Don't sell people's bought and payed for tickets without warning. Don't reassign bought window seats to MIDLE SEATS. Is it too much to ask to just keep your transportation conditions for someone who bought a 14 hours flight across the world? A reservation I made EIGHT MONTHS AGO? I never filed a complaint in my entire life. I'm 43. This is the time.

After a severe delay taking off form Lisbon to Heathrow (to catch my other BA flight to Tokyo - Ba0005, 19/11/2022, boarding 10:45, departing 11:45) I had just enough time to get to the gates withot rushing too much. But... Was refused entry through security because my seat in the plane HAD BEEN SOLD AGAIN! It was surreal. I had to find a BA asistant, explain what was happening, First delicately, than forcefully demanding to board, LOST nearly TWENTY MINUTES and without even the simplest of apologies I was handed another ticket with a DIFFERENT SEAT THAN THE ONE I HAD PAYED FOR and wished with blank face: "good luck" getting to the gate! I had 10 minutes EXACTLY to RUN through LHR IN PEAK TIME, WITH HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN FRONT OF MY IN THE SECURITY, LINE BEFORE MY BORDING CLOSED. Only due to the extreme kindness and professionalism of all security personnel who rushed me through endless lines and barriers, I was able to bord. Last man in. British Arways nearly ruined my trip, and not even an apology. Disgraceful. Seat didn't have the window I had bought, and so I could sleep for the entire 13 and a half hours flight. Got to Tokyo, right, but still haven't recovered. I amdue to fly again in 12 days' time. I'm waiting for BA to make another compete pig's breakfast of this next flight...

O Web check-in nao estava funcionando e tive de chegar mais cedo para fazer no balcao e informaram que mudaram os procedimentos. No site informava que o voo atrasaria 30min. No balcao informou q estava normal e no final atrasou mais de 30 min

Departure was delayed 1.5 hours making connection at Heathrow (to SFO) extremely tight and stressful. BA provided no information at the airport about the schedule change -- not even at the gate. Only source of information was the BA mobile app which was only marginally helpful.

O voo British foi otimo em todos aspectos, principalmente qualidade da aeronave, limpeza, cordialidade da equipe, e pontualidade. Acho que somente o lanche poderia ser maior e repetir as bebidas. !

Flight was on time!

We bought economy tickets, still over $900 each. As a customer you aren’t treated very well by a few of the AA staff. My wife and I were unable to sit together. We weren’t able to load connecting tickets to either of our phones. We then had to go to a AA desk to get them and then get back in line to connect. We’ve had some good experiences with AA in the past. This was not one of them.

You are making plans you cannot execute or, have no intention on executing. EVERY flight was delayed by more than an hour. First flight took off 99 minutes late. I RAN through global entry, didn’t have any checked bags, ran to make my connection and? Connection was delayed by an hour and a half and the people at the gate were aggressively rude. I’ve flown American on and off for 35 years.NEVER AGAIN.

Very confusing!! Making the reservation through Kayak, I ended up with a very confusing itinerary. On my out-going flights I was given three different carriers/airlines - AA, Iberia and FinnAir, and I received email confirmations from two. It wasn’t until I went through the Chat (obviously talking to bots for some, maybe all of it!) that I was able to figure it out. The return was just as confusing. Again, was assigned two carriers - AA and BA. I was actually told BA, was my carrier. So I stood in line for 30 minutes to check it and then was told it was AA. So another 40 minutes in the AA line made me late to get to my flight. Kinda ridiculous!

Delayed by BA pilot error (aborted landing) then missed connection and BA gave us the run around about finding another flight for hours. Airport staff at LHR telling us to get online or call and online staff and phone staff telling us to talk to airport staff. Ridiculously inept service. Everyone just wanted to tell us to talk to someone else.

The seats are unfortunately not the most comfortable

Movie listing not good. Food ok, not good for growing people, good if you need to control your food intake; nutritious but not enough… okay food The pressure to my ears is too much, that was my first time to experience like that… I’ve been flying every year , that’s the worst kind of ear pressure I ever experienced…. I even chew gums on the flight and at home…. I’m not 24 hours at home I still have it in my both ears, the tendency when you talk is loud and high pitch… my husband understands me.

All was good for the most part. The music selection was real poor. I tried to listen to country and the songs were like from a playlist and not current but new singers. The selection was VERY limited. The movies were limited too.

BA finally had an efficient boarding process regarding COVID testing documents etc. They checked these docs during baggage drop and check-in (yay!) and then made sure baggage was placed on the same airplane as the owner (yay again!) the flight staff was friendly and helpful as usual and the flight was basically on time this go-round (another yay!)

I transited through LHR on my way to and from Lisbon Portugal (Oct 27 & Nov 6). There were several challenges to add files and complete the Passenger Locator Form at home/hotel and at the airport counters. This presented further challenges to those without smart phones, charged devices or unable to access the internet. This was neither a user-friendly nor an intuitive process. Please consider sharing data with the airline(s) to facilitate this process and further simply the process for those in transit. Check in took almost 1.5 hours and a near-missed flight.

Better communication about boarding delays and gate assignment.

BA rescheduled the flight twice & then cancelled it altogether with no rebooking options.

Flight was canceled and no one notified us. We have to spend 3 hours to get a new flight. Nightmare

A empresa perdeu minha bagagem no aeroporto de Madri e levou mais de 2 horas para encontrar e me devolver. Perdi o transfer que havia contratado e um tempo do de descanso, além do estresse de não saber se conseguiria minha bagagem de volta.

Very ordinary experience. I suppose I should be grateful that I was flying to Barcelona and back to Boston for the price that I did. No food included during the 8 hour flight from Barcelona to Boston. What? Not even a snack? And that makes even less sense when you take into account that food was included during the flight from Boston to Madrid. Everything else was ‘meh’. Will be trying to avoid this airlines if I can. But sometimes the price trumps everything else.

Já fiz uma avaliação e ao enviar pediram pra fazer de novo. Lá vai. Vou copiar dessa vez. No voo de Mahakesh pra São Paulo a tribulação e especialmente o 👩‍✈️ piloto foi muito boa e educada . Mas na de São Paulo para Mahakesh pareciam mulheres todas com tpm, muito grosseiras. De Mahakesh pra São Paulo a minha tela não funcionava pra nada. Nem para instruções da tripulação, nem para filme. Não foi legal. Me incomodou tbm a mesquinhez na hora de servir sucos e cafés - só um pouquinho em cada xícara. Não é por seguranças porque dava para observar como serviam na Business Class. Parecia uma coisa muito relacionava . Nunca passei tanta sede em avião . Enfim, foi a passagem mais barata que encontrei, mas na dúvida se o aborrecimento compensou .

Minha tela de vídeo não funcionava nem pra as instruções da tribulação , imagine para filmes. Me incomoda muito a mesquinhez na hora de servir - sucos e café são servidos só a metade da xícara. Ficam mal humorados se pedimos água junto com a bebida escolhida Essa tripulação específica de Mahakesh pra São Paulo foi muito gentil, muito boa . A tripulação de São Paulo para Mahakesh foi um horror. Pareciam todas com TPM. Foi a passagem mais barata, mas me deu arrependimento de ter ido por essa companhia .

I flew round trip on “Iberia”. 4 flights and I never took an Iberia plane. They put us on a budget airline transatlantic.

The crew was the most friendly ever! Just made no sense the fact that we couldn’t get the bearding pass on a timely manner due to issues with CDC site, it was caused not by the AA WORKER, she was great, but something wouldn’t work in the system and it took us over an hour till we could get our boarding passes. And makes no sense to us why we couldn’t seat together. There were plenty couples separated and we had to swap seats. It was a long flight so you’d rather sit w a partner. So if there’s anyway to allow us flying coach to pick our seats ahead of time like most airlines that would be wonderful!, this way there wouldn’t be surprises at boarding.

Small plane, but short flight. On time . Could have a bit more organize boarding process since it uses a bus but the rest was fine.

There was delays on my departure flight and return flight both due to mechanical issues. The flight crew has us fill out re-entry documents on the return trip from Portugal to US that were unnecessary since the airport has kiosk to take the information. This made the disembarking very stressful.

Delayed departure from Lisbon due to security issue but flight arrived on time in Madrid.

I think it was silly that we needed to get a new boarding pass after we showed proof of a negative covid test. I think this proof could have been done online when booking the flight. It seemed very inefficient to do at the gate for everyone.

Tudo com uma péssima aparência e sabor. A comida foi requentada várias vezes. Além disso quando se abre refeição, fica a impressão de que sacudiram o recipiente (ou abriram e fecharam mais de uma vez), pois você não consegue abrir sem ficar com a mão toda engordorada. Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."
