Prós: "No delays."
Contras: "The entertainment monitors were SUPER laggy with response. Image quality wasn't great."

Contras: "Traveled business class and the big perk was nobody in the middle seat. My seat was same size and uncomfortable as economy seats. The seating chart when I chose seats showed only 2 seats on each side. However there were 3 regular seats on each side, just like economy. Not a nice surprise."

Prós: "Overall good experience just smaller plane so seating not as comfy as on larger planes and quality of food typical airline food. All staff were helpful and courteous and flight smooth and easy"

Prós: "Bag drop in Hamburg for flight to Frankfurt and then connecting to San Francisco was the quickest I have ever experienced. I think the check in app captures all the info needed so well that when you drop your bag, my passport was checked and that was it. Done in 3 minutes. Flight is only 80 minutes and drink and snack offered."

Contras: "We were a little late with boarding. I prefer Lufthansa for travel, but I can think of a ton more, easy to serve, more healthy and delicious menu items. The food smells good, usually, but it isn't that great. The chicken I had was fine, but the side dish (sweet potatoes) wasn't good. The salad had too much radicchio, the soft cheese was too rubbery to cut (spilled my water doing so), the cake wasn't up to German reputation. Also, one flight attendant, got her own suitcase down, at least 5 times, stretching directly above me, with her jacket in my face and never apologizing. My seat wouldn't recline, nor could other peoples. This is why I paid to choose my seat, so I could sleep, more easily but I sat upright the whole time."

Contras: "Cancelled flight."

Contras: "My seat did not recline, the seatback was dirty, the seats were very thin, and I could feel every movement from the person behind me. There was no in-flight entertainment, no USB ports or outlets."

Contras: "A flight attendant from Bucharest to Frankfurt kept bumping her behind in my shoulder. Before this she was not helpful when I asked her where to put my bag. She shoukd not work with people if she does not like them. Otherwise, everything was great: food, space, movies."

Contras: "incoming flight was delayed by 1 hour, ensuring that we missed our connecting flight from FRA to BOS. Lufthansa staff could have already booked me on a next flight instead of having me go to a service desk and NOT being able to get me on a flight - I had to make my own arrangements while calling the Lufthansa help line.... Not a big fan of the airline and will try to avoid as much as I can."

Prós: "Very friendly staff and good was good."
Contras: "Had to wait 35 minutes on the plane due to weather before taking off and there wasn't much care on how that would impact everyone's connecting flights."

Contras: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Prós: "Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self."

Prós: "Felt like a disorganized mess! I don’t understand how this is still in business. Water was for sale on the flight, not for free. Water!! It’s a basic amenity. Exit row was exactly the same leg space as the rest of the aircraft. So why did I pay extra?"

Contras: "The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant."

Contras: "The crew were spread thin and not particularly helpful. We were charged for drinks that are usually complimentary (water and ginger ale) and when the credit card slip needed to be signed, my partner's ginger ale was spilled. The attendants couldn't be bothered to give us more than two cocktail napkins to clean up an entire can-worth, and did not offer to replace the drink. I had to dig into my bag to try and find napkins because there was soda covering the tray as well as all over the seat and his lap. I've always had positive experiences on BA flights, but sorry to say this one was sub-par."

But the worst was in the am (this was the Chicago to London flight) there was nothing offered before landing. My experience is that there is usually tea/coffee/a light snack. But not even water was offered. I have told this to a number of people to get their opinion. Everyone is surprised. On the flight from London to Lisbon, nothing but tap water was free."

Contras: "Went through vayama, for this booking. Arrived for a 1:45 pm flight, which I had paperwork for. Jay Informed me, that a flight change to an am flight was emailed to me in December! No follow up email....say a week before?! Like all the other booking sites I use. Spent another night, in Ediinburgh, plus much money for new tickets. Two airport layovers. Will never go through this site again, rate it poorly and not recommend. Thanks, Vickie Varney"

Prós: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Contras: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Contras: "crew told my husband the flight was too full and asked if he would leave it with her and he would get it after the flight. She ended up checking it and told him he had to get it in baggage claim. This flight was already 1.5 hours delayed and we had a connecting flight from London to US that left in 30 minutes. We were not able to go to baggage claim to get the luggage. We then found out she never tagged it and they had no way of linking it with him."

Contras: "My Entertainment device was broken"

Prós: "Cabin crew were great -- personality and lots of fun. Plane seemed relatively new too."
Contras: "BA service is basically Ryanair now, but more expensive."

Contras: "The boarding gate was not posted until 25 min before plane was scheduled to depart, the departure was 20 min late, Customs at Lisbon took 1.5 hours for a simple stamp on my American passport. The aircraft was packed full, not even water was offered without charge, the service even at that was barely fast enough to make one pass of the passengers before landing, the aisles were continually blocked with service carts selling so how are you supposed to make a bathroom break?"

Contras: "We were asked to check in our luggage as there was not sufficient space in the cabin which obviously delayed our plans of getting a train to other location from the airport after lading as we had to collect the bags etc"
