The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Contras: "check in procedure in Berlin: That airport is different. You drive right to the gate from which you board the plane. I showed up early and was told that I had to take by suitcase to another location if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. After lugging the suitcase a quarter of a mile, I was told that they don't do that and I had to return to the designated gate at the appropriate time."

I boarded the plane and took my seat. Shortly before taking off, another flight attendant came to me, told me they made a mistake, and sent me back to my original economy seat (while I was holding my new business boarding pass that they gave me). When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."

Since I was embarrassed as I had to keep rejecting the food they gave me until I educated them on the basics of what Vegan food is... They were very helpful throughout."

Prós: "The problem was a family with 4 children who failed to parent their children which made this 7 hour flight a nightmare. Their children yelled, screamed and cried the entire flight and their parents did nothing. Their children laid in the center aisles, jumped up and down in the seats like a trampoline. They played with the trays like a toy repeatedly opening and closing them for fun. They tossed pillows at each other and the father handed them back to them to do it again and again. The parents didn't even seat their children in - the flight attendant had to do it. In our section there was no sleeping only total frustration. I love kids but sitting behind totally irresponsible parents made this return flight a nightmare while awake"

Prós: "Attitude, attitude, attitude...when it's positive and customer friendly it shines...this depicts my experience on all of my Lufthansa flights concerning the cabin crew(s). Smiling faces genuinely concerned about the passenger experience aboard the aircraft. In contrast, on a previous International flight via a US based carrier...there too was lots of cabin crew attitude...but not the pleasant type."
Prós: "The food tasted really good and especially the bread was much more appealing than on our previous flight. The flight attendants were very efficient and attentive. I liked that they asked the person in front of me to put his seat up during the meal time. That helped me eat more comfortably. Entertainment options were extensive."
Contras: "Boarding was delayed and was tedious. It took forever because there was not an orderly line and just a jumble of people. We had to show our passports 3 different times between check in and boarding. People had put their passports away, then had to get them out again at the gate. That slowed everything down to a crawl. Our party was not accommodated when we asked for seats together. My husband and I were separated and we were separated from our kids. The ground crew did not seem to care. Take off was delayed, but the captain never told us why. The guy in front of me reclined his seat the whole time. I felt like a sardine in a can. So uncomfortable!"

Contras: "Unfortunately, the day of my travel Lufthansa had a ongoing strike at the Frankfurt airport. The Lufthansa terminal was closed, luckily I was one of the few to get the bus shuttle. Once I arrived at the correct terminal the check in process and boarding was a pleasure, much friendly and competent staff to assist"

I am a short person and it was miserable for me so I can only imagine how uncomfortable it is for persons of average height. The fees have become ridiculous. I now fly only when absolutely necessary. Sad that the customer comes last."

Contras: "Flight itself on strike;gave us the longest route and three stops instead. Had to stay overnight at the hotel. The Economy seats are terrible there is no room in front. My mom just had a knee replacement her leg was hurting so much. Just MISERABLE SERVICE OVERALL. Not only that at frankfurt some lady name Vintekesher(lookrd like a Indian from FRA services dares to tell me and my five yrars old after 14hr. Of travel to walk to the gate that its great exercise."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Contras: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Prós: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Prós: "We were delayed on our second flight from Paris to Bucarest, so we ended up missing our connection to Timisoara. We ended up spending the night in Bucharest, but it was very nice of Tarom to get us a room and food vouchers, plus free transportation to the hotel and back. We traveled with 2 young kids and this made the 30 some hours of traveling more bearable."
Contras: "They should have had more people at the airport dealing with all the people that missed their connection, instead of just one cranky person( at the Bucharest airport)."
Prós: "Air France is always a great experience-Sure wish they would restart their nonstop service from Orlando to Paris or partner with a discount carrier to code share service."

Prós: "Codeshare flight. operated by Flybe. Got the job done with no fuss. This was a business booking, and I had a snack and drinks voucher included. I used these to get some tomato juice, which was good and a snack box, which contained a small piece of yoghurt bar, crackers, cheese, some nuts, dried fruit, a single mentos, and something else I can't remember. It was alright."
Contras: "The food and drink voucher system was a source of confusion for a number of other customers, including a pair who had booked through the same agency, but one seemed to get a voucher and the other did not. I realise that this is not the fault of the crew, but Flybe should ensure that their agents are clearer with what bookings include."
Prós: "Entertainment options were great. In seat USB charging a plus. Food was good enough and plenty of it at the right temperature."
Contras: "Boarding process in Paris was very cumbersome... no row-range-wise boarding... you need to just stand in line. Additional hand baggage check at gate for the really unlucky ones. Economy Seats could use another layer of cushioning - very uncomfortable for long flights. Flight attendant was a bit mouthy... when asked for extra cream for the coffee - he said he "might as well get the cow for me"! 3 creamer packets may sound like a lot - but I couldn't help it as the creamer (2% milk??) was very diluted. Laughed it off at that point."

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."
Prós: "The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris."
Contras: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."
Contras: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Contras: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

After assuring me if was probably their machine not my card, I was still not offered water."

A simple sigh on the door was all it needed."

We were given a hotel room but the promised meal vouchers did not come through and BA would not answer the phone calls of the hotel staff to verify meal money. Missed a whole day of our vacation as we could not reschedule our connection until 24 hrs late. After the long wait the first day to be told what was going on, with much anxiety, on the second day there was also a delay boarding. Although it was short, of course everyone was on edge. And BA did not tell us what was happening!!"

At Orlando airport there was no mention of wheel chairs. The staff made the wheel chairs available BUT we were given separate seats. I am 82 and my wife 76' I requested to give us seats together and at the last moment at the gate the BA staff gave us seats together. On arrival at London there was no mention of wheel chair but later they gave one wheel chair and my wife had to walk. Pathetic. Yesterday (3rd January 2016) at London airport again there was no mention of wheel chair and vegetarian food. Lady at the counter managed to give us wheel chairs BUT separate seats. We pleaded but no result. TRY AT THE GATE, TELL THE CREW WHETHER THEY CAN HELP but there was no help. we even tried to upgrade by paying extras but they said because we did not buy the ticket from BA they could not do it. BA staff told us to contact you to upgrade. Nobody helped us to give us seats together. On arrival at the Orlando airport at least we got wheel chairs. Also at tea time we were given egg sandwich we could not eat. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. This is the first time we were treated like this. How can BA separate us when we booked the tickets together Hope you can answer us what happened. We have booked tickets through you many times over the years. Can you find out for us what happened and why we should fly BA and why we should buy tickets through you when we cannot upgrade because we bought tickets through you. Amritlal Vassa"
