Contras: "check in procedure in Berlin: That airport is different. You drive right to the gate from which you board the plane. I showed up early and was told that I had to take by suitcase to another location if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. After lugging the suitcase a quarter of a mile, I was told that they don't do that and I had to return to the designated gate at the appropriate time."

Contras: "The breakfast was very poor. Two different servings of OJ(why?), non fat yoghurt and bread. Coffee came with only one cream. Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem."

Prós: "The plane we were on between Zurich and Copenhagen was comfortable and modern for such a short trip. This was a stark contrast to the old SAS airplane we flew in the opposite direction as a Swiss flight. The staff on the plane were friendly and helpful."
Contras: "We missed our original flight due to connection difficulties. We tried to hold this flight (the return flight that we had paid for in our round trip ticket) but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that they had sold our seats. We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

The two buses took us to different terminals, despite airport staff assuring us that there was only one drop-off point for the shuttles. If there was a sign saying which terminal the shuttle was going to, it was not clear."

Contras: "First the flight was delayed 45 minutes. After 45 minutes we got boarded and sat on the plane another 45 minutes due to the little cart pushing the plane not being available. After 45 minutes the crew had reached its hours and couldn't complete the flight with no replacement crew in sight. Plane was debarked new flight was rescheduled 4 hours later. Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

Contras: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Contras: "It took a long time to board the plane and there was literally no line at the boarding gate. When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."

Contras: "O voo partiu com um atraso superior a 1 hora"

Contras: "Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."

Prós: "The people on the plane were super nice and the flight was nice as well. the price was cheaper than many others."

I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!"

Prós: "O atraso só foi de 30 minutos."
Contras: "Processo de faturação de bagagens caótico. Colaboradoras de terra indisponíveis para ajudar e prestar esclarecimentos. Tripulação antipatica. Avião alugado a outra companhia."

Prós: "Eu e meu marido pedimos comida especial, frutos do mar, uma ótima pedida pois veio bacalhau de almoço e um outro peixe de lanche, adoramos. O atendimento de terra foi bom com bastante atenção ao meu sogro com mobilidade reduzida."
Contras: "A troca dos assentos dos meus sogros, sendo que meu sogro precisa de assistência, precisava ficar junto da sua esposa. Como é precisa reservar espaço para a cadeira de rodas, eles alteraram os assentos do meu sogro, e com isso ele sentaria sozinho numa poltrona sem possibilidade de mobilidade para ele, trocaram o assento da minha sogra mas para o local onde meu sogro não consegui sair para ir ao banheiro, ele chegou a se molhar um pouco pois não pode ir ao banheiro. O voo atrasou e passamos por várias turbulências, cheguei a enjoar."

Prós: "Atendimento."
Contras: "Avião muito apertado. Sujo. Sem opção de entretenimento. Atrasou bastante sem qualquer comunicado. Embarque caótico."

Contras: "Atraso"

Contras: "Vôo com atraso."

Prós: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Contras: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"

Contras: "Food was terrible ! Please change the menu ...."

Contras: "Atraso de 1h30m"

Prós: "Everything went according to the timetable, boarding was on-time and we even arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, so I can't really fault the service of the pilots, the cabin crew or the ground operations team. Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Contras: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Contras: "Como sempre TAP = voo atrasado As justificações (desculpas) são as de sempre) : Restrições no tráfego aéreo, problemas no embarque, congestionamento, etc"

Contras: "I had to pay to check the first piece of luggage 85€ one way. I was not inform of that when I bough the ticket and I could have chosen a different airline If I had considered that expense. The first piece used to be free intercontinental flights but now it varies depending on the company. I find difficult to find this information when buying and it makes a great difference in the final price you pay. I found strange flight attendants having a very loud conversation in a very quiet flight where most of the people were sleeping."

Prós: "Foi organizado"
Contras: "Refeição foi trivial."

Prós: "The better question is what did we not like."
Contras: "Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"

Contras: "Lugar pouco confortável. Animação sofrível, aparelhagem antiquada com poucas hipóteses de escolha. Escassos canais de música"

Contras: "Atraso como sempre .... E pergunto : acham que atum é uma refeição que se ofereça as 9:00h da manhã ? Pois ... tal como eu a maior parte dos passageiros recusou (seria menos mau apenas um cockie)"

Contras: "Voo atrasado mais de 3h ! Muito mau com mudanças constantes de hora"

Prós: "Plane newish"
Contras: "No pillows. No blankets. No boarding drink. No hanging of coats. Food bad. No entertainment"

Prós: "Boa técnica , voo seguro ."
Contras: "Atraso muito grande, passageiros em avião quente , no sol."

Contras: "This really is more about the flight from paris to Bucharest: I’ve literally never experienced a worse ticketing and boarding process. Old planes, ride staff (even by remarkably curt and abrupt Romanian standards). Broken inline experience. Overall unpleasant. Seems to be flown only by Romanian families with hundreds of pounds of luggage. Like a caravan."

Contras: "could not be delayed"

Prós: "To be going home!"
Contras: "Female crew taking orders then taking ages to ring drinks a d they move on to others instead of finishing what they were doing. Then you're lucky if you get given 1 sugar and no spoon lol."

Prós: "Food was excellent; boarding a litlle bit crowded, but didn't notice as had been busy; crew has been kind and helpful"
Contras: "Unconfortable chair seats; seatbelt too short; tables too low for tall ppl"

Prós: "The flight departed on time and arrived the same. The seat was a tad bit narrow for me but then I am a tall guy at 6'5". Crew was very professional. Ticket cost was a third of what the other airlines were offering for a Sunday fare. I'll definitely use BlueAir again!"

Contras: "I was not allowed to take the push chair on board even though on the inbound flight was ok to do so. I have purchased the push chair especially so I can take it on board. Disappointed."

Prós: "The crew was well trained, kind and receptive. The pilot managed to drive through a storm and even arrive 10 minutes faster after leaving 5 minutes late."
Contras: "Passengers traveling with pets took our reserved seats. The places for our baggages were occupied. When addressing this issue, we were told to move further ahead to empty seats. There was no meal included, and the one we purchased could not be paid by POS."

Prós: "Boarding was quick and we arrived on time."
Contras: "When getting to Bucharest we were taken by bus and didn’t have a gate."

Prós: "What to like? The rudness? The delays? Or the fights on board!!!"
Contras: "The flight was delayed with nearly 2 hrs. Cabin crew were rude made as feel very uncomfortable. This flight as whoke was the worst one I have even been too. Never ever again. BLUE AIR NEEDS TO SORT ALOT OF THINGS BEFORE OFFER SUCH SERVICES"

Contras: "I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Contras: "I have booked with 2 checked in baggage pieces. On check in I was told no baggage was paid and I had to pay 100€ for the baggage."

Prós: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."
Contras: "To have the menu and duty free booklet at the beginning of the flight would have been helpful."

Prós: "Flight Attendants very good"
Contras: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Prós: "They are more professional and helpful. Really seemed like they knew what they were doing. The flight crew was accommodating and polite. The plane was very comfortable"

Contras: "The plane seemed very old, toilet in poor condition."

Contras: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Prós: "Flight was delay by 1 hour consequently my luggage did Ot arrive with me to Katowice on top of that there is no more flights today from waw to kat with lot Airline"
Contras: "Serive to pay extra luggage very very slow"

Prós: "The free snack (biscuits and drink). The hard-working attendant (having to stuff all the baggage into the overhead lockers). Boarding at the rear door enabling me to get to my seat early."
Contras: "A slight whistling noise coming from the rear of the cabin, not too bothersome but it's there (I think the plane is getting a bit old). Not being able to disembark from the rear."

Contras: "It was very hot on the plane. There was no legroom in my seat, it was very uncomfortable."

Contras: "Could not amend my booking tried to check a bag online after printing out boarding pass. Had to pay £46 for a 11k bag each way."

Prós: "Very good airport check-in and flight. The Check-in staff were quick and efficient and the Flight Crew were friendly and attentive. It was calm and restful."
Contras: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Prós: "On time ,clean aircraft..."
Contras: "Crew was very serious...a smile can make a difference....."

Prós: "The flight went well."
Contras: "Bag drop off was terrible and stressful. We arrived 2.5 Hours early to drop the ONE suitcase and have brunch. We queued for 1.5 Hours to then be blocked as all six counters were given over to another flight and people who arrived LATER then us for our flight got to go first. It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

Contras: "Flight was cancelled a week before and didn't get a replacement flight. Got half of my money back. Will never book a blue air flight again !"

Prós: "Flight on time . Attentive crew . Good price ."
Contras: "Lack of leg room ."

Contras: "The actual flight was good, but to try and check in on line is murder..the website needs a totally new revamp, both to & from Larnaca I was unable to check in on line. You enter all your details press confirm and it is supposed to go to the next instruction, but a message appeared then took you back to your previous page and you had to input all your details again..this happened many times before I eventually gave up."

Contras: "The fact our original flight was cancelled and we were delayed by 7.5 hours. They communication from the airport crew was little to non and flight time changed 4 times. They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

Prós: "Everything was awesome!!! I am going to buy only from you my next flights."
