A comida e entretenimento não posso avaliar. Quanto à companhia aérea TAP, queria agradecer por ter resolvido o meu problema com o voo anterior tão depressa quanto possível o que permitiu eu conseguir embarcar no voo seguinte. A hora do voo tinha mudado e não consegui embarcar no voo inicial.
As bagagens foram extraviadas e a TAP a 72 hrs e ainda não foi resolvido
Poderia melhorar os atrasos constantes.
Comissário não era muito simpático, ao contrário do voo de ida, quando a comissária era super solicita,. Quanto ao pão do café da manhã gelado, o que não é muito legal pra quem está acabando de acordar, no mais estava bom!

Contras: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

O que podia ter corrido melhor: Estava super satisfeita com lugares que nos foram atribuídos aquando da compra dos bilhetes e chegados ao avião, Alteraram os nosso lugares.
O comandante foi sensacional, saudou os passageiros olhando para todos. Explicou o motivo do atraso. Foi extremamente simpático convidando crianças e depois "crianças grandes" a visitarem a cabine enquanto aguardávamos a liberação da decolagem! Sensacional!!!

O QUE NÃO GOSTEI FOI DO CHECK-IN A TER DE SER FEITO NO AEROPORTO
The one thing I must say is that the flight wasn't full at all, and in this case, I'm really unsure why they wouldn't sit people farther from each other.

Prós: "The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that."
Contras: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."
Prós: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Prós: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Contras: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Prós: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."

Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Contras: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

Contras: "unorganised deaprture @ barcelona airport where everyone was allowed to board at the same time. Also our flight way delayed but Vueling did not text anyone on our flight to inform us."
Contras: "The flight was 2h delay and they didn’t give any information."
Contras: "Sitting at the back of the plane meant that we were the last to be served any food and only had about 20 mins to eat anything that was left over prior to landing. They ran out of most hot food"
Prós: "crew excellent and after much discussion they performed miracles"
Contras: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."
Contras: "The flight was delayed by an hour but that was not Vueling’s fault. Despite the delay the staff did all they could to notify passengers and leave as soon as possible."
Prós: "Um"
Contras: "Our hand luggage had to go into the hull so we had a long wait at the other end. Cabin crew explained 220 people and space for 180 bags, wouldn’t mind as much but I follow the rules and only bring one bag when people in front of me have 2 bags! Too ch down was very bumpy!"
Prós: "Flight attendants were very helpful, especially because we were traveling with a sick child. They let us disembark first when we landed in London to seek medical attention."
Contras: "We only flew with this carrier because British Airways partners with them. Wouldn't have flown them otherwise."
Prós: "I've lost my job! The flight first thing in the morning should respect that we rely on them to get on time in the morning. One in 3 flights of Vueling are delayed! Ryanair is far better in this point! Today I really hate Vueling"
Contras: "I also lost the train tickets! I had to pay twice for everything. An apology is not enough, it sounds like they are laughing on us!"
Prós: "Cheap, clean, great on board crew. I arrived early for my flight and was able to change my flight to an earlier one cheaply, quickly and hassle free. Excellent customer service."
Contras: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."
Prós: "Some of her crew members were nice"
Contras: "Some other crew member were not nice. Also not allowing online check in when travelling with babies makes life difficult as we have to queue in a long queue with a bored baby"
Prós: "On time, easy check-in and smooth boarding"
Contras: "Seating has limited leg room if you are tall. Seats also quite hard, but bearable over short distances."
Prós: "On time. The price."
Contras: "All as expected."
Contras: "A tripulação demorou a chegar, e por isso o embarque atrasou. Demoramos a decolar e chegamos com atrasos"
Prós: "We boarded and left on time, there was room for my luggage in the overhead. This is a budget airline so I wasn't expecting any thrills and thats exactly what I got - a functional, almost comfortable experience."
Contras: "You can't help but stress slightly not knowing if you're going to find a spot in the overhead."
Prós: "Disposição e espaço dos assentos, atendimento e presteza dos funcionários."
Contras: "Faltou a oferta de água"
