Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Contras: "No food, no drink, no entertainment were included with this fare. Thankfully we were so exhausted from the long haul flight immediate preceding this flight that we did not care. I'm not sure why but the gate staff was trying to get everyone to check their smaller bags including our backpacks. My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine."

Contras: "The last thing I would ever expect from a flight attendant is negligent behavior. A child aged around 5 years old clearly unattended by parents throughout the entire 9 1/2 hour flight to Chicago was not only being disruptive but his behavior could have placed him in danger. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."

Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

Contras: "The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane."
Contras: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."

Prós: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Contras: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Prós: "Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful."

Prós: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Contras: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Contras: "Paid for priority and was put on the same bus as everyone else and because I entered first the bus I was last to exit making paying for priority completely useless."

Contras: "The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why."

Contras: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."
Prós: "Everything was on time, no delays. Polite crue. Easy boarding."
Contras: "The seats are not comfortable at all"
Contras: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."
Prós: "On time boarding, departure and arrival. Smooth flight. Better than Ryanair."
Contras: "Seats were horrible. Narrow, no leg room and awfully uncomfortable. Worse than easyJet."

Contras: "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I submitted a complain and hope to get a credit or refund. Confirmation code: L3QZWB"
Prós: "Excellent pilot"
Prós: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Contras: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Contras: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."
Contras: "Was delayed on tarmac due to security error, not their error, but they seemed unwilling to at least give people complimentary water or coffee. Cheap airline they are!"

The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

Contras: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."
