Contras: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. I wish you best and ask for your kind assistance to send the item as soon as possible with the nearest flight. Sincerely, Meylakh Sheykhet"

Contras: "the teminal 4 sevice at JFK: the huge line before the security looked like a complete misorder and for no reason lingest lined I ever saw in airports instead of spliting the crowd in shorted lines to every security crew without maku=ing people to pass long lines with the hand luggage and children, it was really and absolutelu=y far from any comfort."

Prós: "Crew was as helpful as they could be. A man fell ill during the flight and was carried into first class be the crew. There were screaming little kids placed all over economy with parents that did nothing about their high pitched screaming and I do mean screaming and screeching as a form of communication. There was only one much younger child that was in real distress and the Mom and Dad walked up and down the aisles trying to comfort that child and not disturb others passengers. The rows of seats were so close together that when the person in front of me reclined, I could not. get up from my seat and it was on the aisle! The young man sitting next to me just stood on the seat to climb out. We could have made an earlier flight, but the manger of the reservation desk in Tel Aviv was too lazy to check to see if we could switch to the earlier flight was easily make able with lots of seats, but I couldn't do it on line and she was busy talking to her friends. As a result, we had a 6 hour lay over in Zurich that was unnecessary."

They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment."

The seats were extremely close together and leaned back very far so that space was extremely limited. It was extremely uncomfortable, unlike other Turkish Airlines flights I've taken."

Contras: "I had to ask a neighboring passenger if her would allow me 20mins of my flight without his rear end in my face. He was a fairly large man and constantly bending over in the isle to chat with his family. His infant was being attended to by his wife who constantly paced around to shake the baby (I'm sure the baby was annoyed as well). The baby finally spat up on the floor and seat. Everyone in the family could not sit still more than 5mins at a time, jumping up, moving around, switching seats, passing items. The men turned the area into a social scene/bar. I was too distracted by all this activity hovering over me to enjoy reading or relaxing. I constantly had rear ends in my face, and I constantly had to dodge and lean in my seat. The aforementioned tall man even had the nerve to fold away my television monitor when I dozed off so that it would not be an obstruction for his activity. By then I'd had enough. The This flight was terrible. Non of the staff requested better conduct or mindfulness of the other passengers. I believe the airline should strongly consider having a separate space for large families, families with babies, or at least have a code of conduct to which passengers should respect for the sake of every paying customer's ability to enjoy such a long flight."

Contras: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Contras: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"
Contras: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."

For some reason the arm rests in the middle of the seats would not go fully back and I felt like the flight attendants were talking down to me. They also could have been having a bad day too with the flight. :/"

Contras: "The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant."

We were charged for drinks that are usually complimentary (water and ginger ale) and when the credit card slip needed to be signed, my partner's ginger ale was spilled. The attendants couldn't be bothered to give us more than two cocktail napkins to clean up an entire can-worth, and did not offer to replace the drink. I had to dig into my bag to try and find napkins because there was soda covering the tray as well as all over the seat and his lap. I've always had positive experiences on BA flights, but sorry to say this one was sub-par."

Contras: "This flight was also delayed twice. Once because the pilot was sick and again for weather. We sat on the tarmac for an hour. No food or drinks were served."

Contras: "The boarding at Dublin airport was not great, masses of crowds from every displaced flight due to snow (not all British Airways, many other airlines adding to the crowd). Was not awful but not fun."

But the worst was in the am (this was the Chicago to London flight) there was nothing offered before landing. My experience is that there is usually tea/coffee/a light snack. But not even water was offered. I have told this to a number of people to get their opinion. Everyone is surprised. On the flight from London to Lisbon, nothing but tap water was free."
Contras: "I missed this connection and was routed through Dallas instead. I also missed that connection to El Paso."

Contras: "I get a very limited amount of time to visit my girlfriend who is currently living back at home in England and spent nearly two hours sitting on the plane following the landing and then another two hours or so waiting for my bag to show up and finally filled out info to have it sent to me so that I wasn't wasting any further amount of time on a plane or in the airport. With limited service it was just an overall terrible experience, for my girlfriend even more so than me, as she began to get worried during the delay in the flight arrival up until I got into the airport and got service so that I was able to explain the delay and that I would be out soon. Which wasn't the case since I continued waiting for my bag to arrive for the next couple hours. What should've been a time of joy being reunited with my girlfriend turned into a time of stress for all involved and several hours overdue."
Prós: "Spacious seats Cabin crew recognised baggage space was likely to run out as flight was full, and took steps to get some bags checked into the hold. Although flight was late, captain kept us informed."

The aircraft was packed full, not even water was offered without charge, the service even at that was barely fast enough to make one pass of the passengers before landing, the aisles were continually blocked with service carts selling so how are you supposed to make a bathroom break?"
