Prós: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Contras: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Prós: Customer service

Prós: Great service in 1st class

Prós: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Contras: The offer of wine. The wifi options.

Prós: Friendly crew. Spoke some English for the most part.

Contras: Only food for purchase

Contras: non-brazirian customer can pay service fee (i.e. seat-selection,baggage) on Azul websaite.

Contras: The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 0915 hours but the departure time was changed to 0635 hours without notification. Fortunately I checked my baggage the night before and discovered the change. Not a good deal.

Prós: I loved my trip the flight was amazing

Contras: Awful experience, we're travelling with a Toddler and they didn't have any consideration at all...the staff always with a bad attitude

Contras: The crew was kind of slack. They didn't have aqua con gas. The toilets were not kept clean.

Contras: You made me late for my connecting flight by unloading my carry one bags slowly. It cost be $500 extra dollars and I’m stuck in Madrid until Friday which is making making me miss work. Unacceptable.

Contras: Food quality can be improved a little

Prós: The crew was very friendly and attentive.

Contras: More diverse snacks/drinks.

Prós: Crew were helpful. I was given the wrong seat number and they helped sort it out. They also did priority boarding for us when the queue was ridiculous

Contras: The check in process was a mess with people going from all queues and it took far too long. They also have me the wrong seat number for boarding causing lots of confusion

Prós: The seats were nice and the food was unusually good

Contras: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Prós: One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period.

Contras: She could have informed me they where no longer available.

Contras: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Contras: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Contras: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Contras: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Prós: Great

Prós: Seats were too cramped up, legroom was a problem. A device was under the seat was cramping the leg room. The entertainment selection was very very poor for a long flight.

Contras: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Prós: New aircraft had free Wi-Fi and lots of movies. Clean.

Contras: First bag fees of $120 per bag one-way were punitive. Anti-customer policy. Cannot recommend flying with them.

Contras: Flight to Lisbon late. Missed connection Now have 10 hour delay

Contras: No entertainment. Flight was an hour late due to mechanical problems. They could have kept us better informed.

Prós: Flight arrived on time

Contras: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Contras: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Prós: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Contras: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Prós: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Contras: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Prós: Azul airlines the best !!

Contras: They cheat on us about the place of the seats. Saying was a good place but giving us the worse seats in the plane - just after bathroom where it doesn’t recline and impossible to sleep due traffic

Prós: Good food, good plain condition, good entertainment

Contras: Bad size almost became a problem... bins are very small

Contras: Royal Air Maroc flight boarding was poor with delayed departure due to “loading of bags as per airline announcement.

Prós: Royal Air Moroc is a quality airline. Service oriented and professional gentlemen serving onboard. The 787 Dreamliner is a nice aircraft to fly in and the inflight entertainment and flight map were of high quality. My checked bag arrived expeditiously on both sectors.

Contras: On the regional side, the customer service agents do not make gate announcements informing passengers that the flight is boarding. On both domestic flights, the CSR’s just yelled out that the flight was boarding...in Arabic. This was a source of confusion.

Prós: Good service

Prós: Nothing. The flight was delayed and I missed my connection

Contras: My flight leaving on time

Prós: Seat was both comfortable and spacious. Crew were very attentive and personable.

Contras: Really great flight. Can’t say enough about it.

Contras: No WiFi despite paying. No Kosher food despite ordering.

Prós: Planes were comfortable and well maintained.
