The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Our trip was Lisbon-Frankfurt- Bangalore. When we reached Lisbon Check in there was not anybody at the Lufthansa counter. There was one and a half-hour delay before the aircraft left Frankfurt. The less said about the food the better. I had an Eco Saver ticket. Does it mean that beggars cannot be choosers' type of attitude to passengers is the order of the day?
The flight was delayed and we were stranded at Dulles airport for 2 days (48 hours) as United Airlines cancelled the flights!
The flight was on a very small plane for a transatlantic flight. It was more suitable for a mid-distance domestic flight. The plane was also quite old and its entertainment systems repeatedly froze and shut down. Finally, the airline charged for most food and drinks--on an international flight. I will avoid Lufthansa and its partner, United, in the future. Also, the airports are a disastrous mess, with long lines and huge numbers of flights delayed (although this is beyond the airline's control). Both my flights were delayed substantially.
My flight was cancelled and Air cañada said they didn’t even have that flight number or my name in their computer. Does this mean Kayak somehow messed up with the letters/ number sequence? No one would help me at the airport. Lufthansa said it was Air cañadas fault and I had gotten two messages from Kayak, one was at 6 am(I had already called a ride so I was going an hour earlier ) then after 2 hours at airport I get my message from Kayak(Ricky) saying sorry your flight is cancelled? Then, like I say, no one would even put me on standby for another flight as my numbers you gave me did not match. Can you please get me on a flight home? No later than Monday, please? I am out of money

The tv screen does not move out far enough to view when the person in front has their seat all the way back. Selection is limited compared to the non stop flight previous from Miami to Helsinki. There isn't an option to view the flight details in flight which is interesting to some passengers. At least have the option."

Tive duas bagagens extraviadas. A funcionária da TAP no balcão anterior ao embarque confirmou que minhas bagagens chegariam ao destino correto.
Ruim ou péssimo pelo conjunto da obra, nosso voo era SP-Lisboa-Roma-Lisboa-SP, no retorno check-in feito, upgrade de cabine a 700 R$, resolvemos ir para Lisboa dois dias antes do retorno previsto, como a passagem de volta não poderia ser alterada, compramos outras, a surpresa, chegamos para o embarque de retorno Lisbia-SP e descobrimos que, como não nos apresentamos para o voo Roma-Lisboa, todo o trecho seguinte foi cancelado, inclusive tivemos que ouvir que o voo estava cheio, ou seja, além de nós roubarem ainda revenderam nossos assentos já pagos, nosso prejuízo está em torno de 15.000,00 R$ visto sermos obrigados a comprar novas passagens em outra Cia para o dia seguinte. A Tap nos informou que nada poderia ser feito pois os bilhetes foram comprados de Decolar, a Decolar disse que essa era uma regra da TAP e que estava escrita não voucher, e estava mesmo, e que no caso também não podia resolver nosso problema, TOMEM CUIDADO AO COMPRAR COM A DECOLAR, as linhas em letras pequenas podem.lhe gerar muitos prejuízos, e, não voem de TAP, pois você paga por um assento que não e seu. Agora teremos que contratar um advogado para para discutir a questão e tentar reduzir nosso prejuízos. Decolar e TAP nunca mais!

além do absurdo do primeiro trecho que NÃO houve nenhuma distinção entre classe econômica e classe executiva e SEM lounge no aeroporto no aeroporto de New Yourk o lounge fechou as 18h ... é um verdadeiro absurdo pagar cerca de U$ 6 mil dólares e ser tratado como quem comprou classe econômica ... nunca mais vou viajar com TAP ...
Fiquei profundamente irritado por me enviarem a minha mala para o porão e depois no avião vi varias iguais e algumas ainda maiores.
Um pouco mais de organização na hora do embarque
Contras: "Meu vôo foi cancelado por conta da pandemia e 6 meses depois ainda não recebi meu voucher para fazer outro vôo. Atendimento é péssimo. Me sinto lesada pela TAP."
Contras: "O uso de mascara não foi obrigatório"
Prós: "Comida ok. Embarque ótimo."
Contras: "Muito apertado. Algumas turbulências e tripulação não muito simpática."
Contras: "Transfer time in Lisbon"
Prós: "Food was great, seat was amazing"
Contras: "Boarding was done by bus and it took too long and it want comfortable"

Contras: "no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed."

Contras: "I fee cheated because it is the first time that I have. to pay for luggage. In their website it states that the basic fare allows in check-in bag. They said to me that there are different categories of basic fare, which is not disclosed in their website. Additionally any seat change cost"

Contras: "The hot dish of meat and rice was not that great, the meat was hard and the rice not tasty."
Prós: "The plane was fairly new, clean, and comfortable seats."

Contras: "A modern airplane properly equipped with padded seats and provisioned with quality food. Charging outlets!!"

Prós: "The crew on both flights were despite the first flight being delayed by 2 hours."
Contras: "More communication with the passengers."
Contras: "The moment to enter to the airplane needs to be more organized. The food served was terrible. No air conditioning during the time we were waiting inside the airplane."

Prós: "The seats do recline, more space than Delta or United"
Prós: "We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Contras: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

Prós: "Overall, the flight was good. Seats on the international flight could have been a bit more comfortable. Entertainment was available and satisfying. The meals were good. Crew was nice."

Contras: "Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, i lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. this is the first time i ever heard of such BS. Not happy."
No water or light snacks, unless you pay a lot of money for it. Zero leg space
Prós: "Great crew, gently made sure we had our masks on."
Contras: "Boarded some passengers very early and had to wait on bus and plane for other passengers who boarded at normal time."
Contras: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."
Contras: "I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket"
Prós: "Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!"
Prós: "Just good all around"
Contras: "Water for free. I prefer airlines where I can drink my own one or two beers ;-)"

Prós: "Both of our experience to an from Alicante via Amsterdam has been an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transfers went without a hitch. I would recommend KLM to anyone to fly with."

Contras: "Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible."

Water for 5 hours flight? - Charge! - They ruined my suitcase and won't pay for it - Drunk people making mess on the plane and throw-up on your cloths? Your problem. To conclude, flight with many low cost, but never had that bad experience before."

Contras: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

Contras: "It was impossible for me to reserve seats in advance. I tried online and via text messaging with the airline directly. I was finally told, after multiple attempts and many texts messages back and forth with a representative, that I could only reserve my seats during check-in at the airport because my ticket had been purchased via another airline/ service (I had connecting flights). This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."

Contras: "Fila do check in gigante, confusa e lenta. O inglês da tripulação é bem difícil de entender. Preço."
