In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."

The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. He didn't want me to recline my seat because he wanted to cross his legs... I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."

Do you know what it's like to have an unwanted man's private area in your face for several minutes while he holds a conversation, though you ask him to move, but he continues? It's disrespectful. Then when boarding, they opened the front and back doors, so people were coming in both ways. People in seat 7A were coming from the back to the front and people in 23C were coming from the front to the back. Literally a handful of people on this flight had consideration for others and let them pass. Others were just shoving their way through, or exhaustively waiting for someone to finally stop talking and get in their seat, so they could pass. It was a nightmare. And still, the crew did nothing."

They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. Contras: "a tripulação do avião cancelou o acesso à gate antes da hora prevista tendo arrancado, deixando mais de 6 clientes em terra. é inexplicável esta forma de actuação tendo em conta que quem paga pelo serviço deveria aprimorar e dedicar-se a prestar um bom serviço. para mim a gota de água, não volto a contratar serviços a esta companhia."
Contras: "O tempo de espera no aeroporto para embarcar. Cerca de 1 hora."

Contras: "Para além de estarmos dentro de umas gaiolas em pé, quase uma hora sem sequer nos dizer nada, fomos a pé debaixo de chuva até ao avião. Crianças e bebês a serem forçados a ir debaixo de chuva. Entretanto chegamos ao avião e não tivemos autorização para entrar, ficando debaixo de chuva... enfim. Depois disso, quando aterramos não tivemos autorização de sair porque o Hospedeiro de Bordô chamou a polícia para acompanhar um dos passageiros. E para variar... Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."
Contras: "Houve um atraso e não avisaram. Ficámos em pé imenso tempo para embarcar como se o voo estivesse a horas."

Prós: "I screwed up i booked the one-way tickets in reverse. Used my phone while on the Camino and did not see the mistake until after the 24 hour period. There were still seats available and they could have switched but no- they kept the fare, of course and said for and addl 500€ each we could correct our flight. Good Lord!"
Contras: "Their total inability to help and that they took our money for nothing in return. Customer service was basically that’s the rules, can’t help you out. We took Renfe train instead for a fraction of what they wanted and had a great trip."

Contras: "Confusing baggage policy. You are told to take your bag to the gate where it will be taken and put in the hold. It is not made clear that this bag must go through security with you and therefore cannot contain liquids. We had to jettison a lot of toiletries. When we got to the gate we were allowed to take the bags on anyway. What is the point of this?"
Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."

Contras: "What was the most annoying part of the whole experience was the fact that they were other passangers on there school trip. Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."
