Prós: "In general, everything was ok aboard the plane."
Contras: "The plane was supposed to leave Lisbon at 5:00 a.m. but because of computer problem it left at 5:50, a delay that caused everyone to scramble to get to their connecting flight or even miss it."

There wasn’t any compensation for the inconvenience of having to change of plans of staying around the house waiting for luggage when we paid for hotel rooms and we didn’t get a refund on our trip we couldn’t take. When we knew flights from Frankfurt to München ran daily. Very disappointed. Byron becker we flew from Florida Orlando fo Munich Germany and paid a high price for traveling. Also we were bumped three times fro, Frankfurt to. Much each time on standby. Very disappointed. Sorry but this is the truth."

(The flight was also cancelled the next day; my wife was on that flight; I don't believe it was a technical reasons because of this) Resolving the issue wasn't smooth and needed my involvement to propose a working connection. I am Star Alliance gold member (through United) and this did finally give me a connection."

Prós: "The very gracious crew kept coming by with drinks and snacks, as well as lunch and dinner (in coach).The entertainment system is top notch, with a few dozen movies, lots of TV shows and more, with screens for each seat. The only complaint is that there's not much space between seats, so that when the person in front of you leans back, things can get tight. On the plus side, the bathrooms are downstairs (down a short staircase) and there's plenty of waiting room, so you don't get the usual congestion. Overall, a wonderful experience for an intercontinental flight."

Contras: "I had booked both flights at least 9 month in advance. Was not given a choice of seats for the short flight. In the past that has not been an issue. This time the four of us, including 2 children, were seated in the back of the plane separate from each other. Not cool."

Prós: "This was my first international flight, and also first on Lufthansa, and I was thoroughly impressed. We traveled with another couple who've flown internationally multiple times, but this was their first Lufthansa flight as well, and they said it's the best they'd had. The crew were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. There was plenty of entertainment options, refreshments, and snacks. The food was very good-much better than I'd expected. I appreciated that there were pillows, blankets, and headphones readily available as well. I'll try to fly Lufthansa every chance I get when flying internationally."

Prós: "Check-in was quick, only 4 parties ahead of me even though I arrived at the airport only 60 minutes prior to departure. Cleared security quickly too. Aircraft new and clean. Breakfast, excellent omelet, and crew extremely attentive to our needs- offering 2 drinks instead of other airlines which just give one and makes you feel that is all you deserve."

Prós: "Staff was very attentive to the children. Ability to follow the flight with the cameras. Person in front of us leaned his seat back and I was unable to get out due to an injured left arm. He did agree to move forward when we requested."

Food served in Economy on the international flight FROM US was terrible, and just a little better on all other flights that we took this time. But i noticed that food served on international destinations FROM US on any airline is terrible in general. Space between the seats is limited, very uncomfortable even for a petite woman. Child meals are too sweet, my kids ended up eating my salads, and part of my meal, because they didn't like their food. On the flight from US, kid's meal had 3 chocolate bars on top of other sweet things, which is too much. Give kids fruit bowl instead. I will not order child meal again."

Prós: "The cabin and gate crew provided a very friendly atmosphere. At the gate, the staff were very efficient in getting passengers on board despite the 20-30 minute delay. During the flight, attendants did a good job making sure meals were on time and drinks were offered often."
Contras: "Since the plane clearly came from another destination, the cleaning crew at Vienna International Airport could have taken some more time to vacuum the floor and wipe down the surfaces in the passenger cabin of the aircraft."

However, I missed the experience of enjoying the flight with the group of people that I joined on the way to Vienna and to Egypt."
Contras: "I didn't like the fact that they cancelled my Austrian flight to a completely different company (Lufthansa). I paid extra money when I reserved the tickets in the USA to make sure I am on the same plane as the other three families that i wanted to be with as a group. They had reserved their tickets and I got the flight numbers and when I reserved my booking I paid extra to be on the same airplane as the rest of the group. My plan worked going to Vienna and to Cairo (although one of the planes were delayed 3 hours which ruined our stay in Vienna) but on the way back from Cairo to LA, I couldn't be with the group because I left 2 hours early and arrived in LA 2 hours late. I pleaded that I came with a group but they said I have a different booking so they couldn't honor keeping me on the same plane as the group. I am very disappointed and will avoid my future travel with Austrian airline"

Contras: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Contras: "Aircraft was older 777 and lavatories weren't very clean. Upon landing in Vienna, my mobility walker (tagged to be brought up to me at jetway) was sent to my connecting flight to Sophia. The flight crew refused to intercept it and have it brought up to me at the aircraft. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."

Prós: "They offered passangers ti move to raws that wete half empty so we will have more room."

Interestingly enough it compares well to the non-existing system for lining up at Skilifts in Austria: Use force to squeeze everybody around you or cheat your way in sidewise. Not exactly my cup of tea."

Contras: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Complaints ensued. Captain rerouted plane. Back on time. Arriving at LGW is ridiculous - only 3!!!! THREE! Border nazis manning passport desk for entire south terminal, there must have been at least 700 people queueing. So that delay of 1 hour plus still occurred just within the airport. #ThisIsBrexitBritain #BrokenBritain #PeopleJustDoNothing #NothingWorks #AlexCruzIsACunt"

Contras: "Because of inability to load baggage at LHR we were over an hour late departing. Upon landing in ORD the CSM noted that many bags did not make flight. This is very poor service."

Prós: "Good for leg room and nice and the seats are comfy and wide too. Still get a free drink and snack on this flight and the service was friendly and efficient throughout. We were very quick to board and flight landed early, so very happy."
Contras: "I'm guessing this plane was stopping in EDI for the night, so it parked way, way away from the terminal, so we had an extra 15 minutes none of us had been expecting to wait for the bus and transfer."

Contras: "I paid 100$ because I had to cancel my request. It was a technical error of your reservation system which unexpectedly changed my return from the 5th of November to the 6th of November. The fine was unfair and you're required to refund me."

Prós: "Flight was on time. Check in staff, Lounge + lounge staff and Cabin crew were on par with expectations (very good). Disembarking the plane at Heathrow was organised, immigration process (I used the e-gates) was very quick and bags arrived promptly."
Contras: "Many ground staff on hand - but felt overall lack of coordination specifically after security check at the gate, with yet another boarding card check which seemed a bit pointless as boarding cards were checked before gate security as well? Eventually boarding the plane - one lady ended up in the wrong line for upper deck seating (which shows that the numerous boarding card checks they failed to give proper guidance on what line to join)."

Contras: "Took hand luggage at gate and waited an hour to get it at baggage claim"

Prós: "Nothing. Not one redeeming thing to say. What a shame."
Contras: "Everything. Massive delay, but not that much as it was JUST before the threshold (by 5 minutes), cheats. Radio failure was the excuse, followed by crew change - yeah, right, not buying that one - more like radio was fine, but crew wanted to chip off work early and avoid last flight (common tactic for a demoralised/unionised workforce). Border is still broken at LGW. THIS is Broken Brexit Britain."

Contras: "I didn't like the 2 hour delay to my schedule. Zero complimentary drinks or snacks to say sorry. Bumpy ride for two and half hours. Stuck on the tarmac at Gatwick for 40 minutes."

Contras: "Extremely old aircraft. Entertainment was terrible with old screens which had half the pixels missing, mapping was 1980s style. It's about time BA updated or got rid of these old planes. Seat would not recline as we were stuck in the very back row of economy. Very uncomfortable experience. BA, this is no longer good enough - relying on customer loyalty will no longer work!"

Contras: "When you book BA and end up with Iberia, that’s definitely not what you want..."

Prós: "Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service."
Contras: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Prós: "Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline."

Prós: "The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did."
Contras: "The English announcements by the cabin crew (not the pre-recorded announcements) were difficult to understand at times due to the accent."

Prós: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."
Contras: "The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)"

Prós: "The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft."
Contras: "I had no complaints - the flight was just what it should have been ie no issues"

Prós: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Contras: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Contras: "There was a broken restroom on the plane in the main section, so then, they should keep an eye on the remaining restrooms as they get dirtier sooner. Madrid barajas airport is an ordeal, Iberia needs to explain better that passport control happens when you get to terminal 4S on the tram AND then there are TWO more passport controls. then there isn't enough space for people to line up for the various groups, creating friction. Iberia just needs to be more organized."

Contras: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Contras: "If kayak didn’t take me to a page where the reservation was different than what I agreed on. Not even close to what I had selected, leading me to believe I was booking a trip on the days I chose and then not realizing it was incorrect until my trip was starting. This is the last time I use kayak."

Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."
