Contras: "Voo com atraso de 40 minutos. Não deixaram os passageiros com conceção sair primeiro. Não havia ninguém para nos acompanhar. Ninguem sabia dar informações viemos para o hotel sem bagagem porque ninguém sabia quando chegava."

Contras: "Não pude fazer o vôo por falha grave da swiss que atrasou e não teve o cuidado de fazer com que os passageiros chegassem à sua conceção atempadamente. Senti-me muito desamparada."

Contras: "The crew responsible for boarding did not provide timely information (especially on who boarding order) and "made up" for this lack of communication by yelling and screaming at passengers as if they were cattle."

Contras: "I had a carry-on sized bag which would have fit in the overhead compartment. I was told that it would not fit the Swiss Air compartment, thus was forced to check it at the gate. I expressed my concern that it would get lost (thus the reason I never opt to check bags) and was assured "They are very efficient in Zurich." When we arrived in Madrid, my bag was not at the carousel. I was told at Customer Service that it was on another flight, but that they could deliver it to my Airbnb between 4-7 pm. I had to wait there instead of enjoying my vacation to wait for my bag. The bag did not arrive until 10:30 pm. I did not have my clothes or belongings with me all day. Swiss Air in particular needs to update their overhead compartment regulations, as my bag definitely would have fit there, and could have avoided this entire situations."

Contras: "The seats were uncomfortable and way to close. When the person in front of me leaned their seat back, I was forced to do the same. It was nearly impossible to eat. If you had a hint of claustrophobia, you would never make this entire trip without going nuts. I noticed that many of the middle seats were unoccupied, while my family and I were crammed into four seats side-by-side. If we had empty seats between us the flight would have been bearable."

They took great care to get people what they wanted, and I saw them fulfill a few special requests from the people around me politely and quickly. The entertainment selections were good. The variety of interesting musical selections allowed me to go the whole flight without running down the battery on any of my own musical devices. The seat space was comfortable, especially compared to domestic flights I've taken for the last 10 years. The enforcement of carry-on luggage rules meant the overhead compartments were sufficient for what was brought aboard and people weren't filling the foot-space with bags."

Checked the route through Brisbane, and those flights we're all there, departed and landed all on-time... so wondering what the reason was for the change of the itinerary without a cause (no cancel or delayed flights through Brisbane)"

Contras: "Cabin service somewhat spotty. I was not served breakfast and had to ask for a meal even though all those sitting around me were served. My wife did not get the coffee she requested even though it was promised twice. Trash accumulated at our seat making use of the tray awkward. I tried to pre-pay for extra luggage on-line before the flight but the web site would not allow me to do so. We paid $100 per extra bag at check-in."

Contras: "The legroom is very cramped, pretty difficult to eat your meal with the seat in front reclined. The crew were not very attentive: they completely missed me while I was waving the rubbish on their collection rounds. In the end I had to dump it myself in the toilet bins. The PA system is too loud compared to the rest of the entertainment, had to remove the headphones for each one of them."

Prós: "I was selected for additional screening at the gate. I have no problem with this at all. From the start I told them I am traveling with my fiancee. They tried to hold me back in a separate area after the screening and I once again told them my fiancee was waiting for me. One staff memeber walked with me half way back to get her and then disappeared. By the time I found her and came back, the staff memeber was no where to be found. Now we had lost are spot in the line and had to go to the back of the line. We spoke to 3 different staff people about what was going on and everyone said, oh the guy over there will help you. But no one did. The staff had No idea how to run a security check or handle paople. There was No working wifi! There was no tvs in the seats, only the old style in the aisle. The staff told me the plan was going to retire at the end of the month. The food was more for animals then for humans! We got updates by txt 10 mins before the staff updated the gate on our flight out from SFO. I have traveled all over the world with a lot of airlines and Never had such a poor service, but what is it to expect. It was United after all!"

I enjoyed the flight and would like to fly Virgin Atlantic more. Finally, you are the 3rd best flight, I have ever take, and the 2nd best airline I've been on. Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful."
Contras: "A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives."

Contras: "My video monitor didn't work so I couldn't watch movies, asked the crew twice to help and they never did. Then to top off a terrible 10 hour flight with no entertainment, my bag never made it. Worst experience ever"

Flight was delayed from Sydney to Bali, which caused me to miss my pick up. Not sure if I'll fly with them again."

Prós: "Very good service, plenty of food, food was pretty good, entertainment system was great and the seats in economy with very comfortable."

Prós: "Major issue: No information in advance of problems associated with transfer at Heathrow that required going from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3-- requireing a lot of walking, stress, time and security checks."

Economy appears to have lost staff as it takes the entire flight to get a drink and dinner, the feeling you get is that you should just get on board and then sit quietly for 7 hours and not ask for anything. The entertainment does not have a very large selection and if you fly regularly does not seem to update very often."

Prós: "I had heard about limited food options during covid flights but everything was tasty and generous. I always appreciate it when my initial flight books my check-in to my final stop and gives me all my boarding passes at once and Delta did just that. They were also really good at communicating updates like changes to the gate."
Contras: "People should just be prepared to be asked more questions than usual. It can definitely make you feel nervous but just remember that the new covid restrictions are stressful for flight staff just as much as they are stressful for you. Be cooperative and honest and you shouldn't have any problems."

Prós: "Kosher snacks! Thank you. Screens and outlets at every seat. Safe, controlled Covid protocols including de-boarding. Excellent!"

Contras: "Our second time on a 787 Dreamliner across the Atlantic as about the same as the the first. The seat pitch is very tight so when a passenger reclines into the next row the seatback nearly touches your face. The Dreamliner seats seem to be very hard and it's difficult to get comfortable."

Contras: "No AC for an hour before takeoff - very uncomfortable. Audio for tv did not work."

Prós: "The only thing I liked about the experience and flight was the Delta Sky Club"

Contras: "Passenger behind me was kicking my seat. I called on flight attendant to resolve situation and they could not care less to resolve issue.instead asked me to move.my 6 year old son who was flying with me was terrified of the man that was kicking my seat."

Contras: "Missed my flight because the baggage check in closed, but what bothered me was that the attendant did not give any solutions or help, just coldly said “you can’t get on because you can’t check in your bag” and continued to tell me that I should just throw my luggage and all my things away to at least check in and get my body on the plane. I felt like I had to coerce her for help or advice on what I should do with my situation and she didn’t really give me any beneficial help until right before my gate closed and my plane departed. As customer service, shouldn’t they offer help without having the customer feel like they need to convince the check in attendant to give them alternate solutions?"

I had been looking forward to catching up on some movies ( rarely have time for to or movies usually) was disappointed to have no working screen on such a long flight. Did appreciate the effort to supply a gluten free meal, unfortunately someone added whole wheat crackers ( luckily still in wrapper ). The boarding area was mixed with people trying to get to New Jersey at the next gate making it very crowded and confusing, people found themselves in the wrong line."

Contras: "We had one hour delay, on a 1:30h flight, totally unacceptable"

Contras: "Missed connection along with about 25 others due to the delay getting to Lisbon (no reasons given)."

Contras: "The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange."

Contras: "Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki."

Prós: "Leg room, friendly crew, good choices for entertainment, nice blankets!"
Contras: "The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding"

Prós: "Well oiled service machine."
Contras: "None."

Prós: "The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!"
Contras: "There was no soap in the toilet..."

Contras: "Good airline teamed up with crappy American brings them down. Don't waste money!!"

Contras: "I purchased a ticket that included one checked bag but their system said I purchased a ticked which didn’t include any checked luggage and I had to pay $60 to check my bag. Very frustrating!"

Prós: "The choice of entertainment is huge"
Contras: "The fisical conditions are terrible. Seats so narrow and rows are so close, that you practically pooched into your neighbors, those that behind don't let you to recline your seat as then your seat is in their face. It looks like American Airlines hopes to exchange your reality with virtuality, but our bodies that we are for some reason taking with us on that itinerary - suffer."

Prós: "Check in staff at counter in Chicago was very friendly and saved my trip by safely keeping a critical document that I accidentally left behind on the counter. Really friendly and attentive flight attendants on the flight."

Prós: "Given the choice I would hands down pick Finnair over a US based carrier the Europeans provide bigger seats and better service... Little things like hot towels, extra wine and chocolate after meals was truly appreciated..."
Contras: "Im an amateur traveler and I could have used a little more info at the gate and about getting to my connection I had no idea where it was and that you had to go through a passport line to catch the connection. Came close to missing my connection..."

Contras: "Flight left 4 hours late due to mechanical problems with a very , very old plane. I paid extra for an exit seat that (bc the plane was so old) had cold air seeping in that even with 4 blankets on, a sweater, my jacket I was frozen the whole flight and caught a terrible cold that I have now had for a week."

Prós: "I did get to move away from complaining passengers but "lost my coat" in the process. People are awful and obnoxious"
Contras: "Who doesn't turn off the plane lights at night inside the cabin? Especially when you're feeling late at night? Didn't post gate until very last minute…LHR..Then it said boarding immediately. Nowhere to get water. Hurriedly Boarded plane to find out we have the sit there an hour. Girl next to me was so childish Loud mouth complaining because she couldn't sit next to her bf."

Contras: "There was a very poor selection of movies to watch:( Last tim ei flew AA, and there was an absolutely huge choice . . . Would love to see that improved . . I think you have to cater for all tastes . . . and that definitely was not the case on my flight"

Contras: "Both the British Airways attendant who check me in in Chicago, and the British Airways attendant who checked me in in London, were not paying attention to my final destination and did not mark my luggage for my final destination."

Contras: "When I arrived at CMI no ticket was issued for my second leg, so I could not use the internal transit bus to at Terminal 5 at ORD ("for ticketed passengers only). I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"

Prós: "Seats were comfortable with plenty of room."
Contras: "Plane was broken and we had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get a new plane. Crew kept awkwardly mentioning during every announcement that the delay wasn't their fault... My husband's entertainment screen was broken and flickering so much that all shows/films were completely unwatchable. My screen began flickering 1/2way through a film."

Prós: "Checking was a breeze and there were no hassles getting through security. The flight was great and they even had a vegetarian option for my meal! I would highly recommend to anyone for International flight!"

Prós: "I did not like anything about this trip."
Contras: "Our flight from Chicago to Paris was managed by Finnair, but flown through American Airlines. This was the second disappointing flight on American Airlines. Our first flight was repeatedly delayed over three hours and then canceled. Everyone had to take a new flight the next day on the same plane which was scheduled to be fixed that morning prior to departure. We boarded the plane 45 minutes late and then were informed that the part needed to fix the plan had just cleared customs. After another hour of waiting on the plane, we taxied to the runway and the returned to the gate because another part needed to be fixed on the plane. We waited another hour and a half on the plane before finally taking off. Upon our arrival at Chicago O'Hare, we waited on the tarmac for 30 minutes before the ground crew parked our plane. Which brings me to this flight from Chicago O'Hare to Charles de Gaulle in Paris. Our flight was delayed for maintenance repeatedly for 2 hours and then a new plane had to be brought over. By the time we boarded we were almost four hours behind schedule due to a logbook problem once we boarded the new plane. The plane itself was small - the size of a domestic flight - and VERY cramped. On both of the flights we had no TVs in the headrest. This is something that I have always had in economy class on international flights. It was by far the most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. Because of the delay, we had to reschedule one of our two connecting flights. I was assured that our bags would still arrive at our final destination. When we finally reached our final destination, we found out that our bags had been lost along the way - most likely because of the flight being rescheduled."

Prós: "Flight attendants were grumpy, food was horrible (even for airplane standards), entertainment selection subpar and boarding was confusing (i.e. they was a group "b" and a group "2"- both different? ) received no nice comforts such as eye mask, etc"

Prós: "The crew was very nice and helpful and the flight went well and was ontime, in fact early."
Contras: "I thought that I got one bag checked for free and another one would cost $50. But when I got my boarding pass I was charged $100."

Prós: "Crew was not very helpful, last time I fly Iberia."

Prós: "The staff were incredible and helpful. The entertainment made the flight go much faster. The airplane was comfortable and clean. Great flight"
Contras: "The passengers next to me smelled severely of body odor. I know that this isn't something the flight crew can do anything about but it made my flight really uncomfortable. Thankfully the seat next to me opened. So I loved a seat away- but even that couldn't mask the smell!"

Prós: "We didn't die"
Contras: "Poor air quality No leg room No room in the plane to move about or stretch Terrible food"

Prós: "Sat next to tall, broad shouldered fellow but otherwise fine seats. Food was ok but too cool."

Prós: "The flight did get us there."
Contras: "This flight had about 6 different airlines listed. I was supposedly flying Finnair. Make no mistake, this was an American Airlines flight. On an old plane with crummy entertainment, uninspired food, and uncomfortable seats. But we did get here."

Contras: "It is over a month now and I am still waiting to get my American Airlines miles awarded to my account. The trip was booked through FinnAir but operated by American Airlines. They are both members of the same alliance. The airline miles number was confirmed with American Airlines upon check-in. But now, American Airlines wants proof of my ticket receipt and boarding pass. I have my ticket receipt but who keeps their paper boarding pass these days? Hope my photo of the gate details suffices for my boarding pass."

Contras: "When I booked the flight there wasn't an option for a special meal and I have dietary restrictions so I was unable to eat any of the food on the plane."

Prós: "I gained peace of mind due to the professionalism of the crew,ease of boarding,comfort of the seating,my special food needs addressed and true enjoyment of the movie selections."
Contras: "I would do it again because if it was this good why would I change. Also,because I plan to travel more often and I need stress free travel on my journey which I have achieved once why not more times."
