Prós: There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating.

Contras: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Prós: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Contras: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Prós: Crew and Flight attendants were helpful, responsive and cheerful before, during and after the flight.

Contras: I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses.

Contras: Nicer behaviour from crew, smile is easy.

Prós: Disorganised boarding and staff not efficient Plane was not cleaned until passengers arrived at plane and waited in buses while they finished cleaning, waited standing approximately 30 minutes at plane on bus

Contras: Some passengers had priority over others. There was a problem with the crew and the food so I wasn't able to eat. Also, the televisions worked for some people but not everyone and by the time the entertainment worked again, the flight was almost over.

Prós: Super friendly

Prós: legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered.

Contras: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.

While we waited the air conditioner did not work and we were left in intense heat. I still don’t know the reason why the flight was delayed because it .

Contras: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Contras: 2:30 hours delay inside the plane and finally they change our aircraft. The crew is not friendly with us.

Contras: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Contras: Not even complimentary tap water offered. Horrific boarding method and rude staff shouting at people who were waiting patiently. Very likely they will take your carryon even if you comply with requirements, but after you go through the process of security, which is irritating. If they need space they should offer upon check in.

Contras: The staff that works in the counter was very rude. My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Contras: Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing.

Contras: The major slowness and inefficiency to board and the major delays. Trapped in te plane when they would clearly know that the destination airport would not receive the plane late because of the airport space limitations.

Contras: Transa ia could start by respecting the law and actually enforcing car seats for small children instead of forbidding families to take their car seats in their airplanes.
