Contras: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Prós: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Contras: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Contras: "Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line."

Contras: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Prós: "The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off."
Contras: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Prós: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Contras: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Prós: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Contras: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Contras: "Air France offered no help rebooking missed connection at JFK due to delay of more than 2 hours in arrival."

Contras: "Although the flight is actually good, my overall experience is still poor due to the boarding crew at the gates. If anything I want to make an official complaint on how poor the services were towards other passengers and us. I will do this in the week."

What's bad is they knew it many hours in advance but they still made passengers check in and go through security only to wait in a departures area without enough seats, meagre food offerings, and poor air conditioning service."

Contras: "Terrible customer service. Staff is very poorly trained and just lacking in every regard, from those attending to baggage check to those supposedly assisting with customer service. The airline takes no responsibility for the actions of their employees and leaves everything at the expense of the customer, even when the airline / it’s poorly trained employees are to blame. They left me stranded in a foreign country overnight with no accommodations and just complete and utter disregard for what had actually occurred. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any airline, ever. Beware. Their rules for checked baggage are ridiculous. Nothing is worth the money. I spent less on a 4-star hotel the night I was stranded than the airline charged me to check my bag. I initially paid $107 online to check my bag which was insane enough as is, but despite the fact that I had already purchased the extra large checked-bag option, I was charged an additional €80 at the airport since there was apparently no record of me purchasing the XL bag option (except for on my flight invoice as well as on my bank statement, of course). As a result, after seeking assistance from multiple employees—each of whom couldn’t have cared less—and paying the additional fee, I missed my flight (which was a CONNECTING FLIGHT) because they finished boarding early / closed the gates early. Their lovely cutomer service then proceeded to tell me (as I embarrassingly wept and sobbed), that I must purchase a new flight ticket, before also happening to mention that seeing as though it was almost 12pm, they were doing me a favor by waiting for my decision since I was delaying them from leaving work, as it was the end of their shift. All in all, because I missed my connecting flight, I then missed another flight, as well as a train I previously booked. I not only had to purchase a new flight, but also a hotel room, a taxi to the hotel since the airport hotel was fully booked, a taxi back to the airport from the hotel, and another train ticket, in addition to the obvious necessities such as food and water. All without even an apology from the airline. To make matters worse, once I was finally on the newly booked flight, I was not offered a single refreshment. No food, no beverages, and in fact, was actually ignored by the flight crew as they served everyone around me. EasyJet turned my long 16-hour journey into an exhausting and overall miserable 72+ hour journey due to their complete insolence. Never again......"

Contras: "Flight 1.5 hour delay"

Contras: "We were stopped and told that we had to repackage because my small shoulder bag and my wife's purse were too large and constituted more than one carry-on. We repacked as best we could, considering our suitcases were full already. Not good enough! We were charged sone 70 euros extra. As our bonding proceeded we saw more than several people with larger backpacks and purses than we originally had. Never again for easyjet!"

Contras: "Too tightly packed. The legroom is disappearing."

Prós: "I liked the way I was treated when i went to drop my luggage."
Contras: "I think that when the customers buy ticket they expect to have meal included. At least I've felt that way. I hope you to improve this service."

Prós: "The plane departed and arrived on time. The onborad crew was fine as well."
Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

Prós: "It was obvious that we had a excellent pilot ( captain) from very nice take off to a very present landing and well on time. Well done Easy Jet. I will definitely book with you again."
Contras: "Very unpleasant person sitting next to us however that was not Easy Jets fault."

Prós: "Glad that there are so many options on EasyJet"
Contras: "Staff at checkin desk in ZRH are a bit abrupt with customers"

Prós: "Uma equipa excepcional, simpáticos e muito eficientes."

Prós: "Forget the flight, think where you’re heading!! Old Lisbon, Chiado, is well worth a visit. Almost seems like time stopped with all the architecture. People are friendly and not too pushy while selling you intems. Well worth a visit as a city break. B&B €25 for two per night!!"
Contras: "What would you expect from a great name? Still have to be disappointed! But while in Lisbon learn some words in Portuguese. They’re essential. If they see that that you’re making an effort, they’ll appreciate it more. Speak in foreign and straight away your price rises!"

Prós: "The speed of boarding"
Contras: "Other passengers that kept trying to bring more than one item on board"

Contras: "They didnt give me to carry laptop bag too. Only one hand carry include."

Prós: "We are from the US and haven’t traveled on easyJet before. Since it was new, and we are in our 60’s, it did take a little work getting all set up on the app to get boarding passes. Not much different from the airlines in the states I’d say."
Contras: "Was a bit surprised about the limited size of the carryon. One just barely missed fitting in to the box that checks the size. When we got on the plane, it would have easily fit. Not so happy about having to spend another 45 euros for the bag. But on a positive note, I did get a text that the bags was going to be on Belt 3 which was nice. And it was in English too."

Prós: "Our flight was delayed by about an hour but the pilot put the foot down and shaved 40 minutes off the journey! A nice new plane, nice crew and I'm sure the food would have been good if we had tried it. A very good value flight."

Contras: "It was charged me 60 euros for a small bag with laptop. Next time i am using other company."

Prós: "Once I got to the plane, everything was fine. The crew did their best to accommodate everyone. ."
Contras: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"

Prós: "NOTHING!!!!!"
Contras: "They charge 47Euros for Hand Luggage if you don't pay for it when you check in. You are only entitled to one personal item (your purse or small bagpack). Read their website carefully before booking. They charge you for everything- even a cup of water. I booked travel for someone who needed assistance, but the lady at check in counter was too busy scolding me about all their rules, that she never got wheelchair for us. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I don't recommend this airline for folks traveling from the USA with lots of luggage. This works well for Europeans making short weekend trips that are less than 1hr to destination. There are better, friendlier airlines on the market."
