Once arrived I had to connect to American Airlines flight and have to walk one mille and change to get to the other side of the airport. People pushing, standing right next to you, when you get on the plane all the old women who do not know how to read always walk to the back of the plane when they're supposed to be sitting in seat 7? Been there? Seen that? Yes ! Seen it a million times. What makes this particular flight so unbelievable, and maybe it was just a training day because there was a lot of airline personnel at the check in kiosk, but I have never processed on to a flight in Columbia, given up my baggage, and be walking to the gate so fast in my life! I truly hope this is something that will become standard, and I pray to God that the other airlines especially Viva will learn how to do!"

The only issue was in Bogotá for my return flight. After struggling with the LATAM kiosk machine I was told by a LATAM ticket agent that flights from Bogotá to Miami are through American Airlines. Luckily a very nice American Airline agent accompanied me back to LATAM and convinced them my flight was with LATAM. Everything else was simple and easy!"

Served heavy dinner at 2am. Woke everyone up. Later light breakfast would have been more appropriate. Bathrooms reeked and waste bin overflow. Stewardess in back chatting. Don't they ever check?. They didn't seem to want to there."

The lack of more recline (as in the recarro sears used on the LH/LX products) and short pitch make it hard to either work or sleep. The small plane size makes this sardine feeling worse and slows service to the rear of be craft."

Contras: "Very unorganised"
Prós: "Food was good. Crew was friendly but not attentive at all."
Contras: "Left late; 40 minutes. The Airbus A340 business class seats from JFK to MAD have a serious design flaw. Three people had their cell phones or iPads slip down the side of the seats, requiring the seats to be disassembled in flight, and getting down on the floor to reach in and get it....if you have small enough hands. Boeing aircraft are far better quality. Noisy aircraft, again, not Boeing quality."
Prós: "The crew."
Contras: "The airplane is too old."
Prós: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Contras: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"
Prós: "Food is poor , pasta have not taste n the portion not enoug"

Contras: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."
Prós: "Good entertainment and comfort seats"
Contras: "Kayak did not disclose that checking bags would cost extra. We got hit with a 60e checked bag fee at the airport. If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"
Prós: "Crew inside"
Contras: "Airport gate unprepared for wheel chairs and strollers. No elevator in gate area."
Prós: "Crew was pleasant"
Contras: "everything is for sale, i guess. No offering of beverages, not even a cracker. Not even for sale. No announcement for what is available. Again, indifferent to the customers."
Contras: "Website not working. I had to call and was sent a PDF boarding pass without a barcode. I ended queuing at the checkin counters again."
Prós: "Most of the staff was friendly and professional"
Contras: "As a musician all it takes is one flight attendant to make your trip a nightmare. Every flight is a game of cat and mouse to get your instrument on board. I was told there wasn't enough room, in the end half the over heads were empty."
Prós: "it was very good in general"
Contras: "We did not receive any beverage drinks during flight. Only the first 10 or 15 rows received this service. :("
Prós: "Fell asleep for almost the whole 2.5 hour flight so I'm with it."
Contras: "Can't thing of anything"
Contras: "Could not check-in 24 hours in advance. No free drink due to 1 hour flight; water would have been good."
Prós: "787 is a nice, modern plane"
Contras: "Crew was kind of rude. Late dinner service, on a overnight transatlantic lasting only 7.5 hrs one cannot wait More than two hours to get dinner and be able to catch some sleep. Noisy breakfast service, it did not matter if people tried to keep sleeping. The in-flight entertainment program was not tested and needed to be rebooted well into the first hour of flight. Poor preparation and not very kind crew."
Contras: "Not on time. Delayed boarding and flight. Was told by customer service on the phone that I would not have to pay for checked luggage from Madrid to Barcelona since I am a tourist....guess what? It was a big fat lie. Had to pay 60 Euros to check me and my daughter's bag!"
Prós: "- I like the economic price. - I like that I was flying in economic class and I was allow to carry two luggages. That makes the difference with any other airline."
Contras: "There was one hour delay because the Madrid airport was foggy and they never told the passengers what was going on. When the airplane was almost landing at the Madrid airport with the normal low speed, then suddenly accelerated and start going up to flying around Madrid, then they put music and they never told the passengers what happened or what was going on again."
Prós: "11 hours flight with no movies. Flight attendants very rude. Bad food. Seats doesn't stay where you want them to stay. They move by itself. Very disorganized embarkation, landing and takeout procedures. I had 3 delayed flights. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Dirty cabin. I found someone else's hair when I opened the pillow."
Contras: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."
Prós: "No frills easy to board. Flight left on time and arrived 15 minutes early."
Contras: "Very cramped seats for an average size person. When person in front pushed his seat back the seat was almost touching my face. Way too close."
Prós: "I was in business class on 787 and everything was fine."
Prós: "The airplane was neat and the crew nice also, I don't have complains about that."
Contras: "Too little space between seats, always has the person behind putting their knees in my back! Also the food is not that great, and had to pay even for the earphones!"
Prós: "I arrived."
Contras: "No entertainment. My husband's system was missing buttons. The person on the next row couldn't lower table. Might need maintenance. My husband and I paid for upgraded seats but they were given away. We had to fight to sit together. Not very happy."

Contras: "The seating space was horrible. I have used this airline before and everything was good, but this experience was not comfortable. I could barely move in my seat. The rest was good but can work on the space issue."
