contras: "I paid extra for a seat in the exit row and as soon as we took off someone from another row snuck into the exit row without paying and the flight attendants totally ignored him and he sat there the entire flight for free. They don’t give you so much as a glass of water for free and the luggage took 45 minutes to appear after landing. I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"

Contras: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."

Contras: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Contras: "Not having a 3+ hours take off delay"

Prós: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Contras: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Prós: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Contras: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Prós: "On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding"
Contras: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Prós: "The Check in was nice and polite"
Contras: "1. There was a delay in the flight. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The boarding was delayed. 4. The plane was not comfortable ."

Prós: "Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful."
Contras: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

Contras: "Paid for priority and was put on the same bus as everyone else and because I entered first the bus I was last to exit making paying for priority completely useless."

Contras: "The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why."

Contras: "Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again."

Contras: "the fact the crew arrived to the gate after the planned boarding time causing us to stand too long on the stairways. check in via the app (using iphone 6) was a failure. i was certain i booked with extra luggage - at the check in i was told i didn't. from the reservation confirmation it is not clear what i paid for & there are no means to contact you - email, on line chat - you know the regular things every company today use to proivde customer services which is not only "give us you money". too bad this is WIZZ Air"

Contras: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Prós: "New aircraft"
Contras: "Boarding was horrendous. Flight was late in."

Prós: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Contras: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Prós: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Contras: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."

Contras: "Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Prós: "Staff were friendly, when they weren't trying you charge you for everything"
Contras: "I've flown on dozens of airlines, and Wizz Air has to be one of the absolute worst in terms of arbitrary and punitive charges. I managed to avoid them, but you never know when they'll give you a €30 fee because your shoelaces are too long."

Contras: "i was surprised by the high extra charge we have been requested to pay for the suitcases. Wizz attracts clients by offering low prices. while in fact the price is much higher than with other companies. price paid for the suitcases, 235 eur, is an additional ticket. unbleivable. and no one tells us that the extra fees might be as high as the ticket itself. personnaly, in future, i shall avoid flying with wizz and i shall never recommend this company to anybody!"

Crianças e bebês a serem forçados a ir debaixo de chuva. Entretanto chegamos ao avião e não tivemos autorização para entrar, ficando debaixo de chuva... enfim. Depois disso, quando aterramos não tivemos autorização de sair porque o Hospedeiro de Bordô chamou a polícia para acompanhar um dos passageiros. E para variar... Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."

Contras: "Houve um atraso e não avisaram. Ficámos em pé imenso tempo para embarcar como se o voo estivesse a horas."

Contras: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."

Contras: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
