Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

The plain wasn’t overstuffed with people - actually there were enough open seats that everyone could have a little extra space. Will always check Swiss Air first for international travel."

Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.
Da falta de gentileza de um dos funcionários responsável pelo embarque, sem modos ao falar com os clientes.
O embarcar foi muito fácil. Está companhia pelo menos oferece água aos passageiros, e tem outras bebidas para venda. Só é pena não ser possível entregar a mala para o porão antes de passar a segurança à saída de Lisboa.
Atraso de ~1 hora. Falta de informação sobre o atraso.
Embarque poderia ser mais organizado. As pessoas poderiam ser orientadas desde o checkin a como proceder durante o embarque, para evitar aglomerações, e esperas de pé em fila.
Há café, água ou sumo de laranja
No mínimo uma garrafa de água.
As observações que fiz anteriormente se referiam a este trecho. Ao avaliar pensei que já o fazia da experiência geral. Espero que leiam e possam mudar, porque realmente me incomodou bastante.
Avião avariado... Atraso de 2h
Fiquei profundamente irritado por me enviarem a minha mala para o porão e depois no avião vi varias iguais e algumas ainda maiores.
A simpatia na cara dos comissários de bordo poderia ser melhor.
DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE! To start with, we were charged an extra $100 for our carry-on baggage apparently being overweight. This was not something we were told about prior to flying or we would have packed differently. During our layover in Portugal, we were delayed. Once they started to board, we got on the bus and drove out to the plane. Upon arriving at the plane, there were already two other busses there that had not even offloaded yet since they were apparently still servicing the plane. We had to stand in a crowded bus for about 45 minutes packed in like sardines. So much for social distancing and covid concerns! The plane itself was uncomfortable and the service terrible. I have flown across the Atlantic many many times on other airlines and have always received amazing service. This was not the case with TAP. Other than a small glass of water, we were only served drinks one time. There were no refills or additional service, which for a 9-hour flight is unheard of. I hated every minute of my time with TAP and will never fly with them again even if someone offered me a free ticket.

Contras: "A troca dos assentos dos meus sogros, sendo que meu sogro precisa de assistência, precisava ficar junto da sua esposa. Como é precisa reservar espaço para a cadeira de rodas, eles alteraram os assentos do meu sogro, e com isso ele sentaria sozinho numa poltrona sem possibilidade de mobilidade para ele, trocaram o assento da minha sogra mas para o local onde meu sogro não consegui sair para ir ao banheiro, ele chegou a se molhar um pouco pois não pode ir ao banheiro. O voo atrasou e passamos por várias turbulências, cheguei a enjoar."

She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Nothing. The plane was two hours late. Then they loaded it and said they worked on the microphone system for an hour while the passengers waited. They failed to keep the passengers updated as to the problem for not departing the gate. Some people tried to get off out of fear something was wrong. But the crew discouraged them from leaving. Then after all of the waiting and we finally departed, they charged 3 Euros when passengers asked for water. Otherwise, you had to go thirsty. The service was beyond poor. They took advantage of the fact they are the only nonstop carrier between Firenze and Barcelona. Their blatant behavior of refusing water unless you pay extra after holding the passengers on the plane for an excessive time is a human rights violation. The passengers on this flight will certainly keep this incident in mind.
Delays in flight is not acceptable. The passengers knew about the delays before the staff.
Schiphol airport was in chaos. I waited more than 2 hours in line for security check. Had to excuse myself among passengers because my flight is near and I can't wait anymore. Asked an agent if I can pass in front of the line, run all the way to the gate, turned out they changed it so I had to run again to the second gate, arrived 2 minutes after the indicated boarding time. The plane was still there (kept being there for an hour and a half of delay afterwards) but the flight agent decided boarding is closed and I can't be boarded. Which doesn't make sense because I am not responsible for the airport problems and chaos. I already endured all the standing and waiting in the unbelievably long line and did all I could to catch my flight and I wasn't even that late. 0 flexibility. 0 respect for the customer. She asked me to book another ticket for a later flight while my flight is waiting in front of my eyes. Later it got solved by some gentleman who appears to be the pilot who insisted that passengers are not responsible for the airport chaos and that she should on-board us (me and 2 other passengers in same situation). So grateful that happened but the discussion with the first agent was super frustrating. My other flights with Vueling went just fine.

They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."
