There was one to two person doing the checked in and it took about 40 minutes to get done, unacceptable. The lines for non on line check in went faster then the on-line and they have four times more people that was in the on-line checked in. In flight, the seat felt liked you're sitting on a rock after a couple of hours. I'm an aircraft mechanic who used to be a flyer with 7,000 flying hours."
Contras: "I was hoping to replace worldmate with you application. you got it wrong. I travelled from Doha to Guanzhou, Bangkok and back to Doha. I don't even know where Sohag is!!!!! Qatar airways did a perfect job as usual."

Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Prós: "The flight to Munich was really good and comfortable. But the lay over was 15 hours and I not given anywhere to sleep or rest. I was told that I would be compt a room but never revived it. Sitting in an overcrowded Airport in Turkey was so uncomfortable and miserable. Boarding was very long lines and went through so many check points. But the staff was very friendly on board. Praise God I made it home safe."
Contras: "The lay over from Munich Germany to The US in the Turkey Airport was So Uncomfortable and Miserable. I was told that I would be given a room but never received it. The Airport was severely overcrowded all night and day. I was going to use Turkey monthly to go back to Germany but I probably won't now."

Contras: "On two TK flights in a row today the outlets the TK handed out headphones were sub-quality - and I basically had to sit and manually keep them in place during both journeys to be able to hear something. Truly annoying! Also - for some reason service was done by only one person per aisle which meant I had to wait really long time before getting both food and drinks."

I have been two days with the same cloths and no cleaning products, so disappointing they don't seem to care of all the inconvenience I have been experiencing."

What made me very frustrated and angry is that when I contacted Finnair to reschedule the flight I was told the flight was managed by British Airways and I would have to contact them When I contacted British Airways they said it was a Finnair flight and I had to contact them. I finally had no recourse but to buy another ticket through another airline. I feel that I should be reimbursed for my Finnair ticket from London to New York! I paid for a flight I never took. (The Finnair flight from New York to London was fine.)"

I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"

Prós: "Both planes had USB ports for charging phones. Food was better this time."
Contras: "Space for seats not enough at all. I know its economy but still...It was very expensive to pay extra to get the extra leg room for Abu Dhabi to Washington flight."
Contras: "Hassled at gate since I had my boarding pass on iPhone from Etihad and no a paper boarding pass, was held up and was one of last persons to board airplane"
Contras: "Breakfast quality was not good .In breakfast they gave vegetarian food .Flight departed late by one hour ."

Contras: "This time The experience was super horrible! Took almost 1hr 30 mins to get boarding pass. I had 2 suit case one was 24.5 kg and other one was 25 kg, they wanted me to pay $132 for each bag or take out stuff to make it 23kg. Never met someone that horrible who doesn’t want to let it go. I requested the wheelchair and they dont wana give it to me, I had no choice but to call their supervisor and eventually got wheelchair only from jfk to abu dhabi. Worse experience."
Prós: "The flight attendants."
Contras: "There was a medical emergency on board, so bathrooms did not get the necessary attention. Had to ask for toilet paper for two different bathrooms. Transferring to this flight as a NIGHTMARE. The boarding gate was a long way from the arrival gate. Went through an endless maze. Went through two security check points. At both check points I was sent for pat down. At the first there were five other women who were waiting for pat down. All white women. Discrimination???? At the second security, I had not even passed through the detector and the officer was waving me to get a pat down. At that point I started laughing. Next automated preclearance for immigration, then had to wait in line to talk to immigration officer. It is a miracle that I made it to the flight on time. Passport and boarding pass checked minimum of 6 times in this process. On arrival in Los Angeles, there was a bus ride to the terminal for luggage pick up. My husband was at the terminal I normally come to, I had no way to contact him (Indian sim), no change for pay phone. A fellow passenger was merciful and let me use her phone send husband messages and eventually we met up. I would not use Eithad for India to USA for this reason only. The security and immigration preclearance sucks."
Contras: "the food .there is only one choice of meal there is delay time from AUH to beirut"

Prós: "The staff were so helpful and friendly. Such a lovely bunch"

Prós: "Absolutely LOVELY crew. I'm a frequent flyer and my journey from Bangkok to Abu Dhabi was amazing. Thank you! Everything was very good with except for the screen: on both planes, it didn't work but it was exceptional in experience. We got 5000 miles as a compensation.."

Contras: "Broken entertainment, very uncomfortable seats, a feeling that economy is not that important to them despite the fact tickets are not exactly economy! Horrible dated beige colours everywhere and dated planes"
Contras: "Customer service in Abu Dhabi was terrible. The flight itself was average at best. It was nothing like I expected. I will not fly Etihad again."

Contras: "Very cramped plane (for a 787 Dreamliner)... though I am a bigger fellow, it must be said. The window seat was almost unbearable."
Prós: "Loved the amount of leg room in economy class. Also impressed with the number of entertainment options, especially the movies. The things provided in each seat (blanket, pillow, socks, etc) were very generous and nice as well."
Contras: "Food was not good and too salty. And the saltiness made everyone thirsty and we were only offered one small cup of water at a time.Flight attendants were not friendly and didn't want to be bothered."
Prós: "The crew were good and accommodating, this was the only positive."
Contras: "the Food is the worst ever, i had better experience on an economy class with a budget airliner. on the 4 sectors i had with Etihad, it was breakfast menu no matter what time it was and it was the same choices which had to do with a form of eggs. i opted not to be served. the plane is old, seat is not functioning well, entertainment screen was not touch and had to be operated with the remote which was not working. really it was a huge disappointment. may be Etihad reserve their good stuff for the European and American sectors. I will never fly Etihad business unless I have no choice."
Contras: "the plane from Bangkok to abu dhabi was delayed which miss my flight from abu dhabi to Bahrain waiting over 9 hours to fly into Bahrain basically the flight sucked."
Contras: "Few food and drinks options Bathrooms not so clean"

Contras: "On bok-aug night time flight rich Arab family with two nannies and 3 kids in b class. Kids did not have their own seats. Kids terrorized the entire cabin. Parents could not care less. Flight attendants helpless."

Contras: "no service you can call ten time if they come one time you lucky.very very roud crew and very discrimination place.also when i was fly los angeles to abu dhabi the guy name muhammad threat me many time for food he made mistake on my food and top on that he was threating me i hope some one in this air line take care of this but i'm not sure any one going to care for this and he was saying he is supervisor."

Contras: "Poucas opções de filmes em português. Não tem legenda em português em nenhum filme. Vôo atrasou 45 min para partir de Abu Dhabi. Eu tinha um conexão em Guarulhos as 19:05 e o voo chegou 18:00. pedi à aeromoça para sair na frente para não perder a conexão e não me autorizou e claro, perdi. Pois demorei sair do avião fui para o fim da fila de imigração e etc... Só valorizam classe executiva."
