Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Contras: "More than 90 min delay in the flight from NYC to Istanbul. Caused us to get late to the next flight. The replacement we got was after more than 6 waiting hours although earlier flights took off to the same destinatiob."

Contras: "They made us choose an alternate schedule and offered our money back completely 1 week before our trip. This change by Turkish Airlines cost me $610. I had to rearrange the flight schedule for the person dog and house sitting for me. We had to spend an extra vacation day from work. The hotel Turkish Airlines put us in had terrible food and was so isolated that you could not walk to a restaurant. This airline was the lowest price, but I will definitely be looking for a different way for my next trip."

Se puder dispor de alguma grana, pague pelas poltronas em duplas, se estiver acompanhado é o melhor, para evitar o estresse de levantar para um banheiro no meio da madrugada

Contras: "they didn't load my baggage from flight 1 to 2"
Contras: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."
Prós: "The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread."
Contras: "boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart."

Contras: "They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there."

Contras: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."
Contras: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

(Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Contras: "OUr departing flight was delayed almost 1 1/2 hours, resulting in a missed connection in Cairo -- this is not uncommon. The connecting flight waited 6 minutes, then left us. Arranging an alternative (through Rome & onward by late evening) was done , but no one was at the transfer desk for an hour."

Contras: "I hope to all aircrafts to think wisely about my opinion. Please let economic passenger go in to reach their seats from back to head, late let the business passengers enter to reach their seats to avoid bags traffic above each passenger seat. Thank you."

Contras: "One major safety concern, was that the take off safety briefing was still playing as we took off. On the flight back from Cairo the safety briefing first played in Arabic and then English. The English briefing only started once we were already in the air. If there had been an accident on takeoff, someone flying for the first time wouldn't know what to do or how to get out."

Para um voo curto, 2h30min, o serviço foi muito bom. Basicamente completo, com algumas restrições, claro, principalmente do menu e da forma de servir. Mas no geral, ótima!

O serviço de bordo é um serviço internacional com um jantar com duas opções de pratos quentes, e as refeições especiais (diabetc and without glúten) são honestas e preparadas no catering GRU, tanto na ida qto na volta, comida conhecida e de boa qualidade. O vinho oferecido é de boa qualidade. O ponto fraco do vôo, refletindo diretamente no nome Ethiopian Airlines, foi a higiene na galley traseira, no vôo da volta, ET 507 - 04/01 falta de higiene da tripulação, garrafas términicas ao chão, talheres de plásticos sendo colocados no chão, em uma área imunda próximo as banheiros. Lastimável."

Prós: "Nice aircraft and comfortable seating in economy with a good selection of music and movies on the seat back entertainment. Business class was mostly empty and looked very nice and roomy. They should upgrade their frequent flyers the way other airlines do to fill those empty seats and generate the good PR that results. The food was good in my opinion, and the Ethiopian coffee is great. Affordably priced tickets was the selling point for choosing them. They are a young airline and while they go through the motions of being a modern service-oriented airline, but alas for the most part they aren't there yet."
Contras: "We've flown a few Ethiopian Air flights now and while the flight attendants are nice, they aren't always on top of things and paying attention to the needs of the passengers. Not as helpful or attentive as we're used to. Boarding is chaotic and the overnight transfer at Addis Ababa is a total mess. If you get to leave through the airport in the early morning things are relatively painless, but what a nightmare of pushing and shoving chaos when it's busy. The hotels they put you up in are mediocre at best. Last week we enjoyed a long wait for the bus ride to the hotel, cold food when we arrived, and a nice hard bed to "sleep" in. We probably won't fly Ethiopian Air if we have to overnight in Addis Ababa again. I'm willing to pay up to fly another airline and skip the overnight as it's just not worth the hassle."
Contras: "The flight was delayed for hours in Delhi with no notice, making us spent the night at the airport. The flight was supposed to get to Abidjan around noon, but because of the delay, we missed the connection and the next available flight was the next day which would mean I missed my next flight and a work conference. In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination."

Tive que passar 1 noite na Etiopia por culpa da compania. Foi um transtorno. O staff é despreparado e nos atendeu com descaso. Não indico a cia para ninguém. Eles não são capazes de honrar compromisso com os horários que eles estipulam e isso cria uma desordem generalizada pq mais de 40% perde a conexão e eles são obrigados a realocar os passageiros em hoteis (o q tb se torna prejuízo pra eles mesmos). Uma cia como a Ethiopian deveria ter um sistema de logistica e principalmente um aeroporto adequados. Decepção total."

Contras: "Flight was overly delayed - as a result I missed my connection to Capetown and endured a lot of feeds in cancellation of pre-planned trips. Ground staff in Mumbai and Addis Ababa were awful. Mumbai staff was rude and inconsiderate. Addis Ababa team does not even make eye contact when talking to passengers. I could not wait for this travel to be over. Aircraft was mediocre.. During boarding, they don't seem to care about Priority passengers - despite my status with other Star Alliance carriers. Not sure I will fly by Ethiopian again."

Contras: "No flight overnight is ever very comfortable. It’s difficult to sleep."

Contras: "The services at the airport was terrible. The Booked me a flight with only a 30 minute layover. When I try telling the people before boarding the plane, big Norred me. When I told the flight attendant she said she would talk to the captain to see if there’s a way I could get a ride to my next plane so I wouldn’t miss it. That never happened. When we got off the plane no one at the airport would help us and when I was trying to run to my next terminal one of the officers at the airport told me to slow down because I wouldn’t miss the plane and I was fine. When I asked help with directions and told him I was afraid of missing my flight people laughed and walked away. When I finally found my terminal and got to it, my flight had already took off seven minutes prior. I absolutelyHated my experience flying with Ethiopian air. The seats are uncomfortable on the plane, not all the seats recline back the same level, and when I was eating dinner I decided to eat chicken since I can’t eat beef and halfway through the check in my stomach started her and I looked up the chicken and it was still pink inside."

However, we received an email a few days ago saying that the flight on the way back changed and the layover has increased from 2h to almost 7h! this is very upsetting since Im pregnant and the bring such a ling time at the Addis airport really ruined my flight experience"

Contras: "Late take off from Newark led to us almost missing our connections to Johannesburg. We were moving like sheep herded to buses. Seemed very unorganized. The inflight entertainment was very basic compared to other star alliance flights in the states. Can’t understand the pilots very well when they spoke English. P"

Contras: "On connecting from Bangkok to Nairobi passengers are funneled into a security waiting area with no water, coffee, duty free shopping- absolutely nothing but dirty toilets- for a 2+ hour layover. Bole airport is surely one of the most disfunctional airports on the planet."

Advised that I could not claim expenses for toiletries, basic necesssities. 1. Luggage did NOT arrive that afternoon 2. No reply to tel calls or got an automatic answering service. 3. No follow through to emails 4. Persistent phone calls at last elicited a response that luggage would arrive next morning - but unable to give a time 5. Luggage arrived late afternoon i.e. 2 full days later 6. I will put in a claim for toiletries, underwear, socks + taxi to get to shops"
