Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.
Atrasado, equipe antes do embarque mal educada
Tudo normal, não vejo a necessidade de de fazer um novo checkpoint quando não se tem malas de porão.
O voo foi ok mas atrasou quase 1 hora. Pelo menos a tripulação nos manteve informados sobre o motivo do atraso e previsão de decolagem.
Pior companhia aérea com quem voei...colaboradores sem cortesia...
Como não consegui fazer o check in online no telemóvel tive que fazer no aeroporto e pagar mais de 100euros por isso! Gostaria de saber se isso é legal. Porque li que comprando através de outra operadora não deveriam ter cobrado
A temperatura estava muito alta mas o levantar e a aterragem foram incríveis mal se sentiram
Boa tarde . Infelizmente aconteceu nos um incidente e enganamo -nos no aeroporto . Chegamos ao aeroporto as 20h , o nosso voo seria as 21:30 . Por meia hora de atraso não nos foi permitido fazer o check in nos balcões e tivemos que pagar 55 por pessoa . E de facto lamentável , não há necessidade de manterem trabalhadores vossos nos balcões se para além de pagarmos o voo ainda temos que pagar mais 55€ para nós fazerem o check in quando ainda falta 1h e 30h pra o nosso voo partir ! Uma companhia como a ryanair peca muito por este tipo de atitudes . Não volto a viajar com a ryanair .

Contras: "On the check in process we fell force to pay for our seats, we bought the tickets (my wife and myself) in the same transaction and paid with the same card, the check in was made from the app, both at the same and they put us apart (row 6 and row 33) when in both cases were free seats next to us."

Contras: "Booked 3 flights all on Ryanair for a trip inside Portugal. The booking agent, Gotogate.com, and Ryanair left me deserted. Some error occurred and I received the same flight booking # for all 3 the flights. I discovered this when trying to retrieve my boarding pass for the second flight. Neither company fixed the problem and I could not board the flight. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Porto (6 hours away). Neither company have anyone that can assist with these issues on the weekend. The worst experience I could have had on my birthday vacation."
Contras: "We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."

Contras: "It would be amazing to get 30 minutes without trying to sell something and constant use of the microphone for useless promotions. I don't really get on flights so I can buy a watch, a perfume or a scratch card, no need to spend 5 minutes trying to sell it."
