Prós: "I liked how smoothly the boarding process was at O'Hare."
Contras: "I didn't like that with a window seat, my area for my feet was diminished by some metal box. Also the entertainment options were severely lacking for adults. Only thing to watch in English were highlights. I had to turn to Children's entertainment. Plus, my screen froze at one point after being hard to function. The flight overall was very uncomfortable."

Contras: "It's not clear why they feed us at 3 am (one hour into the flight) instead of near the end of the flight (breakfast time). Are they trying to save money by having to heat the food less? It seems to make more sense to let people sleep and wake up to breakfast just before landing (around 6 am)."

Prós: "The problem was a family with 4 children who failed to parent their children which made this 7 hour flight a nightmare. Their children yelled, screamed and cried the entire flight and their parents did nothing. Their children laid in the center aisles, jumped up and down in the seats like a trampoline. They played with the trays like a toy repeatedly opening and closing them for fun. They tossed pillows at each other and the father handed them back to them to do it again and again. The parents didn't even seat their children in - the flight attendant had to do it. In our section there was no sleeping only total frustration. I love kids but sitting behind totally irresponsible parents made this return flight a nightmare while awake"

As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Contras: "Navigating Heathrow when changing terminals is horrid. I have no idea why they make you go through security again when you never leave a secure area. Always allow at least 2+ hours for a transfer. When boarding this flight usually does not have a gate. It is necessary to take a. Is to the plane and walk up the stairs, which seems like unnecessary delays."

Contras: "I guess they are having problems getting flights out on schedule I had a long wait coming from the US and they added another 2 plus hours of wait at Heathrow....."

Contras: "For this flight, the line of people to board stretched outside of the gate- it was not possible to wait inside the gate. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight)."

At the end, the crow didn't even call us to inform we were boarding, we had to come at the gate regularly to see the changes."

Contras: "We watched the woman tag our bags We were in Malta for the last leg of our honeymoon. And somehow our bag with a months worth of clothes was lost. Completely lost. The tag number we were given is for a bag of someone in Nova Scotia. After a beautiful trip we lost over 12k of clothes and make up and shoes. Just a horrible way to end our honeymoon. So awful."

Contras: "Check in was a little confusing. For a small airport, it was tough to figure out which line was the correct line for me. They were too generic and not descriptive enough. The online checkin was also glitchy. I tried three times before managing a complete checkin. I was never sure if I was going to have a ticket when I got to Paris for my next flight. My luggage did it make it. Not sure if that happened in Malta or Paris, though."

I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Contras: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

The biggest problem is they were picking and choosing which bags they weighed. 10 people behind us and before us got in without incident. Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."

Contras: "Movies were dated. Crew spoke limited and broken English, not good enough for international flights."

Contras: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"

Contras: "The staff is very unprofessional in receiving the passengers and serving the drinks mainly. The luggage wasn’t received and after 24 hrs no news about it! It’s a shame"

Prós: "Todo muy bien Volvería a viajar con ellos."

Prós: "This is what happens when you get roped in by a low price."
Contras: "Disorganization which led to not being able to pre-purchase baggage. Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Prós: "Option to upgrade seat which I didn't take but might for outbound red eye flight in future."
Contras: "Faulty toilet meaning longer queues for the loo. Crew were a bit haphazard in serving food and my row was missed out for coffee after dinner."

Contras: "Very difficult to find where to register with the flight but this is more tied to the way things are run by the airport"

Contras: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."

Contras: "The delay in the flight without even informing us of the reasons. Changing the boarding gates twice, and no options in the meal."

Prós: "Efficient check-in."
Contras: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Prós: "I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder."

Contras: "takeoff delayed due to "technical issues". similarly landed after an almost 60mins delay!"

Contras: "Flight was at 10:30pm. Waited at the gate from 9:00-10:40 with no news. Nobody knew what was going on or what we were waiting for. Finally at 10:40 they announced that the flight would be delayed, even though we had figured it out by then. At 11 the flight crew showed up. We finally boarded at 11:30 and we arrived an hour late to our destination. They offered drinks to the 2 people flying "business class" (they were just sitting in the front but amongst the economy class seats) at the very beginning, but then waited to serve everyone else, but as it was late, most people were already sleeping. We arrived an hour late."

Prós: "The snack/beverage service was unexpected and generous for such a short flight."
Contras: "The airline lost both of my bags and destroyed a twin seat stroller. Dealing with the personnel at the airport was very difficult since I didn't have one of my baggage tickets, they acted like they couldn't help me at all. They have computers and could have cross – checked with my name, but they refused to do so until I told him to try to use the one claim ticket that I did have. They did and the matter was eventually resolved, and I am awaiting my bags now at the place where I am staying."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "That I couldn't make the flight because Air France is so unreliable..."

Prós: "That it was not an Air France operated flight. Crew were kind and helpful. Seating was very comfortable, and everything was on schedule."

Contras: "Cancelled!"

Prós: "Plane comfort. Quiet Luggage policy towards children which allows to take baby car seat free of charge"
Contras: "2 meals only !!!!! on a 11h flight from CDG-LAX. Who on earth thinks it's ok to eat 1h after take off and 1h before leaving a 9h break between meals. It's cheap but not healthy. In the feedback form there was a question about a la carte meal but no one offered me the option to buy anything during the flight. The crew attitude is the worst I've seen. I have flown more then 300 times. I felt I disturbed their conversations which were more important. Once I waited 2 minutes in front of them before they stopped their private discussion. Lufthansa has a special team for A380 and they are super helpfull. Entertainment system is slow and the UI is much worst than on LH A380 and Emirates."

Contras: "The reclining mechanism is not user friendly whereby the chair does not recline smoothly. Unfortunately it falls too quickly and not allow the passenger in the back row to get out of the way. a must thing to improve."

Prós: "I managed to get onto an earlier flight than anticipated when my original flight to Milan was canceled. The flight went well and service was certainly completely acceptable. I don't recall many details more than two weeks later."
Contras: "The exit row seat available on the rebooked flight was a middle seat, and I can't really complain since I did get the extra leg room I originally booked. I didn't like the length of time I had to wait at Heathrow, however, due to the canceled flight. It was several hours! My apartment rental landlord and I were both inconvenienced somewhat by the late evening arrival when an early afternoon arrival was initially scheduled."

Contras: "for the second time on this flight, the onboard devise for credit cards would not accept mine. this is the same card i used to book the flight. i complained to british air last time but they obviously haven't fixed the problem. there seems to be a problem using american credit cards these flights. is is a problem because nothing is free. luck;y a flight attendant did feel bad about it and gave me a glass of water"

Prós: "It got me to where needed to get to. First flight in 12 months that wasn’t delayed."
Contras: "Poor value for money. The food & drink selection (that you have to pay for) is abysmal. UK Border is a joke, 20+ passport desks but only 2 are ever occupied, ePassport gate DOESNT work (won’t eork if you have kids). Zero f**ks given. #BrexitBritain #BrokenBritain"

Contras: "I paid for TWO EXTRA suitcases for my flight. I carefully packed and weighted them in advance. The "lady" on the counter made me remove one jacket and one pair of boots from each suitcase because it was GRAMS over the limit. Grams those that my hand scale did not accuse at all. The following customer right after me had KILOS OVER the limit (almost SEVEN) and were not flying business or first class, regular economic class just like me. And they did not had to remove a thing from their extra heavy suitcases. What is the company criteria? Anyway, I bought me another return flight on OTHER airline and simply lost my return flight on BA. I am never flying this horrible company again."

Contras: "Online checkin wasn't working and the flight was oversold... After running through Heathrow after a delayed connection, we were told 5 min before the flight was scheduled to take off that it would be delayed. The coach seats were some of the smallest I've ever experienced (I fly 2x a month on average). The crew broke wheels off both of our roller bags."

Contras: "We waited 3 hours in the airplane before they would take off, first because they said there was a line for the taxi gate, then they said something was wrong with the airplane they needed to fix it. Shouldn't they do maintenance before they load a plane?"

Prós: "It was a smooth landing."
Contras: "Do difference between business and coach except no one in the middle. Same seats, same everything. Save your money."

Prós: "Nothing. Not one redeeming thing to say. What a shame."
Contras: "Everything. Massive delay, but not that much as it was JUST before the threshold (by 5 minutes), cheats. Radio failure was the excuse, followed by crew change - yeah, right, not buying that one - more like radio was fine, but crew wanted to chip off work early and avoid last flight (common tactic for a demoralised/unionised workforce). Border is still broken at LGW. THIS is Broken Brexit Britain."

Contras: "The crew didn't even offer me a drink or food for purchase The baggage allowance fees were ridiculous -- I hate to pay despite being executive status and when I called several times prior to flight there were not helpful and referred me to airport who charged me a lot of $$! I willl be writing a note to customer service. In addition they are cutting back I was told and closed the ticket counter in Faeo Portugal -- not flying them again"

Prós: "Safe flight"
Contras: "Very poor service. Did not offer drinks. When asked for drinks the crew said they are doing duty free and did not serve water or drinks."

Prós: "Everyone please read this carefully before flying with British Airways - we will be taking this further as customer service is appalling!"
Contras: "British Airways overbooked the flight so we missed it and the next one due to system failure. We then were trapped in the airport (Heathrow) for the entire day. They 'allowed' us to leave the airport nine hours after we got there but unfortunately there were no trains, planes or buses going to Milan until midnight. After we searched for two hours to get to Milan we found one but had to spend nine hundred pounds to get a flight with another airline to get to my friends wedding. They lost our bags so we had to borrow clothes for the wedding from friends which was so embarrassing! We then continued our trip and they still have not returned our bags seven days into what was going to be the holiday of a lifetime. Not only have they ruined the trip for us both, they have cost us a bomb as we have had to buy clothes as we go."

Prós: "This was maybe a regional carrier, the flight was a bit more mundane compared to the wide-body crossing the Atlantic, however, there was nothing to really complain about. Boarding was a bit of a madhouse, but in the end not too eventful."

Contras: "We booked a wheelchair transfer from the connecting flight, and BA refused to provide the service. My elderly mother in law with limited mobility was left alone and stranded at Heathrow and was only assisted by fellow passengers (NOT BA staff). Unbelievable."

Contras: "Business class consisted of blocking off the middle seat in a row of three, and no extra space. The seat in front of me was as close as it was for economy. Why on earth would anyone spend extra on this, I have no clue."
