There was no internet in the airport and/or entertainment options on the flight.
You closed the gates a half hour early and denied boarding to more than 50 people. The only reason we were there with only a half hour to spare was that the connecting flight we were in, also operated by you, was an hour and a half late. We then waited for four hours at the service desk. All agents were completely unsympathetic and most returning flights have been over booked. We've been at the airport 24 hours already and aren't sure if we can make it home on the flight we have been rebooked on. This is the WORST experience I have ever had traveling.

Contras: "During COVID there was little attempt to distance passengers during security checks, boarding and onboard. Crew did not inforce mask policy. Fellow passengers were inconsiderate, loud, littered just throwing food wrappers and trash on the ground - crew did nothing."

It was extremely difficult to keep my seat back up which created an uncomfortable angle for my back on a 9 hour flight. The cabin was extremely warm and there was little airflow. The airline also lost our luggage"

When I stepped out, and asked him can you do this. Very rudely he said, that this passenger is business class. I didn't believe him, so I asked the second manager if this is correct. He didn't do anything about it. When on the plane, the passenger, was sitting behind me in economy class. Shitty service."
Contras: "I'm a photographer on a 3 week trip. I have luggage. Unless you take the ferry, there are limited airline options to Cyclades. Aegean really doesn't want you if you have luggage. Felt like I was being scolded. True, I'm trying to be frugal and avoid a big investment in shock-proof luggage and/or checked baggage fees, but as long as it fits under my seat, what's the big deal? I'm sure I easily weigh at least 70 pounds less than the person sitting next to me, so the extra 4 kg in a backpack that I (female) can personally carry shouldn't be an issue. Then, there's no jetway. You leave the gate to board a bus that takes you to a plane on the tarmac where you must climb a rather large flight of metal stairs. Reverse direction, It takes quite some time and a few crew members to assist those with disabilities to deplane. All the time the rest of the passengers are waiting in the bus to get to their connections. Would only ever fly this airline again if it was the only option to get where I want to go."

Contras: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

Já fiz uma avaliação e ao enviar pediram pra fazer de novo. Lá vai. Vou copiar dessa vez. No voo de Mahakesh pra São Paulo a tribulação e especialmente o 👩✈️ piloto foi muito boa e educada . Mas na de São Paulo para Mahakesh pareciam mulheres todas com tpm, muito grosseiras. De Mahakesh pra São Paulo a minha tela não funcionava pra nada. Nem para instruções da tripulação, nem para filme. Não foi legal. Me incomodou tbm a mesquinhez na hora de servir sucos e cafés - só um pouquinho em cada xícara. Não é por seguranças porque dava para observar como serviam na Business Class. Parecia uma coisa muito relacionava . Nunca passei tanta sede em avião . Enfim, foi a passagem mais barata que encontrei, mas na dúvida se o aborrecimento compensou .
Minha tela de vídeo não funcionava nem pra as instruções da tribulação , imagine para filmes. Me incomoda muito a mesquinhez na hora de servir - sucos e café são servidos só a metade da xícara. Ficam mal humorados se pedimos água junto com a bebida escolhida Essa tripulação específica de Mahakesh pra São Paulo foi muito gentil, muito boa . A tripulação de São Paulo para Mahakesh foi um horror. Pareciam todas com TPM. Foi a passagem mais barata, mas me deu arrependimento de ter ido por essa companhia .

I flew round trip on “Iberia”. 4 flights and I never took an Iberia plane. They put us on a budget airline transatlantic.
I will not be leveraging Kayak again to book flights or hotels. My experience in trying to get an issue resolved was near impossible as I got bounced around from one company to the next; I called AA, Kayak, Iberia, ChatDeal and nobody was able to help me get checked in on my flight back home. It was only when I got to the AA checkin desk at the airport that they worked for an hour to get me checked in - AA in person customer support was amazing and they were able to correct for all the issues with this Kayak/Chatdeal booking. This booking was a mess - when I went through Kayak - I thought I was booking with British Air - then I got Iberia and AA - Iberia never even picked up the phone or called back - AA couldn't work with us at the onset b/c Iberia was the partner and they didn't have access to their records. Then I called ChatDeal and they told me that Iberia's servers have been down for over a week that's why the non response. Kayak booking with untrusted partners has led to a lost my trust and I will not be returning. However, I will be booking directly with AA again b/c of their customer support was great. Thanks for making such simple checkin processes so v. complex - never in my history with Kayak has this happened before and I will not let it happen again - by just not using you again.
Completely impossible connection- especially with delays. Ticket issue online was a nightmare
The crew was the most friendly ever! Just made no sense the fact that we couldn’t get the bearding pass on a timely manner due to issues with CDC site, it was caused not by the AA WORKER, she was great, but something wouldn’t work in the system and it took us over an hour till we could get our boarding passes. And makes no sense to us why we couldn’t seat together. There were plenty couples separated and we had to swap seats. It was a long flight so you’d rather sit w a partner. So if there’s anyway to allow us flying coach to pick our seats ahead of time like most airlines that would be wonderful!, this way there wouldn’t be surprises at boarding.
Small plane, but short flight. On time . Could have a bit more organize boarding process since it uses a bus but the rest was fine.

There was delays on my departure flight and return flight both due to mechanical issues. The flight crew has us fill out re-entry documents on the return trip from Portugal to US that were unnecessary since the airport has kiosk to take the information. This made the disembarking very stressful.

I think it was silly that we needed to get a new boarding pass after we showed proof of a negative covid test. I think this proof could have been done online when booking the flight. It seemed very inefficient to do at the gate for everyone.

Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Além disso quando se abre refeição, fica a impressão de que sacudiram o recipiente (ou abriram e fecharam mais de uma vez), pois você não consegue abrir sem ficar com a mão toda engordorada. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

Contras: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

Prós: "This is the second time in a short period of time I flew Transavia from MUC to DUB and the plane had 1 hour 45 minutes delay due to "technical problems". Moreover I wasn't informed at check- in although the fact was known by then as mentioned on the departure board!!! I prob won't book anymore Transavia flights"

Contras: "The biggest problems were the early departure time and frequently changing gate assignment, and the fact the service is not daily. I had to get up at 4:00 to catch a 4:30 shuttle to the airport. At. Arriving at the airport by 4:45, I had to walk back and forth inside the terminal to find the right check in area, and then a long way to get through security and a long walk back to get to the correct gate. I reached the gate at 6:10 for a 6:15 loading open. During check-in the attendant told me the boarding gate had changed and suggested a paper boarding pass scanned better than one on a tablet or phone. She printed me a new one, but it still had the old gate number on it. Had the flight been offered for the next day too, I would have rested another day in Amsterdam from my transatlantic flight."

Prós: "Transavia is a good low cost airline. Sadly what you don't pay for makes for a long flight if your journey is more than a couple hours; specifically no entertainment system and moderately comfortable seats make a long journey a bit of a marathon. The flight attendants were helpful and friendly."
Prós: "The cost of the flight was great, but they charged for baggage way too much. Miserable, misleading ground crew. I hope I don't have to fly with them anymore. :("

De Amesterdão para Lisboa, eu e o meu marido, levamos uma mala para os dois, e não nos deixaram ir com ela no avião,,,,despacharam no embarque para o porão!! Não e percebe.... Ficamos realmente chateados com a situação, nunca nos tinha acontecido. Embarque muito demorado e avião com lugares muito apertados...acho que a partir de agora vou evitar a Transavia"

They charged us 29€ to put luggage down in the airplane hold…we were forced to carry the suitcases about 200 meters from the terminal to the plane all across the grounds …. FINALY, there was no one there to take the luggage, so we carried’m in the airplane cabin … Flight attendants suggested to write to the company to get the many back; which we'll do it as son as we get back home.

Quando existir atrasos nos voos e os passageiros já estão dentro do avião, não deveriam dar so agua os passageiros deveriam dar alguma coisa que possamos comer enquanto esperam
Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.
Nos últimos tempo tenho viajado na companhia easyjet, tem sido uma ótima escolha para os meus destinos !
A viagem em si foi impecável. O embarque atrasou e por isso não foi tudo excelente .

Contras: "North terminal is terrible it is almost designed to be anti anyone with a disability the walk is far too long and the lift from tarmac is code protected so can’t be used. My partner had awful distress walking up the three flights of stairs to the Concorde as she had a bad knee, not bad enough to warrant mobility aid but by the end of the journey to the outside of the terminal she was almost in tears. We were very disappointed at the lack of management for the old the young and anyone with slight disabilities. So much more can be done."
Prós: "Preferential boarding was useful as the flight was full and cabin baggage space was tight."
Contras: "People shouldn't be allowed to carry two bags of the same size and dimensions onto the plane, space is too tight for that, they should be made to put all their bags into the hold."
