Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.

As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Great service, nice crew, 777300 is a great plane. They offer a nice Swiss chocolate at the end of the flight. This trip was very good - except for the check in process in Miami for my outbound flight

I am a Gold Member of Star Alliance for more than 20 years and have flown dozens of times on Swiss and would expect courtesy and consideration in return for my loyalty to their airline. Their flight from Hong Kong to Zurich leaves at 00:15. I mistakenly booked this for Nov 9th instead of the intended late evening of the 9th which then turns out to be Nov 10th. When I discovered my error, I called Swiss at least six times to explain my error and ask if my son could stand by for the same flight on the 10th or even apply the amount to rebook the same flight the next day. ZERO flexibility or consideration. Missed flight, lose entire value. Start from scratch. Astonished that an airline that claims to be serving their customers would treat me this way. I travel through Europe at least 6-10 times a year from Asia. I will now route through Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, London, Vienna, Instanbul or even Moscow before ever going through Zurich again. I encourage anyone making travel plans to be very careful when considering flights with Swiss Airlines. Perhaps this treatment of a loyal customer explains why they went through bankruptcy already once."

Tudo correu bem. Houve um pequeno atraso na saída, mas chegou na hora ao destino.

Our trip was Lisbon-Frankfurt- Bangalore. When we reached Lisbon Check in there was not anybody at the Lufthansa counter. There was one and a half-hour delay before the aircraft left Frankfurt. The less said about the food the better. I had an Eco Saver ticket. Does it mean that beggars cannot be choosers' type of attitude to passengers is the order of the day?

The flight was delayed and we were stranded at Dulles airport for 2 days (48 hours) as United Airlines cancelled the flights!

The flight was on a very small plane for a transatlantic flight. It was more suitable for a mid-distance domestic flight. The plane was also quite old and its entertainment systems repeatedly froze and shut down. Finally, the airline charged for most food and drinks--on an international flight. I will avoid Lufthansa and its partner, United, in the future. Also, the airports are a disastrous mess, with long lines and huge numbers of flights delayed (although this is beyond the airline's control). Both my flights were delayed substantially.

My flight was cancelled and Air cañada said they didn’t even have that flight number or my name in their computer. Does this mean Kayak somehow messed up with the letters/ number sequence? No one would help me at the airport. Lufthansa said it was Air cañadas fault and I had gotten two messages from Kayak, one was at 6 am(I had already called a ride so I was going an hour earlier ) then after 2 hours at airport I get my message from Kayak(Ricky) saying sorry your flight is cancelled? Then, like I say, no one would even put me on standby for another flight as my numbers you gave me did not match. Can you please get me on a flight home? No later than Monday, please? I am out of money

Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

On my way from Denver to Munich the flight was delayed. The pilot himself said he couldn't explain the reason for the 1 hour delay. The delay resulted in almost everyone on the flight missing their connections, including me and my husband. No effort was made to help passengers with tight connections to get off the plane and to their gates faster. After an international flight, the last thing you want is an 8-hour layover where you've no choice but to remain awake and exhausted for an unhealthy amount of time. As a pitiful expression of apology, Lufthansa gave us a 10 euro voucher to use in the Munich airport--not even enough for a full, hot meal. Not to mention that checking in for both my flight to and from my destination city was very stressful because of an abundance of travelers and a clear understaffing on the airline's side. Even though I came two hours early to check in for my return flight, I only had ten minutes at the gate before it was boarded. The whole experience was rushed and stressful and inefficient. The worst part, though, was that one of my checked bags was returned to me with my clothes sticking out of it and some speciality cheese I bought entirely missing. I have also found it really difficult to get in touch with the Lufthansa customer service. They claim in emails with my flight information that I especially requested that my reservation number be withheld from me (I never requested this). The loss of this number has made it nearly impossible for me to register complaints without calling the airline and wasting hours of time. I would greatly reconsider ever booking with this airline again.

OMG! The 5/21/2022 flight was canceled after we were on board over 3 hours! NO AIR CANADA rep to help! No Air Canada gate to check in with. It was total chaos at the Lisbon airport. Trying to get out today, 5/22/2022, the Air Canada agent said we. needed a new Covid test, only to find out AFTER we paid 20EU, that it was NOT needed. They were not educated on the rules, even though they knew they were checking in people from the canceled flight. Totally UNACCEPTABLE! I will never fly Air Canada again, operated. Y Lufthansa. I plan to post on Facebook and Twitter how bad this was.

The lady Lo was worried about which useless mask are children were wearing. We wore these cloth masks on one lufthansa flight and through two airports with zero trouble for the scientifically useless masks we wear for show conformity to power hungry people , dhe demanded we change to the so called medical masks. really, put her on a domestic flight or something.

Seats are too narrow

Desconforto total com cadeiras minúsculas, espaço para as pernas cada vez menores, não emprestam mais travesseiros! Impossível ser um vôo de 11 horas nestas cadeiras,! Há que repensar para melhorar em muito o conforto de passageiros nas viagens com longos trechos. Cheguei com uma enorme crise de coluna!

As minhas malas novinhas chegaram simplesmente destruídas. Impossível utilizar novamente. Amassadas absurdamente, quebradas…

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)

Tenho necessidades especiais de alimentação (doença celíaca) e fiquei com pouca opção para o lanche a bordo no trajeto Amsterdão/Lisboa.

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

The space for economy was reasonable. The flight was delayed 2 hours, changed gates 3 times, the food was mediocre, the entertainment was outdated, the worst part of the flight was the service by the crew , total lack of hospitality, bad manners, lack of care.

Food and crew were amazing. Seat confer as well. I wish the plane was newer, looked a bit dated plus the entertainment screens were malfunctioning pretty often

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.

Poor communication from boarding staff, airport staff not a clue. Communication on board was un decipherable and airline lost baggage.

A tripulação poderia informar em pelo menos duas línguas, o inglês e pelo menos em espanhol ou português, já que o voo era entre Buenos Aires e São Paulo. Informar que havia alimentação na hora do almoço é entregar um salgado simples que parecia com recheio de pasta sabor frango. Não informar o que era e nem qual opção havia. Exagero dizer que isso é alimentação bem na hora do almoço.

Don't sell people's bought and payed for tickets without warning. Don't reassign bought window seats to MIDLE SEATS. Is it too much to ask to just keep your transportation conditions for someone who bought a 14 hours flight across the world? A reservation I made EIGHT MONTHS AGO? I never filed a complaint in my entire life. I'm 43. This is the time.

After a severe delay taking off form Lisbon to Heathrow (to catch my other BA flight to Tokyo - Ba0005, 19/11/2022, boarding 10:45, departing 11:45) I had just enough time to get to the gates withot rushing too much. But... Was refused entry through security because my seat in the plane HAD BEEN SOLD AGAIN! It was surreal. I had to find a BA asistant, explain what was happening, First delicately, than forcefully demanding to board, LOST nearly TWENTY MINUTES and without even the simplest of apologies I was handed another ticket with a DIFFERENT SEAT THAN THE ONE I HAD PAYED FOR and wished with blank face: "good luck" getting to the gate! I had 10 minutes EXACTLY to RUN through LHR IN PEAK TIME, WITH HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN FRONT OF MY IN THE SECURITY, LINE BEFORE MY BORDING CLOSED. Only due to the extreme kindness and professionalism of all security personnel who rushed me through endless lines and barriers, I was able to bord. Last man in. British Arways nearly ruined my trip, and not even an apology. Disgraceful. Seat didn't have the window I had bought, and so I could sleep for the entire 13 and a half hours flight. Got to Tokyo, right, but still haven't recovered. I amdue to fly again in 12 days' time. I'm waiting for BA to make another compete pig's breakfast of this next flight...

O Web check-in nao estava funcionando e tive de chegar mais cedo para fazer no balcao e informaram que mudaram os procedimentos. No site informava que o voo atrasaria 30min. No balcao informou q estava normal e no final atrasou mais de 30 min

O voo British foi otimo em todos aspectos, principalmente qualidade da aeronave, limpeza, cordialidade da equipe, e pontualidade. Acho que somente o lanche poderia ser maior e repetir as bebidas. !

American Airlines across the board is awful. Rude and unhelpful staff. They canceled my flight with no reason and lost my luggage..even after having this awful experience the staff showed utter unprofessionalism and rude behavior.

The seats are unfortunately not the most comfortable

The ground staff in Madrid were very dis organized .Passengers were in line to check in , and they were told , they were in the wrong line, we stood there for longer than 2 hours . Other passengers were going to Gatwick ,instead of Heathrow , the ground staff had to shout for them , since they were dispersed all over. causing a lot of turmoil all over.The ground staff had a very limited use of english , was she was just signing with hands gestures so as to were to stand or to go .

After a delay and many gate changes, flight was canceled. Flight was rescheduled for the next day but we had commitments for the following day and could not stay overnight. Also, we were flying first class and were rescheduled in economy. We had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to San Antonio. Not happy.

Prós: "The pilot kept us in the terminal when he found out that we were delayed due to fog in London. I appreciated waiting in a more comfortable, open space rather than on the plane. I was also impressed with how the controllers and schedulers in London handled the delays so that I had not problem making my connection. And as things turned out, the second leg of the trip went so well that we reached our destination on time despite a one-hour delay."

They my bags for 3 days and had hideous communication about it. Had no feeling that anyone could be reached about or that anyone cared at all. Late takeoff again. There was an impossible amount of time left under even the best curcumstances, to go from one flight to another, resulting in flight being missed and being sent to another city and losing my money on ground transport that was prepaid. The communication issue is the worst of it all. Massively frustrating."
