além do absurdo do primeiro trecho que NÃO houve nenhuma distinção entre classe econômica e classe executiva e SEM lounge no aeroporto no aeroporto de New Yourk o lounge fechou as 18h ... é um verdadeiro absurdo pagar cerca de U$ 6 mil dólares e ser tratado como quem comprou classe econômica ... nunca mais vou viajar com TAP ...
O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe de bordo. Poderia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros durante o voo.
Funcionários prestativos, bons filmes pra ver, boa comida também. A decolagem atrasou um pouco por conta da chuva, o que não foi culpa da companhia.

Contras: "The boarding process was so extensive and repetitive. We were taken to the plane in the middle of the tarmac in sweltering heat and had to stand outside and wait to board the plane. The heat once inside the plane was unbearable and uncomfortable. My seat didn't recline, so I wasn't able to fully relax. Although I can for the crew, English may not be their first language. It needs to be ensured that the English of the crew member making the announcements is understandable. There were so many announcements but the English was rendered unintelligible for the most part. One of the baggage for one of my family members was not there on our arrival but we've since been notified that it has been found and well be sent to us"

Contras: "At the Check in in Laayoune the attendant could not register the whole of my trip with the fidelity number. The snack on board is always the same, cheese sandwich, which could be made with better bread, wrap, chiabata, etc. Very bad."

Contras: "Boarding was completely disorganized with people boarding late and then allowing fully half of the passengers to board at one time, clogging the aisle and thereby making the process take even longer. Once all were settled it became a question of "where is...?" As passengers had checked in but not boarded. We sat at the gate an additional hour as boarding passes were checked, sky lounge was checked, etc."
Contras: "Passport control at airport in Casablanca was awful. Very very slow with people getting increasingly anxious about missing their flights and trying to move up in the line. The people checking passports were very slow and seemingly unaware of the tumult happening in line. No one was managing it. We arrived at airport 2.5 hours ahead of take-off and the plane was loading by the time we got to the gate."

Contras: "There was a seven hour delay. No explanation provided. Agents at CMN were rude and unhelpful. In the original flight I had selected an aisle seat but somehow ended up in the middle. My whole rows TVs didn’t work and no one helped us or cared (contrasted to Singapore Airlines which actually cared when a similar issue happened). Customs forms were all in French even though we were flying into JFK. Awful airlines."
Contras: "My flight from Casablanca to Dulles arrived 4 hours late, close to midnight instead of 8.15pm even though the flight took of on time a little after 7pm Casablanca time. What went wrong? Was the arrival time printed incorrectly on the itinerary? This unexplained delay/error caused a lot of distress for the loved ones waiting at the arrival gate for 4 hours."

Contras: "The food, yogurt and a cheese sandwich was frozen. There were no female flight attendant. the attendant didn't speak very good English, French or Portuguese. The boarding process was not well organized. Some of the people seemed to not know how to act on a plane picking whatever seat they wanted and then arguing with the people that actually had the seats as well as getting up while the plane was still taxing."
Contras: "They cancelled our reservation the day before our flight for no reason, without notice, and didn't explain why. We had to fight literally an hour before take off to get our seats back. They didn't extend an apology or even an explanation as to why the airline simply cancelled our reservations which we had paid for over an month in advance. During all 4 legs of our trip (N.Y. to Casablanca; Marakech to Fez; Casablanca to Lisbon; and Lisbon to N.Y.) customer service was extremely slow and poor, many of the staff members seemed to not like their job because of how unpleasant they were. The breakfast is three different types of carbs and no nutritional value. I will never fly the so-called 'Royal' air Maroc again. Very unprofessional staff."

Contras: "Sendo um vôo do Brasil para o Marrocos, creio que algum tripulante deveria falar português. Creio que não havia nenhum. Tripulação nada simpática. A tela touch não funcionava e os filmes não tonham legendas em português. O avião estava sujo de voos anteriores. O horário foi alterado 2 vezes, sendo que a última foi de 4 horas. Isto me fez mudar conexões e tive que providenciar hotel. Quando perguntei para a companhia sobre isto, fui informado que meu email seria analisado em TRINTA dias."

After 2 hrs of "working" with the airline, we were able to fly into Madrid the following day. Had to spend extra money for hotel room and car rental in Madrid because our final destination was Sevilla. Will never work with Azores or Kayak again. BTW, did we mention that while "working" with Azores to reschedule flight, we were booked to fly into an island off of Africa. Luckily, we followed up online with the changed itinerary."

I have many witnesses that prove I was there on time. But no reschedule for me unless I pay a 1000 usd. I will sue these bastards with a passion. To an extend they have never seen. Not only a refund but loss of business as well"

Contras: "3 hour delay and sizee of seats - SMALL pitch!"
Contras: "They cancelled the flight a couple hours before ltake off, then changed the flight number and took off with all the people they bumped from the day before. What a scam, told us it was "operational issues'""
Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Didn't make it since the first flight was delayed for over 4 hours. Virgin did not help us with rebooking. Waiting on refund. No word yet. Very angry."
Prós: "The flight crew was absolutely wonderful and very helpful with our 3-year-old son. He keeps asking to go on plane again because of how attentive they were and made his trip very enjoyable."
Contras: "No entertainment at all. The seats could have more recline as it was an overnight flight and nearly impossible to sleep. The trays for business class are so close that it is awkward and uncomfortable to use."
Prós: "Had two seats to myself. Hot breakfast."
Contras: "The airport in Lisbon was terrible. Got bussed 20 minutes to get to terminal and had to wait 2 hours in line to get through passport line. Could not find my bag, finally found it in a heap to the side. My friend traveling Air Canada had no trouble same day same time."
Contras: "Was too tired and worn out to really care after the long delay. Won't fly this airline again."
Contras: "The delay of over 12 hours was terrible. I'm sure most people will complain as everyone was furious. The staff didn't provide any guidance towards what the problem was or how long we could be waiting. Their communications were guesses at best."
Prós: "Nothing. We didn't take this flight because of the SATA airline strike which left us stuck in Ponta Felgada for 2 days."
Contras: "We were majorly inconvenienced when finding out our flight was delayed, then cancelled completely, the. It happened again the next day. Lost 2 days of our trip whih were supposed to be in Lisbon. We found a Ryanair flight to Porto just to get to the mainland. What a nightmare. Never flying with Azores/SATA again!!"
Prós: "1 booked flight and selected seats months ahead. On date of departure reseated in middle section though previously booked window seats. 2 after arriving in Portugal informed return flight was cancelled due to crew strike. Told we can wait in Portugal or rebook on new airline. You can't make this stuff up."
Prós: "It was a economical flight. The food was pretty good as well."
Contras: "We had changes to pretty much every leg of our flights. One was delayed by 2.5 hours. I understand that flights get delayed but they hardly gave us any information as to what was going on. The flight was pretty smooth but the flight attendants didn't seem interested in our comfort. They weren't rude but they weren't pleasant either. I guess I'm used to a different style of service that I did not receive on Azores."
Prós: "Crew was attentive and it was a direct flight"
Contras: "There was very little room in the seats. It was terribly uncomfortable and made worse when the seat in front was declined"
Prós: "Everything ok"
Prós: "Price, friendly crew"
Contras: "jammed in and not too comfy seats"
Prós: "Large comfy seats."
Contras: "Among the drawbacks, long immigration lines in LIS, despite the opportunity to go thru immigration in the Azores - lost opportunity for the airline to market its efficiency and convenience."
Prós: "The price"
Contras: "Nothing"
Prós: "We arrived safely. Which is most important. However..."
Contras: "Everything. This airline is the bare minimum. No TV's, no WIFI, uncomfortable seats, no leg room, NO AIR VENT, narrow isles, unfriendly flight attendants... Should I continue? There are no amenities with this airline. It's like stepping back in time... Worst airline I have ever flown!"
Prós: "Friendly crew"
Prós: "The food was good. I enjoyed the flight. Though I've felt that I received less than I usually do from international flights but maybe just because this was shorter. No extra bull you don't need like an over night bag (that I've been given on other airlines for over night flights) but if you're expecting it, it may be a bit of a let down. My flight was just under 6 hours so maybe it's too short for that. They served a meal and a half. A full dinner, dessert and appetizer with wine. A muffin with coffee for breakfast. The dinner was surprisingly great. I actually really loved it. The muffin was just a plain blueberry muffin purchased from the store. Just a quick half meal before leaving."
Contras: "Well I had planned to go take a course in Porto which was the whole reason I bought this flight. I missed everything i came here for because of it. They reimbursed people and put people up in hotels, but not me. My trip was ruined essentially due to the cancellation of my first flight but the flight itself, when it did go, was good."
Prós: "Nothing, Sata is the worst airlines."
Contras: "Delayed for 7 hours with no explanation. Zero leg room"
Prós: "Good friendly well run safe airline"
Prós: "Direct Flight"
Contras: "Mediocre Food No gate for the plane in Boston or Lisbon, so you need to be shuttled to the plane. Entertainment system not working. Late leaving. Delayed landing (not their fault?) Too much money when compared with other, better airlines."
Contras: "Very little water was served. I was dehydrated by the time I landed at my destination. There was zero form of entertainment provided. I'm accustomed to having movies and music as options for entertainment, especially on international flights."
Prós: "Crew was great. Flight was smooth (for the most part)."
Contras: "Long flight to not have TV consoles working."
Contras: "You need a better boarding system. People stand in lline forever for no good reason."
