Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Contras: "The check in process was terrible. I specifically requested seating together with 2 small children and an injured daughter. The check in process was the most chaotic I've seen in recent times. No clear order, no clear counters. We bounced back and forth before we checked in our luggage. At the gate, another long chaotic line of multiple questioning and bag/body search before we boarded buses to our plane. When we boarded we found out we were split at 2 or 1 seat arrangements (out of 5 travelers). After complaining, there were able to seat at least 3 (with one lap child) together and 1 separate. The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."

Contras: "1. The boarding process at Istanbul airport was horrible. No one could speak or understand english. My father was on a wheelchair and he was the last one to be boarded on the plane! There was so much confusion - some people wanted me to go separately from him, others wanted him to walk down the stairs on his own, etc. etc. There were hardly any announcements for people with special needs. Generally they are allowed to board first as they need more time to settle. I could barely find overhead bin space for his stuff. 2. There were several remote controls broken on the plane. A lot of people had to suffer through a non working entertainment screen. 3. One of the hostess was hardly listening to anything I had to say. She seemed to be in so much of a hurry and had a very bad attitude."

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Contras: "Long layover was hard on me. No place to sleep while stuck all night at the airport."
Prós: "Everything was perfect, the hours from Washington to Instanbul were perfect for night sleeping, the seats were comfortabl enough for sleeping, I didn't eat the late night dinner but the breakfast was good."

Contras: "I waited on line for over an hour until we found out our flight was cancelled indefinitely. There was no communication and no way to rebook. I had to book a different flight on my own through a separate airline to get back home in less than 3 days."

Contras: "First and foremost we were astonished and angered that the cabin crew would not allow any window shades to be open during the day- long flight. That is unhealthy and exacerbates the jet lag phenomena. An airplane is not a hotel and you have eye masks and such readily available for people sleeping. Oh, and I also like to look out the window! For this reason I am looking for another airline to fly for our semi annual trips overseas."

Contras: "I brought a small suitcase and they told me I couldn't take it on the plane... when I got on the plane there was more than enough space. Everything was good afterwards. I was just hoping to not having my suitcase checked in so that I wouldn't run risk of losing it. I got my luggage from the pickup area with no problems!☺"

Prós: "While in Barcelona, Spain I needed to change my departure time, there was the usual long lines ahead of me when a THY Associate questioned me about my travel plans. I explained to her that I needed to change my departure time and she took me out of line and escorted me to the correct window. Standing now at the correct window I was able to quickly make the desired changes. I was so happy I was able to avoid the long lines. THY is a Class A operation indeed. Thank you, Rudy"

Atraso de quase 1h da hora inicialmente estimada
Não embarquei pois o vôo anterior atrasou, pra não ficar preso. Dublin preferi ficar no porto.
Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.
Atrasou mais de 2horas
O encosto era muito inclinado pra frente. Além de ser muito apertado, a posição inclinada pra frente fez o vôo ser extremamente desconfortável. :-(

Pelos menos servirem uma água ou café
Comprei os bilhetes pelo site kiwi. Não entregaram os bilhetes pelo email. A ryanair criou dificuldades para emitir no aeroporto. As poltronas são muito apertadas. Sou alto. Foi um sofrimento a viagem. Ryanair nunca mais
A temperatura estava muito alta mas o levantar e a aterragem foram incríveis mal se sentiram

My husband and I were sitting separately, but the boarding pass only came to me electronically. For whatever reason, the forwarded email, or screenshot would not go through to him. We asked if they could print us one, they wanted €20. Seriously? However, I saw the gate lady print for several others with no charge.....hmmmm."

Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Ontem, recebi uma e-mail da Cia, apenas falando sobre o procedimento da bagagem e nada mais. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."

Contras: "Booked 3 flights all on Ryanair for a trip inside Portugal. The booking agent, Gotogate.com, and Ryanair left me deserted. Some error occurred and I received the same flight booking # for all 3 the flights. I discovered this when trying to retrieve my boarding pass for the second flight. Neither company fixed the problem and I could not board the flight. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Porto (6 hours away). Neither company have anyone that can assist with these issues on the weekend. The worst experience I could have had on my birthday vacation."
