Don't understand how a highly organized German system has no signage or employees to direct traffic on boarding. Either preferred or general - which means the line for boarding strung along 3 gates for over 40 minutes. As well folks let me through with documentation and then stopped me because someone along the way didn't put a sticker on back of my passport. Sticker shortage??? Finally- and my biggest gripe- if it is a government mandate for everyone flying to Germany to wear a mask , why did my associates not have to wear one on AA? It is an airline issue. And if the US doesn't mandate masks, ok for flying into Germany, but why in to US? Again, none of associates HAD TO wear masks. Get that Germans have a preference and respect that, but if I just had to pay 30 euros for a rapid test that said I was negative to get on the plane, why this added hassle imposed by airline - again not a government thing. Or if I'm wrong, then AA and BA are non compliant.

O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Except constant choice of pasta and horrible salads, Lufthansa was excellent. Post Covid optimizations a savings don’t work so well. Understand company needs to survive.

Prós: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

The airplane selected for this 8-hour journey was way too small! It was uncomfortable, cramped, and not to the usual standards. A long-haul transatlantic flight needs to have more space and adequate overhead locker space for carry-on baggage. We had to check our small carry-on and they were the very last bags to arrive at baggage claim, 40 minutes after arrival. On two occasions I counted 17+ passengers lining up in the aisle waiting to access the bathroom, as there were only 2 lavatories in the economy area. Staff were clearly frustrated and the crew had to ask passengers to sit down to avoid blocking the aisle... another point why the plane was too small for that travel duration. Turbulence was frequent, again something that is not as obvious on a larger plane. As an Irish citizen living in the US, I'm so disappointed to see the Aer Lingus standard dropping and will be likely looking for other carriers for my frequent tranatlantic travels.

However that was not the worst part of the arrangement between getting off the Aer Lingus plane and with so little time to reach the gate for our BA flight to Denver it was a total disaster. Due to a minor problem my wife had with her foot I had asked for a wheel-chair to be available when we got off the plane at Heatrow. Good job that I did because with out their help we would never have made it in time for your flight to Denver. Between up and down in elevators, running along the corridors, in and out of a bus and I myself trying to catch up with those poor attendants. I was sorry that I did not get a second wheel chair for my self. Only for the flight was delayed by about 20 minutes we would have missed the flight. Who ever was responsible for making the arrangements of just allowing a time of 1 hour and 10 minutes between flights needs to figure out a better time schedule before people of our age ends up getting stressed out and end up with a heart attack. Very stressful indeed, believe I will never let this happen to me again. Fly/Us you need to fix this."

Contras: "The checking in process was very difficult on The day prior to the flight. In fact, was rather impossible. My daughterwad on the phone for hours with this. The flight was with Art Lingua, couldn't use BAW, kayak, or ARE LINGUS. Very frustrating."

Contras: "Our 2 carry-on bags were moved to checked in just before we got in. We were told that it was because it was a full flight. So what do I see in the overhead bins? 2 carry ons with "crew" tags. What bulls**t. This was a very good airline 20 years ago. Not anymore"

Contras: "My bags are lost and no one is helping me I'm very frustrated ."
Contras: "The flight was over an hour late taking off. Mediocre service from the crew, they seemed tired. Upon arrival you could not open the cargo doors and our luggage was delayed for almost 1.5 hours. There were several other issues with thus flight that made the overall experience a poor one. Some where beyond the control of the airline, others were not. There was a lot of room for improvement."
Prós: "Wonderful crew"
Contras: "paying for everything including a little sandwich and a glass of wine. Being late departing and having a rowdy group of men on board going to drink beer in Prague"
Contras: "We are really upset that Aer Lingus and/or Bitish Airways lost our baggeage! All our clothes, toiletries, medicine, and other personal belongings are MIA and we want these two airlines to work together and expedite finding and tertuning our luggage."
Prós: "The cabin staff were pleasant as we boarded."
Contras: "The food was mediocre at best. No attempt to bring around water or other drinks between food to encourage hydration. When I went back to the galley to seek some water, all 3 attendants were asleep - 2 even had blankets over their heads! It did not seem like they were particularly into providing a pleasant experience for passengers."
Everything was ok based on the new “normal” environment.
Still requiring masks, we are just tired of being obligated to do things. Seats don’t bend.
There was no legroom. I am only 6 feet tall, but my legs were wedged against the seat in front of me. I can’t imagine how a taller person could even fit. There was no beverage service!!
Last minute gate change had all passengers trotting across the terminal. No ground staff on hand to help inform, just an announcement (in Spanish only) on the PA for the change. otherwise short flight itself was fine
Já fiz uma avaliação e ao enviar pediram pra fazer de novo. Lá vai. Vou copiar dessa vez. No voo de Mahakesh pra São Paulo a tribulação e especialmente o 👩✈️ piloto foi muito boa e educada . Mas na de São Paulo para Mahakesh pareciam mulheres todas com tpm, muito grosseiras. De Mahakesh pra São Paulo a minha tela não funcionava pra nada. Nem para instruções da tripulação, nem para filme. Não foi legal. Me incomodou tbm a mesquinhez na hora de servir sucos e cafés - só um pouquinho em cada xícara. Não é por seguranças porque dava para observar como serviam na Business Class. Parecia uma coisa muito relacionava . Nunca passei tanta sede em avião . Enfim, foi a passagem mais barata que encontrei, mas na dúvida se o aborrecimento compensou .
Minha tela de vídeo não funcionava nem pra as instruções da tribulação , imagine para filmes. Me incomoda muito a mesquinhez na hora de servir - sucos e café são servidos só a metade da xícara. Ficam mal humorados se pedimos água junto com a bebida escolhida Essa tripulação específica de Mahakesh pra São Paulo foi muito gentil, muito boa . A tripulação de São Paulo para Mahakesh foi um horror. Pareciam todas com TPM. Foi a passagem mais barata, mas me deu arrependimento de ter ido por essa companhia .

If you are over 6’ get the emergency seats on the plane… more leg room..otherwise there will be pain
I flew round trip on “Iberia”. 4 flights and I never took an Iberia plane. They put us on a budget airline transatlantic.
The crew was the most friendly ever! Just made no sense the fact that we couldn’t get the bearding pass on a timely manner due to issues with CDC site, it was caused not by the AA WORKER, she was great, but something wouldn’t work in the system and it took us over an hour till we could get our boarding passes. And makes no sense to us why we couldn’t seat together. There were plenty couples separated and we had to swap seats. It was a long flight so you’d rather sit w a partner. So if there’s anyway to allow us flying coach to pick our seats ahead of time like most airlines that would be wonderful!, this way there wouldn’t be surprises at boarding.
Small plane, but short flight. On time . Could have a bit more organize boarding process since it uses a bus but the rest was fine.

There was delays on my departure flight and return flight both due to mechanical issues. The flight crew has us fill out re-entry documents on the return trip from Portugal to US that were unnecessary since the airport has kiosk to take the information. This made the disembarking very stressful.

Delayed departure from Lisbon due to security issue but flight arrived on time in Madrid.
I think it was silly that we needed to get a new boarding pass after we showed proof of a negative covid test. I think this proof could have been done online when booking the flight. It seemed very inefficient to do at the gate for everyone.

Contras: "A refeição servida é horrível, um verdadeiro lixo e uma total falta de respeito. Trata-se de uma porção de arroz branco, com molho de tomate e um hambúrguer. Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Além disso quando se abre refeição, fica a impressão de que sacudiram o recipiente (ou abriram e fecharam mais de uma vez), pois você não consegue abrir sem ficar com a mão toda engordorada. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."
