Prós: We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible
Contras: Transavia should have more capacity to hold customers requests. The representative from Transavia at airport provide absolutely no help. Just told us to WhatsApp Transavia. If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel.
Contras: No one in orly is here to communicate with passengers. Neither airline ground personnel nor airport staff
Prós: Staff in the plane and food options
Contras: The major slowness and inefficiency to board and the major delays. Trapped in te plane when they would clearly know that the destination airport would not receive the plane late because of the airport space limitations.
Prós: EAsy boarding, staff, comfort, cleanliness, everything.

Contras: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.

Contras: Boarding seemed a bit unorganized and the crew from Instanbul to Zurich spoke very little English.
Prós: Brussels Airlines is the the step-child of Lufthansa basically. But on the transatlantic flights they do a very good job.

Contras: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!
Contras: Wasn’t given a blanket
Contras: It was very cold inside the airplane. I have to ask multiple times for blanket.
Prós: Seats were fairly comfortable with decent leg room.
Contras: My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it.
Prós: The crew were very friendly and attentive, there was a delay to boarding and departure but they were very apologetic about it. Service was attentive on the plane and bags promptly delivered at the baggage carousel.
Contras: I upgraded at the airport to Executive class, which is really a bit of a scam to be honest. It’s just the first two rows of the plane and the middle seat kept free... the seats were no different to economy. Not worth the 109€ upgrade fee.
Prós: Mechanical delays leaving London, missed flight connection to New York, now TAP wants to charge me for rescheduling!

Contras: Could not check in online or get seat reservations in advance (other flights for journey allowed us to choose seats when we booked flights). This meant we were sitting separately and groundstaff suggested we were on standby, which we definitely weren't! Very irritating and unnecessary.

Contras: At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane.

Contras: Allow 1 hand luggage and 1 personal item like most airlines. They made us combine into 1 before boarding which makes no sense because most people just separated them after boarding. London Gatwick is a horrible airport. Nothing the airline can do about that. Poor signage and no one to guide you.

Prós: When the plane is not crowded there are no lines to the bathroom, the crew is more relaxed. It is overall more human.
Contras: The crew in prague airport ( NOT Elal crew members ) were horrible ! They made people pay for carry ons- even though it was under 8 KG , and the size was the correct size...
Contras: This was an old plane-food was beyond horrible-seats we’re hard as rock-no seat space-El Al should be ashamed of putting a plane like this in service- a sign of pure greed!! I fly monthly and will pay more to fly anyone else!!!!
Prós: I had a good experience purchasing my El Al ticket through Kayak. I was able to select my seat--exit row seats at no extra cost! (although the ticket was admittedly expensive). El Al itself was fine. Service was fine. Food was fine for airplane food. (The bread was actually good, much better than the food on America airlines in general). El Al is known for their tight security and we certainly experienced that. However, I found myself NOT annoyed by it. Because I and my traveling partner were not Jewish or Israeli, we were singled out and interrogated with extra questions. This doesn't sound good but it meant we didn't have to wait in the regular line and kind of got the VIP treatment. We were treated very nicely. Someone went out of their way to get us a seat while we waited for them to inspect the dust particle samples on our wallet and shoes. TSA makes my blood boil but the security through El Al was somehow a pleasant experience. Overall, I was satisfied.
Contras: The seats were a little narrow. Unlike other reviewers, I did not find the crew particularly friendly.
Contras: Couldn’t check bags until 2 hours before flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late. Cost to check bags was high, over 30 euros.
Contras: We ordered the assistance for transfer at the check-in. However the request was not sent to CDG airport. We got seats for the flight to San Francisco in two different raws and the Czech Airline representative refused to give us two near-by seats. Even water in the plane was offered for money.

Prós: Everything was more or less good except hand luggage which nowhere to place because there were to many things already placed. Some of suitcases didn't look like hand luggage because there were really big ones.
Contras: I don't like if I have to keep my hand luggage under the seat because there is no room for feet. This happened because there was no place above my seat. Why so? Do you allow people to take more than allowed by rules? I had flights to Paris and back and all two flights were with the same issue
Contras: COnnected from an international flight coming from philly. Due to customs we made it to our plane 30 Minutes before departure (8:52 for a 9:30 departure we were at the gate looking at our plane). Half the reason we were delayed is because not only did we have to pick up our bags and clear customs but we then had to recheck them, not a problem except for the fact that NO BODY WAS AT THE TICKET COUNTER. So Frankfurt airport was gracious enough to let us back through customs with our checked bags (after collecting them in baggage claim). When we showed up they wouldn't let us on the plane and charged us 350 dollar rebooking fee to leave the next day at 3 pm. it only gets worse as no one helped us to rebook, we had to call a number then then had us write an email to the company. I am still beside my self on how terrible of an experience this was as we had to do all of this calling from the Frankfurt airport because no one would help us in person (using skype).
Prós: Plane was not full, so I had more room. My baggage made it on the plane despite the very short transfer time. I made it.
Contras: Plane was old and somewhat worn. Rows very close together. Minimal food offering with no choices.

Contras: Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not...

Contras: Not accusing the customer of not having a priority booking when they do, not having an hour long wait, and not accusing the customer of having a bag too big when it wasn’t.
Prós: I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!
Contras: That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information.

Prós: The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars...
Contras: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!
