People just went to the gates after families, handicapped, vets, etc..passed the gates, business and first. Improving that process by forming ordered lines would help. Entertainment presented movies that are old and have been dysplayed on flights for years. Entertainment in general is poor. Seating not as expected! I chose my seat online and once on the plane I found out the organization of the seats was different than the one displlayed online. I chose an aisle sea on a 3 seat row and I ended up on a 4 seat row and squeezed in between two other passengers. The seats are "growing" smaller and smaller, and the shape and mobility of the chairs makes them uncomfortable. On my row there were 3 screens installed on the ahead seats, and my screen was by 3/4 in front of the passenger on my right. That made difficult controlling the screen function with me stretching my harm over the other passenger's face. I payed $2,000 for that flight in economy. $2,000 for an economy class is not cheap! And you don't offer a great experience. Either lower the price or improve the overall experience."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Contras: "O conforto dos bancos e a falta de espaço para as pernas, o facto de termos de pagar mais para levarmos uma mala de rodas pequena e para nos sentarmos ao lado do nosso companheiro de viagem."
Contras: "Supostamente só se pode levar uma única mala, presenciei pessoas sem prioritário e sem mala extra a embarcarem com dois volumes o que é injusto para quem se preocupou a controlar a bagagem incluindo a dificuldade que é não utilizar mala de senhora para além da bagagem."

Prós: "De nada nunca mais viajo c essa empresa, cheguei c 3 horas de antecedência no aeroporto e me fizeram pagar uma taxa de 55 euros absurdo, na volta atrasou muito, pessoas maleducadas"
Contras: "a tripulação do avião cancelou o acesso à gate antes da hora prevista tendo arrancado, deixando mais de 6 clientes em terra. é inexplicável esta forma de actuação tendo em conta que quem paga pelo serviço deveria aprimorar e dedicar-se a prestar um bom serviço. para mim a gota de água, não volto a contratar serviços a esta companhia."
Contras: "O tempo de espera no aeroporto para embarcar. Cerca de 1 hora."
Prós: "Simpatia da tripulação"
Contras: "Atraso de 1 hora"
Contras: "Para além de estarmos dentro de umas gaiolas em pé, quase uma hora sem sequer nos dizer nada, fomos a pé debaixo de chuva até ao avião. Crianças e bebês a serem forçados a ir debaixo de chuva. Entretanto chegamos ao avião e não tivemos autorização para entrar, ficando debaixo de chuva... enfim. Depois disso, quando aterramos não tivemos autorização de sair porque o Hospedeiro de Bordô chamou a polícia para acompanhar um dos passageiros. E para variar... Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."
Contras: "Houve um atraso e não avisaram. Ficámos em pé imenso tempo para embarcar como se o voo estivesse a horas."
Prós: "De tudo, tripulação Portuguesa super simpática"

Contras: "Got asked several times for passport checks, about six times. Didn't quite understand why so many. Not many seats in Lisbon airport. Same with toilets."

Contras: "A kiosk center will be easier for check in at the airport. People would not miss their flight or complain about crowdiness. Paying for a boarding pass in absurd. If a person paid for their flight they should not have to pay for a boading pass. The Ryanair App has technical difficulties"
Prós: "Voo... aterragem perfeita. Tripulação de cabine muito profissional."
Contras: "Comunicação do atraso muito tardio. Muito tempo para sair. Muito tempo em táxi....toda a experiência antes de ter o avião no ar foi má. Falta de comida a bordo (típico do último vôo do dia....mas não devia ser assim)."
Prós: "The price of the flight"

Contras: "Too much waiting. The process was to just herd you to the next corral for more waiting. Boarding process was much longer than need be. They charge for EVERYTHING! My husband and I were sitting separately, but the boarding pass only came to me electronically. For whatever reason, the forwarded email, or screenshot would not go through to him. We asked if they could print us one, they wanted €20. Seriously? However, I saw the gate lady print for several others with no charge.....hmmmm."

Contras: "50euro per bag for check in! Very delayed departure. More money to sit next to spouse and more money to have one carry on bag-- which was for medications."
Contras: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Contras: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Prós: "Original price"
Contras: "We were on vacation with our 3 year old and spent almost 5 extra hours in the Budapest airport which ate up most of our day. We were notified of the delay 5 minutes before we checked in and could have caught a cab later in the day and enjoyed our last day in Budapest."
