Prós: Turkish Air’s boarding is very good and their food and entertainment is good
Contras: I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc.
Contras: WHEN i ARRIVED AT AIRPORT ON JUNE 3,2019 TRUKISH STAFF TOLD ME YOUR FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT MY FLIGHT WAS CONFIRMED.I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND LOW VISION.I THINK THIS IS TOATLY WRONG.20 MAY I WAS SICK TRUKISH AIRLINES CANCELED MY FLIGHT BECAUST I WAS SICK.
Prós: The service was great, crew was sweet and accommodating, food was good
Contras: Seats were a bit uncomfortable...but what do you expect after an 11 hour and 20 minute flight?
Contras: Seats in economy are tight.
Prós: Good flight in a nice A380, I’m in the top floor on premium economy.
Contras: Crew is not smiling a bit and slow service even if she serve only 32 of us in our section. Flight is not really smooth and shake a lot.
Contras: Passenger in next seat was so big that his fst hung over the armrest and he took up 3 to 4 inches of my space. Lufthansa should not let passengers this big fly in economy class. I appreciate my space in economy will be limited but I should be able to use all of my allotted space.
Contras: the flight was delayed by about 30-45 minutes

Contras: Crew was young and did a good job but I got the feeling they were working their way to their own vacation at the destination.
Contras: Our flight was late, and we had a sick passenger and had to wait until they leave however many of us had connecting flights in which we missed. The flight attendant should have allowed the one's connecting a flight leave first.
Contras: Missed the flight due to the sheer unhelpfulness and incompetence of the gate personnel. They would not let me board, since I was about 10 minutes late. THEN THE PLANE WAS DELAYED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS!!! I was stranded in NY, overnight, and had to pay hundreds of dollars for a train ticket and a cab.

Contras: The plane was very hot.
Prós: Fact that there’s a flight available to get me-from a to b, Crew were friendly-great, cabins clean.
Contras: Expensive, Delayed flight, unable to hear and understand boarding announcements, No WiFi, and a magazine that caters to the top 5% of passengers. Then to top it off a lost bag and over 2.0 hours spent either on hold or awaiting a call back to resolve issues with my last bag-totally unacceptable

Prós: Loved Finnair. Hated Justfly.com. If you own this company, you need to end up like Blockbuster or Circuit City.

Kayak found me a good price but purchasing the tickets through Justfly.com was the biggest mistake of my life. The trip ended up costing me $285 more than what I budgeted and there was zero customer ser

Contras: They didn’t talk much about the landing card.
Prós: The fact that we were offered an additional round of water and the friendliness of the crew.
Prós: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly
Contras: Only the other trip by air with Finair
