Vôo convencional sem nada de especial

Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.

Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.

Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Contras: "I did not like flying with Turkish Airline. Worst experience ever for travel. Kept us on the the plane for hours while fixing the technical issue. The food is disgusting, the crew does not speak very well English. They do not come quick enough when you want something. I would not recommend Turkish Airline to anyone. We had to pay extra for sears that were given, should have been given to us for free considering they treated us badly on our start of the journey."

Even after disembarking the crew outside sent us on a wild goose chase. Airline representatives should be informed and helpful, which was not the case. Insufficient helping of food. Contras: "I am disappointed that Turkish Airlines has not responded to my request for a refund on taxes for this same flight that I did not use on February 19 because I was sick. Dhaka-Istanbul-Tirana-Istanbul-Chicago. They made me pay double what I paid for the entire round trip flight to move this flight 2 days later when I was well enough to fly. I have called and written several times and they have not responded. I have used Turkish Airlines for years and this is very disappointing, I am entitled to the airport taxes that I paid and did not use."

Prós: "The flight itself was very nice quality again. Crew was very friendly, priority boarding for international business. pod seating was super comfortable."

Contras: "No alcohol beverage service before take off. One of the only airlines that does this. Also flight was delayed again in Istanbul. We were delayed on our layover in, and out of Istanbul. Both times stuck on the tarmac. I see this as a common problem"

Contras: "They are not considerate at all . It was a pain till they find Me another flight. The flight won’t take off till the next day And the lay over in Los Angeles is 7hrs . It’s a 2 days flight. They didn’t even try to take the time to find me a sooner flight because there were other upset customers waiting. So disappointed on how poor the help desk at Turkish airline."

O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...

Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Prós: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

Contras: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Luggage got lost, need more staff not sure why we checked in over 1.5 hours before flight boarding .

The check in process was a nightmare. We could not check it online the day before, therefore everyone that was on the flight from Lisbon to Heathrow had to do the check-in at the airport with an agent. They only had two agents available for that many people. The plane was delayed taking off due to that problem. They handed out small bottles of water on the plane for everyone. And one snack snack for everyone. They had no options for snack.

Flight, although it arrived on schedule, was unable to taxi to the to dock at gate due to lack of ground crew. Prós: "Lots of food and wine/beer were provided at no additional cost and the first checked bag was free as is standard with British Airways. Basically I liked that American Airlines followed British Airways standards for the flight."

Contras: "There were no personal entertainment devices, just a central tv for everyone to watch, and there were no charging outlets. The plane was probably from a museum it was so old. After boarding we sat in the plane without moving to the runway for 30 minutes just making the 8 hour flight even longer. The gate at the Lisbon airport was overly small and restrictive with everyone crammed in and unable to leave after initially entering."

Prós: "We were very well looked after by a group of male flight attendants. The plane was clean, calm, quiet and we had all we needed."

Contras: "Houve, segundo informações, problema mecânico da aeronave que motivou a permanência de todos dentro da aeronave do horário do embarque (antes das 20 até próximo a meia noite. No dia seguinte o mesmo vôo previsto para 15:30 acabou saindo na madrugada do outro dia."

Contras: "I purchased a WiFi pass and the WiFi did not work. Since the airplane does not have individual TV’s on each seat, it makes it for a very long flight. I also did not like that the passengers had to take a bus to the airplane and we’re shoved like sardines in a can in 95 degree weather."

Prós: "Made it closer to home. Bulkhead seats space useful when traveling with infant."

Contras: "Flight Delays. Riding a bus to the plane is outdated. Older 767 airplane. Crew did not seem friendly."

Prós: "Upon learning that our flight was delayed, the flight attendants brought out snacks and water right away."

Contras: "They started a movie, then restarted the same one an hour into it. After it ended, they played a second movie and cut it off half way to show other programming. Who would bother with a movie knowing only a part of it is being shown? That is disrespectful of our time. Boarding was a mess- everyone at once, most bags put below with luggage even though most overhead compartments were empty."

Contras: "O atendimento no aeroporto nos USA foi terrivel, com atendentes mal-humoradas e sem nenhuma vontade em ajudar. Houve atraso na decolagem do aviao de quase 1hora. O voo nao estava lotado, no entanto, apesar do conhecimento, me deixaram embarcar em uma poltrona recem-vomitada. Apesar da limpeza o cinto de seguranca apresentava o cheiro caracteristico. Ainda assim, viajei nessa poltrona usando o cobertor da companhia para abafar o cheiro. As refeicoes oferecidas eram horriveis as duas."

Prós: "This was our first time flying Avianca. The flight attendants were attentive and helpful!! We will definitely fly Avianca again to Colombia!"

Contras: "the tremendous pressure from the staff, at the American Airlines. Never before experience such a low and virtually feel like an inmate, Just because the person in doing so, was profiling and that is NO GOOD , also the airport is filthy and dirty , Nobody Cares...I will not come again as a tourist to that country.. American Airlines should train the staff to be more courteous and not to ask that many questions ..it feels like you where in Siberia.."

Contras: "7.5 hr flight from Lisbon to Philadelphia on a dingy old plane that looks like it hasn’t been retrofitted in close to 20 years, with no charging ports for electronics, which seems insane in this day and age, especially for such long flights. Had no in-seat entertainment systems either, and only offered news and sports on the American wi-fi service — not their usual lineup of movies and TV."

Contras: "The flight was delayed and then the airport in Philadelphia "wasn't aware" that we were coming to it took forever to get off the plane. I would have missed my next flight if they didn't wait for us. Also I couldn't check in online beforehand, which was frustrating. Also I waited in line at the British Airways desk to check in and it was a long line. When I finally got to the front I was told I had to check in at the American Airlines desk and I wish I had been told that earlier. One staff member was rude when I asked him to repeat the food options."

Contras: "Não tem entretimento individual a bordo e nem comida. Só biscoitos secos."

Prós: "The crew made up for almost of the terrible things about the flight."

Contras: "The outdated plane had no plug in capability. No Gogo or individual in flight entertainment. The food was most inedible, the vegetarian snack was a hard baguette with old sliced tomatoes and wilted lettuce. I couldn’t eat most of what was served because it was so terrible."

Prós: "Three beer and three wine selection made the flight go by quicker. Food was better than expected based on pasta or shepherd's pie options."

Contras: "Full flight with uncomfortable seats, no tv/movies at each seat. Our AA four-hour flight after this was much nicer, with in flight entertainment. What?! I haven't flown on an international flight without entertainment at each seat in 10 years... And I have flown to over 40 countries since then."

Prós: "Sat at the gate for a while before pushing off. An announcement would be nice. Crammed into tiny seats. Wi fi didn't work (broken yesterday and they didn't fix). Very limited entertainment options on an 8 hour flight."

Contras: "Reasonably on time. Quit trying to sell us credit cards. How about improving the flying experience?"

Prós: "Tripulação muito fofa. Conforto ok. Entretenimento muito bom."

Contras: "Comida sempre nada demais - poderiam melhorar muito. Problema no check-in - cheguei com uma mala de 27 kg e disseram que agora para o Brasil é 23 kg. Mencionei que sabia lógico disso, mas que tinha lido na noite anterior minha reserva da American e dizia que era de 32 kg. Eu disse que teria que seguir o que estava falando e eles nem quiseram ler o email que a própria American me enviou. No final a passagem tinha sido emitida em novembro e podia ser uma de 32 kg."

Contras: "Confusion when boarding. Uncomfortable seat. No entertainment on a international flight! What kind of person thinks that is a good idea? I thought I will be flying British Airway for the flight back home that is why I bought this whole flight ticket. If I had known it will be AA flying back, I would fun as far away as possible."

Prós: "Realmente pontualidade foi o ponto chave para o sucesso do voo"

Contras: "Classe econômica é muito apertada, a meseniha de comida fica encostada no seu colo, qualquer movimento pode derrubar o alimento"

O atendimento foi péssimo. Os comissários demoraram mais de uma hora para disponibilizar fones de ouvido, ao custo de 6 euros cada um. Após servirem o jantar, demoraram quase duas horas para a retirada das bandejas, deixando todos bastante desconfortáveis. Os comissários haviam se reunido num dos balcões de apoio e ficaram conversando animadamente, ao invés de atenderem os passageiros. Como as bandejas não estavam sendo retiradas, vários passageiros optaram por deixar a bandeja num balcão usado pela tripulação como apoio, para poderem descansar, baixar o assento, levantar a mesinha, etc. Quando os comissários viram aquilo, ao invés de se desculparem pela demora, ficaram furiosos, e foram passando de cadeira em cadeira chamando agressivamente a atenção de quem tinha levado as bandejas. Após isso, se recusaram a fornecer café e água. Ficou um clima horrível no avião.

O espaço entre as poltronas passou o limite do bom senso!

A tripulação estava apenas seguindo as determinações da companhia, não oferecem mais nem mesmo agua, quem contratar esta empresa aérea tem que estar consciente de que tudo será mais espartano.

O custo benefício não ocorreu porque o atendimento em terra foi muito ruim, muita descortesia com passageiros, forçando demais a compra de bagagem, p ex. mesmo estando dentro dos critérios propostos. O serviço de bordo num voo internacional onde geralmente se passam mais de dez horas, foi suprimido o café da manhã sendo oferecido apenas o pago. Mas ressalto o péssimo atendimento que tivemos em terra no aeroporto de Barcelona.

Prós: "the crew was nice"

Contras: "They lie to you when they tell you that your luggage in included and you end paying $250 more. Now they only give you one meal in 9 hours and the prices keep going up. Find another company and another flight searcher."

A Aireuropa, tenho certeza, tem aeronave descente, pôs jã voei com a AIREUROPA, no ultimo mês de Março! Nunca tinha voado em um amontoado de ferro velho, como essa aeronave de hoje!"

Contras: "Boarded flight and then let us sitting on the tarmac for ninety minutes with no water or air conditioning.Once flight under way no food available.DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!!!"

Prós: "Pequena vantagem de preço em relação a outras companhias. Foram pontuais."

Contras: "Não é possível fazer check-in online, que foi demorado antes do embarque. A companhia não informa com exatidão o terminal e o gate de embarque até 2 horas antes. O assento bastante apertado, as refeições muito simples. Foi complicado planejar a ida ao aeroporto sem essas informações."

Prós: "Flight Crew was very good."

Contras: "We flew on a Boeing 787. The seats were not comfortable. They had no kiosks at check in. Even if you check in online, you will still have to check in at the counter."

Prós: "Delayed arrival of the aircraft in Lisbon , subsequently hour plus departure delay ,onward connections and baggage lost."

Prós: "Everything was perfect"

Contras: "After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation."

Prós: "O embarque foi muito rápido e fácil. A comida a bordo estava boa e o espaço entre as pernas era bom."

Contras: "O avião era muito antigo, não tinha sistema de multimídia individual. Um absurdo para um voo transatlântico. No lugar disponibilizavam acesso ao acervo de filmes através do Wi-Fi da aeronave ou utilização do mesmo conectado à internet, porém com valor surreal. 20 megabytes de dados por 7 euros?!"

Prós: "A tripulação tem uma boa qualidade e tenta oferecer o padrão das outras companhias aéreas. Piloto parece ser muito experiente, decolagem e pouso perfeitos sem sobressaltos."

Contras: "Avião velho. Assentos com mal cheiro, estofamento desgastado e fino. Pouco espaço entre os assentos. Entretenimento antigo e sem variedade. Poderiam avisar com alguns dias de antecedência sobre a oferta de streaming no avião. Assim como disponibilizar pontos de recarga de celulares e tablets nos assentos. Em resumo o avião funciona sem problemas, mas o conforto deve ser atualizado urgentemente."

Prós: "Do atendimento da tripulação! Todos cordiais e atenciosos, além de muito pacientes."

Contras: "Da falta de cuidado com os aviões e da desorganização no dia que perdemos a conexão e demorou demais para providenciarem um ônibus para o hotel e na volta do hotel o ônibus nos deixou no terminal errado. Coisas simples, mas que demonstram uma falta de cuidado com os processos."

Prós: "O check-in e o embarque foram pontuais e razoáveis. Apenas."

Contras: "Péssimos espaços entre poltronas e reclinação. Não tinha multimídia individual, para entretenimento deveria ser usado o próprio smartphone via wi-fi do avião, que só disponibilizada poucos (5) filmes ruins. Não há tomada para carregamento e o banheiro é mal conservado. Nunca usaremos novamente. Não vale o preço."

Prós: "Voo com avião novo, com espaço OK entre poltronas para o trecho."

Contras: "Tripulação mal treinada e antipática."

Prós: "Easy check in. On time. Great crew. Love the 787 Dreamliner."
