We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."
Contras: "I had to add luggage into the booking. In short, that is impossible to do on the website, and very little information about luggage in the booking procedure. So, the passenger didn't take any changes and asked me to book flight with another airline. Which I did, and found out that canceling is not a thing that you do either...."

I ordered a meal for the flight, but was surprised that when I needed even just an additional glass of water (during the 12 hour flight) I was charged $3. If I had not ordered a meal, I would not have received even the one drink that I got. This was a 12 hour flight, and most people around me were not offered even water."

Contras: "First off. I was late to my flight on the 19th, and Norwegian forced me to purchase an entire new ticket for a flight the next day. I have missed flights before and have never had to pay for another flight. The the next day, when I go to board, I see it is not Norwegian Air at all, it is some airline called Hi Fly that I have never heard of. Norwegian sold this flight to someone else. This airline is not up to my standards. The entertainment selection was very sparse. Besides the 1 1/2 meals provided, there was no food on an 11 hour flight! They ran out of alcohol 3 hours into the flight, which again, I have never seen that happen before."

Prós: "The staff on this flight was incredible and very helpful. The food was better than most flights but not as good as some airlines, like Emirates. Though there wasn't a huge selection of movies, they did have some good, recent releases that made the flight pass enjoyably."

Contras: "Flight delayed by 2 hrs and as a result I missed my connection to Gothenburg. When talking to a rep at the airport desk I was ridiculed and made fun of openly on several occasions for being dissatisfied with the delay and the missed connection. The rep was extremely rude and unhelpful. His name is Jari Loreman(?) I don't know his last name since he refused to give it to me. His "superior" Jenny Fredriksson acted professional but again was extremely unhelpful. i am very unhappy with Norwegian and how poorly I was treated as a customer. It is unlikely that I will fly Norwegian ever again."

We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

Contras: "I was told I would be helped in the UK. I was not I was told by the staff to be careful and not "slip" on the wet floor as I walked down the metal steps on a broken and cast foot. The staff said they could not radio through and get help for me because it would take 2 hrs. Luckily passengers helped me instead- ridiculous. I was a solo traveller."

Contras: "We were taken by coach to a plane bound for Paris and were than told to disembark, to be taken to the correct plane for Palma! In the process a mother and her son that were left on the wrong plane had to be collected, before we could take off, which delayed the flight by 45 minutes."

Em caso de emergência, com as pessoas sentadas, algumas com as pernas compridas, é impossível sair por ali. Ainda por cima, aquando da marcação dos vôos paga-se uma taxa superior para ir num banco com as mesmas condições (espaço) que os outros. Terminal do aeroporto de Bili (Bordeaux) cláustrofóbico pois colocaram lá todos os viajantes, num vôo lotado, á espera que se pudesse embarcar. Saída do vôo atrasada em quase meia hora, recuperada durante a viagem; chegada a horas."

Contras: "de nunca ter meu email respondido e nem minha solicitação pelo facebook respondida. a empresa não presta a menor atenção aos seus clientes. isso sem falar no constrangimento no check-in no aeroporto em napoles na pesagem da bagagem. nunca fui tão mal tratada na minha vida por uma prestadora deserviços. com a experiência vivida ficou claro que os atendentes manipulam a balança de pesagem, pois minha mala foi pesada diversas vezes (e tirei fotos) na mesma balança e em balanças diferentes e o peso variava entre 16kg e 25kg! fazendo com que eu tivesse que pagar excesso de gagagem (acima dos 20kg). pedi para falar com o supervisor, os atendentes gritando disseram pra eu procurar no arroporto ou ir a polícia. lamentável o atendimento!"

Contras: "FRANTIC at Marseille Airport Easyjet security check area Then after unexplained delays, at gate entrance my hand luggage was refused even though it was organised the same way as my outward journey and that was OK. Aggressive checker said it couldn't have been Easyjet - I don't lie, and my outward journey was Easyjet. Had to repack & so spoilt some contents. We were left standing in gate area for ages without explanation."

The flight attendant let my mom in with a backpack, paper bag, and a small flat purse. My sister and I, on the other hand, was carrying a backpack and a small purse each. The flight attendant told us to fit our purses in our backpacks. We ended up paying for a checked baggage. Even with one carry on, we were not able to put it in the overhead compartment and we just placed it under the seat. We did not mind paying but we wished that the rule is applied consistently."

When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."

I therefore wanted to book for my flight back a seat in the emergency exit row for an additional > 15 Euro. But after my the Vueling Android app crashed twice while trying to do so, I gave up."

Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

She was very rude and clearly didn't want to deal with us. We stood for another 20 minutes in a different line only to be told that the bag was clearly on our reservation. We finally got the bag checked after yet another wait. We waited about 25 minutes in line to board for the plane and had to gate check our carry ons. No water served on the flight, and instead the flight attendants were aggressively trying to sell perfume."

Contras: "I've had three flights with Ryan Air this week and every one has been so unorganized and stressful. The boarding process is slow, and a lot of getting in line and standing for long periods of time. Even with open seats they don't boom groups together (when they book at same time). I assume to get more money to switch but this just leads to masses of people trying to swap seatings during boarding. The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."

We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."
