Contras: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Contras: 20kg limit on hold luggage instead of 15

Contras: Ryan Air is like a city bus for air travel. There are no luxuries. You get what you pay for.

Contras: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Contras: Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Contras: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Contras: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Contras: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Prós: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Prós: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Contras: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.
