Prós: "The incoming pilot to Nice parked at the wrong gate and apparently, once parked, it could not be moved. So the airport had to scramble buses which made the flight depart more than an hour late. We had a 50-minute layover and Lufthansa did not hold the plane. So we got home a day late."

We waited for several hours at the airport before being informed by an airport staff. We missed one day of work and lot of inconvenience with transportation and accommodation in Bengaluru."

Prós: "We were traveling from IAH gto FRA with two dogs. One in a crate and one in a small carry on dog bag. Lufthansa handled the process very well. They expected us at the airport, helped us through the entire checkin with a smile, helpful information and care. They brought us and our dog to TSA and after boarding confirmed that our dog had been loaded and safely taken care of. The cabin crew also checked on us and our in cabin dog. I don't know any other airline that makes traveling with a dog so easy and pleasant."

I made it to the gate with 3 minutes to spare, so no time for the bathroom, no time to get lunch or even a bottle of water, no time period. And at the end of it all, my bag is lost."

I was delayed by donald trump protestors blocking the highway (not your fault). Dulles was a ghost town ( abnormally slow). All I had was carry-on. They said they closed the flight. They quoted me at $1800 for a one way ticket directly from Lufthansa. The original round trip was $900. I declined, sat down for 15 min booked another Lufthansa flight online for $800, checked in and was through security by 5:50. Just in time for my original flights last call. I could have made it easily. Boooo Lufthansa booo."
Contras: "Will newer agan fly business with Lufthansa!! It's not business at all just regular econom seats with short leg room and casual service. They should be sorry for that kind of business!!"

Having not known this at all, I had no ride home, super inconvenienced and I was 2 hours plus away from my home in Jersey. Horrible experience"

Both times, LH925 on 1st May from Heathrow to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. and TReturn on 9th May, LH327 from Venice to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. Late arrivals caused extra stress on Connections and We had to run across the airport to catch the connecting flight. Flight getting delayed both ways makes me rethink about LH Flights. I will be careful and wont like to travel on LH ."

In other news, AA’s morning food options are incredibly lame. It’s almost as if they don’t want to sell any food. Finally, can come one tell me where to buy stock in those mediocre little Biscotti cookies they (and every other airline) pass out for free? Must be KILLING it!"

Contras: "No snacks or drinks provided on any of my flights on American this weekend. 2 of them were real short so that makes sense but other 2 were long enough to have this but stopped before my row. We were Delayed, which is understandable, but not sure why we couldn't board and wait for crew to come on to speed up process rather than waiting for crew to arrive to even begin boarding process. I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."

I went early to the airport to sort out the issue and the reps lied to me and then sent me to a different airline counter even though I booked through BA and was having an issue with the second leg of the flight which was indeed operated by BA. My issue wasn’t resolved until I spoke to a manager."
Contras: "I was on a flight to Dallas on an American Airline flight which arrived late due to weather conditions, and the connecting flight didn't even wait for me although they know why I couldn't make it on time. And I was only late for about 5 minutes."

They made us pay $50 to check-in luggage, but then didn't bother to put the bags on our flight. They also tried to charge us twice for the privilege of checking bags. They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"

Contras: "The seats in economy are just so tight that sleep on this short overnight flight was almost impossible. The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. The small plane size makes this sardine feeling worse and slows service to the rear of be craft."

Contras: "There was no entertainment available on this flight. It's a short flight so I don't expect any, however, I continued on to Phoenix that day from Chicago and that is a long flight. I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."
