Contras: "There is no one at Kayak to answer questions on weekends. Message says "call back during 'regular' business hours" but does not specify what that means, nor what time zone they are in. (BTW, most people travel on weekends so ya may want to consider providing customer service then...duh). When I finally was able to reach someone in order to upgrage to Premium Economy, they could not help me but said they would send an email with an answer to how much that would cost. The email never came. I will never book with Kayak again."

Prós: "Lufthansa always impresses with good food featuring more local ingredients (sauerkraut and mache when leaving Europe), loads of in-flight entertainment included in the ticket price and a very speedy boarding process, even when dealing with United States security requirements. I always like beer and wine being offered at meals as part of the flight price, as well as the aperitif option too."
Contras: "There were a few flight crew this time that disappointed by being less than professional and less than present, knocking serving carts into chairs, being curt in their service and less polite than usual. I noticed two flight attendants in particular this time when normally the entire flight crew is very professional, courteous and timely. Flight was also late leaving Munich (computer issues) which made connecting flights in Denver difficult."

Prós: "I loved the TVs, food, and the service. The TV's had so much to watch, and made the time pass so much faster. The service was amazing! They came by so often to give us whatever we needed! Great experience!"

Prós: "I have a servere hearing problem and was concerned (since we were late leaving Zurich for my changeover in Frankfurt), that I would be late because I can't hear any loudspeaker systems (either on planes or in airports). I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

Contras: "Seated near and next to me were about 9 German men who had begun their vacation to Colorado in the airport bar prior to the flight. I was seated in a middle seat "J" (I believe) in row 37 or 39. The men were receiving from the stewardesses repeatedly two glasses at a time and kept going back to the galley and getting two glasses of wine at a time Although they were loud, congregating in the aisle around rows 37 and 39 they were not limited in what they could drink. The two on either side of me were disrespectful of my personal space and were very inappropriate. I got up and went to the galley behind my seat to ask the stewardesses to get me another seat. During this time the guys kept coming back to this galley for more wine still taking two at a time. The stewardesses explained that the plane was full. Others complained also. I then asked the stewardesses if since they were over serving these guys, would they trade one of their jump seats with me. At this point they cut the guys off and got the pursar. She talked to them and ignored my personal safety concerns and said no one gets on a plane drunk (yeah, right) and that they would now behave and were asleep. That's why they are still talking at the top of their lungs and standing in the aisle? I asked. I wish I had video recorded this, I did not as others with kids in the aisles across from me did. I hope their videos go viral Not impressed with Lufthansa"

Staff had some trouble adjusting to individual request (e.g. one passenger changed her mind on the meal choice and confused the staff member who tried to force the food choice on this older lady). Obviously, dealing with elderly is not the same as dealing with young - this may require some additional training of staff members.On another occasion, two passengers exchanged seats - and it took some time for staff to sort this out at the meal time. A "Muslim meal" was offered to a christian passenger. - The interchange was hilarious."

Contras: "The plain in Denver landed very hard, hit the ground with a very loud noise and people were very scared. After that the pilot said "sorry for the hard landing but at least you guys are awake"..."

Contras: "Boarding was a 'free-for-all' with no filtering of Economy passengers by zone or seat row. Less effective than Emirates in this regard. The hot snack offered before arrival at Denver was served in the final 50 minutes of the 10 plus hour flight. This meant that the service and tray collection, including the cabin preparation for landing was very rushed."

Prós: "The delightful crew members on KLM flights always make the experience the best. From the crew at check desks, to those greeting you as you board and throughout the flight, they are the reason I continue to fly with them. I love how they have bassinets for those traveling with babies. the adventure packs for children and the never ending smiles and treats for the rest of us."
Contras: "This time I was turned away as a Sky Priority Member, and told there are too many categories at boarding and told my Silver Status (after this flight was bumped to Gold). Not sure what has changed in the last 2 weeks."

Contras: "Luggage lost and not found. Contact to executing airline KLM very difficult, because the case-nr. on the "lost-luggage-form" was unreadable. but without this number, you can do nothing, because it almost impossible to get someone on the phone at KLM. Mostly you talk to computers. Obviously the phone is oldfashioned and you need twitter and facebook. Poor service, KLM So you can have a pleasant flight, but if you need service, you are lost."

Contras: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."

Prós: "Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants."
Contras: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Contras: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."

Contras: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Contras: "My bags were not checked all the way to my destination, I had to get them re-tagged and checked for this part of the trip and the American Agent was EXTREMELY rude and made us pay oversized bagge fees even though our baggage was within the Qantas allowance, the main carrier for our flight."

Prós: "The first leg had awesome pasta.Then, on the 2nd leg, Philly to Denver, they had a "pay for meal" option for turkey with Chutney sandwich - again, delicious. I should add that the service was very good as well."

Contras: "Good service to switch flight pattern from greenville to new bern but still a delay that cause a 2 flight connection. Lots of on-line issues with check-in, overall a stressful day, hopefully it will all work out!"

Contras: "Plane was old and didn't include personal screens in the seats, for an 8+ hour flight it should be mandatory. Everything about the plane felt old and slightly dirty, and while flying across the Atlantic, it's slightly nerve wracking to still see cigarette disposals in the bathroom and on the seats (reminding you just how old the plane is)! The boarding process was a bit crazed, we were put on buses in no particular priority order and dropped off at the plane to all board at the same time!"

Prós: "Flight was on time through United since we had to be rescheduled from our original flight with American."

Prós: "Helpful attitude of crew"
Contras: "would have liked to be able to power up digital devices."

Prós: "The plane was sleek and clean. I had a good amount of room even in coach!"

Contras: "The flight was 3 hrs late, of which 1.5 before boarding, and almost 1.5 stuck in the plane."

Contras: "We sat on the runway for 3.5 hours while the crew cleaned up a fuel spill and we waited for a different co-pilot."

Contras: "Unexplained delay in leaving but only arrived about 10 min later than scheduled. Took an hour from pulling into the gate for bags to arrive though which caused me to miss my shuttle. Never had to wait more than 15 min for any other airline at DIA."

Contras: "Only one bathroom in our section was working and by the end of the flight it was very dirty and not flushing well. uncomfortable seating space"

Contras: "When your on your honeymoon it sure would be nice to have a seat next to my husband like we requested."

Contras: "Seats too small and the gentleman next to me was a big guy so crowded over into my seat some."

Contras: "The customer service from AA representitives in the airport was completely unnacceptable and the absolute worst service I have recieved in an airport to date! One incident during this trip was as follows: When arriving in Charlotte and running to catch my connecting flight, I arrived as the lady at the desk was closing the door, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

Contras: "The service was terrible, 4 hour traveling and not food."

Prós: "Very comfortable First seat on the E75. Lots of space."

Prós: "COMFORTABLE SEATS EVEN FIR A BIG GUY LIKE ME, FRIENDLY STAFF."
Contras: "LAST RED EYE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED"

Prós: "The flight staff was efficient boarding people and were pleasant despite the close quarters, full plane and bumpy turbulence."
Contras: "The boarding crew woman was completely and unnecessarily rude. I have a small purse I had gotten out of my backpack to get my boarding pass that she insisted I put back in my backpack before loading. I understand the concept and reason for the request but the manner in which she did it was so uncalled for. I don't recal a time in which I've been spoken to in that manner in a very long time. While I was doing it (it took literally 5 seconds), she was screaming at me to walk over to the side and lose my place in line. After I quickly put it in she screams it must go in all the way, which it was. There wasn't even a bulge from it and it closed with ease. I'd be happy to provide a picture of my small backpack/purse."

Contras: "Had to check my bag because they ran out of overhead bin space."

Contras: "After 6 delays between 5 PM and 10 PM the flight was cancelled. They wouldn't comp a hotel and left us fending for ourselves. I finally arranged for my family to fly into a different destination 2 hours away from home after mid-night and drove home."

Prós: "The seats next to my husband were empty so my husband and I and the couple in the same row spread out (instead of A-D we used A, C D & F). They were on the second leg from Jamaica and we had a long day flying from Barcelona - it was wonderful to have the extra room."

Prós: "Flights for entire trip were on time - which is a first. Crews generally friendly and helpful."
Contras: "Not enough space. Every time I fly American I feel like I am stuck in a sardine can so I avoid this airline unless there is no acceptable choice."

Prós: "There is no entertainment. Prices have gone up but domestically the service is the same. They don't provide snacks without charging for them."

Contras: "Though the weather was fine - no excuse - the flight was delayed over an hour and I lost the connecting flight to Newark."

Outra coisa é que acho que pelo menos quando a gente faz check-in poderiamos saber qual será a ementa, porque no voo só nos dizem: "quer carne ou pasta?" e tem alimentos que não gosto, e sabendo qual seria todo o acompanhamento, na hora eu não teria que perguntar qual o acompanhamento e o funcionário responder-me sem vontade... mas fora isso a comida estava otima!"

Prós: "I couldn't have been more impressed. Great food and drink and service. Terrific entertainment options and a comfortable ride across the Atlantic."

Contras: "They cancelled the flight, losted the baggage and couldn't help to resolve the problem. They also lied about the flight they wanted to replace to solve the problem which even didn't exist in their company. So, I will never ever take the flight from this compound again."

Prós: "The service they provided us reminded us of how airlines used to treat their customers in the past. Meals were provided as was entertainment (there were individual tv screens for us to watch movies on) all for no additional cost to us. From the customer service to the services provided and the legroom on the flight -- everything was more than what we expected and we would consider flying TAP Portugal again."

Prós: "This is the third time I fly with TAP and they are always late. Plane seats have zero legroom. TAP staff are not friendly and seem uncaring for the most part. If possible, I will not fly that airline again."
Contras: "My TAP flight from Lisbon to Madeira island was 2 hours late arriving so I lost all of my flight connections back to Boston and San Francisco. I was stuck in Lisbon Portugal for one extra day - was told to get out of the airport, then asked a bunch of people what to do, finally got in a very long line of people within a very hectic and loud airport full of travelers. 60+ people in a line being helped by only 2 rude counter staff. I waited in TAP member services line for 2 hrs and 30 minutes. They gave me a voucher to a motel and a taxi cab where I would have to spend the night. On my way back, I was diverted form Boston to Miami and the whole ordeal was unpleasant. It seems like TAP staff doesn't care about inconveniencing passengers. I overhead a conversation between a young 30+ year old TAP male staff wearing a dark blue sweater and dark blue pants belittling a British woman passenger. While waiting in line I was surprised to see how rude the counter TAP staff were to passengers who were frustrated that they lost their flight connections because of the TAP plane's late arrival. IF possible, I would never fly TAP again."

Prós: "Meal was good, and they gave us a snack since it was a long, trans-Atlantic flight. Crew was friendly."

Prós: "The extra leg room in economy. The excellent typical but gourmet Portuguese food, especially the 2 appetizers plus main course."

Contras: "Atraso superior a duracao do voo"

Prós: "There was enough space between the rows of seats!"
