Even in africa or South America the airports are more comfortable in terms of internal temperatute. Hambur airport was like a greenhouse. and all passengers there were like roasted turkeys inside a giant hot oven! Worst airport experience ever!"

(Since it’s the smallest city mini double stroller there is and folds flat- super small!) first time we flew SAS all. We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure."

Contras: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."
Contras: "SAS has one of the worst boarding procedures and not enforcing it. Flight was delayed an I almost lost my connection in CPH. and it has the narrowest legroom of all Star alliance flights. my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or CPH airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

I am a very picky eater but 3 of my 4 meals were delicious!! They mostly serve pasta with some sort of meat but I noticed that myself and I were licking our plates clean!"
Contras: "It was VERY obvious that the people that work for this company REALLY hate their jobs. When I checked in they were rude and threatened to take my computer because they told me I couldn't bring it into the US. When I got back home to customs they laughed and told me that that isn't true at all. In the flights the stewards and stewardess' never smiled, they hardly made eye contact and just seemed to absolutely hate life. At one point I was so hungry so I asked to purchase some pringles because that was something that advertised on the loud speaker. When I asked the flight attendant she made the biggest deal about it, laughed in my face and basically told me no. To be honest I am not sure if this sort of a attitude is something that is part of a different culture but I feel that if people are in the service industry that they should at least smile and respond with, "you're welcome" when someone says, "thank you". I will 100% not take this airline again due to the very rude people one board and horrible customer service."

You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Contras: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."

We showed the email about the free checked bag and she said because it was too big we had to pay 40 euro each. After a while we agreed. She then told us just to go to the gate, it would be ok. At the gate we had the same conversation with a different attendendent, this time it was 50 euro a piece! She said there was nothing she could do and just like that we are out 100 Euro. Do not fly with these Crooks!"
Contras: "We are senior travelers and were unable to check in early due to tecnology issues. So we we went to the airport early. We arrived a half hour before the check in deadline ended. There were not enough agents at the booth and we waited and waited. By the time we finally got service we were past the two hour deadline, and we were charged an additional 220 euros. This was not due to an error on our part. We want afull refund. If we donnot receive some sort of satisfaction, rest assured we will never fly your airline again. Nor will we recommend it."
