When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Also, on the short flights, in this case Madrid to London, they are now charging for EVERYTHING...even water and coffee. They said it was a new policy as of 1/1/2018."

And BA did not tell us what was happening!!"

We (including elderly and moms with infants) alongwith our carry-ons were harshly ordered to squeeze together on a bus until there was literally no room to move. A lengthy bus ride with very disgruntled passengers to plane was followed by another set of stairs up to the cabin door. Finally, our departure was delayed 30 minutes while the bags of 2 passengers who got lost in the airport (probably on a bus or train) were retrieved. Not sure whether the fault lies with Heathrow or British Airways, but the experience was bad enough to avoid both in future."

Prós: "The crew pulled the curtain in the galley and stayed behind it almost the entire flight blocking access to the business class bathroom! They were incredibly awful. Isolated, chatty only w each other and did not offer much service in business class."
Contras: "The crew need to stop seeing the flight as a time for them to socialize w each other and wait on customers!"

Contras: "Lisbon airport and TAP need to better communicate where the planes will be leaving. I didn’t know my gate until boarding time and could have very easily missed"
Prós: "The snack of apples cheese and nuts was great. The crew was very nice. The fact that they got a bus to take us off the plane and take us to another plane was great."
Contras: "Since our plane was broken, we had to get a new one. It was hot, they could have turned on the air. Also some water would have been nice. Sat on the runway for more than an hour waiting for a new plane."

Contras: "Our flight from USA to Lisboa was delayed due to a mechanical problem on the plane so we missed out connection. There was a flight leaving right as we arrived but we didn't get on it. We were given a flight for 2 hours later. It was canceled with no announcement made and we were put on a much later flight. We were made to wait FIVE HOURS for another flight after already being delayed 4 hours. Would have been faster to take the train."
Prós: "Surprised to be fed almost a full meal on such a short flight."
Contras: "No booze. It was a morning flight but body time it was still drinking time, since I had flown all night."

Contras: "One of our party's luggage was not delivered. We saw it when we were boarding. A large amount ( about 12) also had missing pieces. It took an hour and a half to fill out form. Flight landed at 2:45 pm yesterday, still no luggage. Had to spend touring time shopping for essentials to wear."

Contras: "We had to take a bus to the aircraft. We were traveling with children and we had strollers and carry ons and the children. The flight was one hour late, overbooked, and they were offering people money for a flight later that night. After an 8hr+layover, exhausted and the hour change, it became a horrible wait. I would not fly to Casablanca here again. The aircraft was small and you had to go on it with a ladder. Very inconvenient with children."
Prós: "The staff is always nice and they provide you with a drink and snack. I usuallt just get the drink, but it is nice to be offered. And I GREATLY appreciate not being charged a ridiculous high price for a bottle water and just given a glass. Shouldn't at least water be free on all flights?"

We should t have to do extra work to get reimbursed after the fact. They should not charge us right the. and there. It’s stealing. They cost us money and we didn’t get what we paid for."

Contras: "Flight was over an hour late, and they would not let us take our carry-on luggage on the flight even though there was plenty of room in the overhead compartments, which caused us to miss our return flight home overseas. No customer service desk at the airport. Ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to book another flight home."
