Contras: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

Prós: "We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"

If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

A tripulação estava apenas seguindo as determinações da companhia, não oferecem mais nem mesmo agua, quem contratar esta empresa aérea tem que estar consciente de que tudo será mais espartano.

O custo benefício não ocorreu porque o atendimento em terra foi muito ruim, muita descortesia com passageiros, forçando demais a compra de bagagem, p ex. mesmo estando dentro dos critérios propostos. O serviço de bordo num voo internacional onde geralmente se passam mais de dez horas, foi suprimido o café da manhã sendo oferecido apenas o pago. Mas ressalto o péssimo atendimento que tivemos em terra no aeroporto de Barcelona.

Um voo para esquecer, debaixo de uma tempestade com ventos superiores a 100 km/h. Não conseguimos aterrar em Santiago, após 3 tentativas o voo foi desviado para Madrid. Após 3 h em Madrid sem assistência, nem alimentação nem água sequer, fomos encaminhados para autocarros para Santiago. Após um noite inteira de viagem, chegámos às 7:30h a Santiago. Reclamei junto da Air Europa por todas as situações e ao fim de muitos meses informaram que a reclamação não tinha fundamento pois a causa tinha sido o mau tempo, do qual a companhia não podia ser responsabilizada.

A aplicação da própria companhia não funcionava e não nos permitiu fazer o check-in mais facilmente.

Poderiam avisar com alguns dias de antecedência sobre a oferta de streaming no avião. Assim como disponibilizar pontos de recarga de celulares e tablets nos assentos. Em resumo o avião funciona sem problemas, mas o conforto deve ser atualizado urgentemente."

Estava um calor absurdo dentro do avião.

Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.

Nos últimos tempo tenho viajado na companhia easyjet, tem sido uma ótima escolha para os meus destinos !

A viagem em si foi impecável. O embarque atrasou e por isso não foi tudo excelente .

Prós: "This flight was very disappointing. We paid extra for extra leg room seats only to get told we couldn’t have ANYTHING with us in our seats, not even a sweater. We had to put all of our items in the overhead bins, including small purses. Staff was not friendly."
Contras: "Friendlier staff. Lots of stairs to get to and on plane. We had an elderly person that did have a hard time. Explain certain seats don’t allow any items other than the actual person. I had fragile items and had to store in above bins to be banged around. Luckily this was a short flight."

Vueling has gotten much better with their boarding process and punctuality. I used to dread flying with Vueling, but something changed. Both legs of the flights were excellent.

The food I wanted to order was not available

Efficient boarding and check in Good comfortable plane Only issue was emails asking me to get Spanish QR Covid code. That was simple but whatever I uploaded to Vueling they told me they could not validate. As a result I had to do an airport check in They need clearer communication

We were very lucky and got a complementary upgrade somehow because the crew needed our seats.

After calling the 3rd party (kiwi) that kayak sold the ticket through, they were extremely unhelpful and could not accommodate me at all to try to get me on a flight to make my work obligation. Contras: "Could not board at 1 PM to Amsterdam from Lisbon as plane was seriously overbooked. Had to go around the airport to get my own luggage and to get new tickets issues to Barcelone that night and then a flight the next day to my destination in Amsterdam. I lost 20 hours, much of that time to get my flight and luggage rerouted. No Vueling représentative at Lisbon airport! Compensation is not easily obtained through website as advertised. Worse experience in 60 years of flying 10,000 miles a year."

Contras: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"
Prós: "This was the first time I travel with Vueling and the crew was so nice! and the plane so clean! Loved it. Much better than LATAM for example that was my next flight."

Contras: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Contras: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."
