Como resultado, esperamos quase vinte minutos pelas malas, perdemos os três últimos shuttles para o hotel e tivemos que pagar 25 euros por um táxi para chegar às nossas acomodações."

Tentamos confirmar a informação no checkin no Galeão, para tentar resolver td com antecedência, mas a atendente disse q o voo estava confirmado. Chegando em Lisboa, soubemos pelo App que a TAP tinha nos realocado para um voo mais tarde, q durante nossas consultas de antes da compra tinha um preço inferior ao voo q compramos. Tivemos q ficar 2 horas numa fila para confirmar a informação e conseguir um voucher de alimentação de míseros €6, q não pagava nem um lanche do Mc Donalds. Tentamos acessar o lounge da TAP para, depois de tantos transtornos, aguardamos nosso novo voo com algum conforto, mas fomos impedidos pelo recepcionista, q ainda nos tratou com deboche, como se não fôssemos dignos de entrar naquele ambiente. O detalhe é que o nosso voo, assim como vários outros, havia sido cancelado por falta de tripulação! Vergonhoso. E a empresa ainda acha q te colocar no voo seguinte é um baita favor. Em próximas viagens, eu evitarei a TAP, e espero q quem tiver a oportunidade de ler essa avaliação faça o mesmo."

Prós: "Nothing. Their mistakes caused an awful experience. And a 24 hour trip from the east coast to Italy is ridiculous."
Contras: "I was livid by their unapologetic nature, their disorganization, their delays, the fact that every customer service agent said something different, the fact we had to pay for bags twice as a result of their delays. We should t have to do extra work to get reimbursed after the fact. They should not charge us right the. and there. It’s stealing. They cost us money and we didn’t get what we paid for."

Contras: "Where to start. No soap to wash your hands in the WC. Air conditioning dripping water to a seat next to us. They run out of on food option we wanted. The flight to Lisbon was delayed. The plain was dirty. One of out seats the entertainment system did not work. We alerted the crew, they did not do anything to remediate these problems. Only bad experience of the trip. Portugal deserves a better airline than this one. Last the best of all, $90 dollars per bag we checked in, so we spent $360 dollars just to carry our luggage."

Nós compramos assentos para podermos sentar na janela porém o avião mudou e tivemos de sentar no meio, mesmo tendo pagando por isso. Prós: "The staff were really friendly and the flight was as comfortable for me as a transatlantic journey in stage class can be. The food was surprisingly tasty and that Portuguese wine was offered for free made me and the passengers around me feel welcomed and well taken care of."
Contras: "My flight arrived late, apparently, as myself and people on two other connecting tap flights all deplaned after our respective boarding calls had begun. There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"

Contras: "poor quality video and sound for watching movies on long flight attendants were brusque and ignored most passengers(except the ones with special meals) we were on connecting flight with little time in between to grab water or snack - so we sat on this flight for over two hours before we got any refreshments. Some passengers got refills before we got one. Poor execution. we had to check two bags on connecting flight (which we didn't have to do before) and it cost us time and money. Also they lost the two bags - got several days after we got back from trip huge line at immigration - we waited almost two hours will not travel on TAP again"

Prós: "This is the third time I fly with TAP and they are always late. Plane seats have zero legroom. TAP staff are not friendly and seem uncaring for the most part. If possible, I will not fly that airline again."
Contras: "My TAP flight from Lisbon to Madeira island was 2 hours late arriving so I lost all of my flight connections back to Boston and San Francisco. I was stuck in Lisbon Portugal for one extra day - was told to get out of the airport, then asked a bunch of people what to do, finally got in a very long line of people within a very hectic and loud airport full of travelers. 60+ people in a line being helped by only 2 rude counter staff. I waited in TAP member services line for 2 hrs and 30 minutes. They gave me a voucher to a motel and a taxi cab where I would have to spend the night. On my way back, I was diverted form Boston to Miami and the whole ordeal was unpleasant. It seems like TAP staff doesn't care about inconveniencing passengers. I overhead a conversation between a young 30+ year old TAP male staff wearing a dark blue sweater and dark blue pants belittling a British woman passenger. While waiting in line I was surprised to see how rude the counter TAP staff were to passengers who were frustrated that they lost their flight connections because of the TAP plane's late arrival. IF possible, I would never fly TAP again."

Contras: "After paying €30 for a 20kg checked bag ahead of time, we waited for 20 minutes to get our bag weighed and checked. when it was our turn in line, the steward simply left and we eventually went to another line, where they said there was no bag on the reservation, even after I showed her my online receipt. She was very rude and clearly didn't want to deal with us. We stood for another 20 minutes in a different line only to be told that the bag was clearly on our reservation. We finally got the bag checked after yet another wait. We waited about 25 minutes in line to board for the plane and had to gate check our carry ons. No water served on the flight, and instead the flight attendants were aggressively trying to sell perfume."

Contras: "I've had three flights with Ryan Air this week and every one has been so unorganized and stressful. The boarding process is slow, and a lot of getting in line and standing for long periods of time. Even with open seats they don't boom groups together (when they book at same time). I assume to get more money to switch but this just leads to masses of people trying to swap seatings during boarding. The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."

Contras: "We had changes to pretty much every leg of our flights. One was delayed by 2.5 hours. I understand that flights get delayed but they hardly gave us any information as to what was going on. The flight was pretty smooth but the flight attendants didn't seem interested in our comfort. They weren't rude but they weren't pleasant either. I guess I'm used to a different style of service that I did not receive on Azores."

Contras: "Could not pick seats when buying tickets through website. Had to call airline separately, which we did. However, actual tickets that we received at airport were for different seats. Happened to another couple on our flight as well."

Contras: "There were 2 other couples in the situation described above. We waited in line and got to the agent first, but upon realizing he had more than one couple in our situation, he agreed to help us all as a group. He gave us our tickets for the new flights one by one. When we got onto the aircraft we realized that we were in the far rear of the plane and the two couples (4 tickets) BEHIND us in the original line were given tickets in the business class portion of the plane, all the way in front. We were seated between two screaming babies and their parents, cramped in an aisle and middle seat. When I originally booked the reservation, I had paid extra money for the seats we preferred. Our new flight gave us the worst seats on the plane while giving the couples behind us in line the best."

Contras: "Business class isn’t super posh but still good"

Prós: "Crew were very pleasant. Seats are reasonably comfortable, with decent legroom."
Contras: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. They called us all, and then we had to wait about 15 minutes, with everyone standing. They don't call by row number, so it's a free for all. Food was so-so. Dinner was fish, which was dry and had no sauce. The cake was also dry, unlike the delicious brownie we had on the flight to the Azores. (But that flight was delayed 6 hours!) I don't want to watch entertainment on my tiny phone. I wish they had seatback screens as other Trans-Atlantic flights do."

Prós: "Pontualidade. Tripulação"
Contras: "Assento avariado"

Prós: "The staff were nice, I was sitting in a bulkhead seat so that was nice to have extra room."
Contras: "There was no entertainment (broken) and the meal was not the greatest."

Prós: "nothing"
Contras: "5 hrs delay and missed all connecting flights. Airline initially rescheduled flight 2 days later. Called Kayak and got no support. Kayak agent told us to keep pushing the airline. After 2 hrs of "working" with the airline, we were able to fly into Madrid the following day. Had to spend extra money for hotel room and car rental in Madrid because our final destination was Sevilla. Will never work with Azores or Kayak again. BTW, did we mention that while "working" with Azores to reschedule flight, we were booked to fly into an island off of Africa. Luckily, we followed up online with the changed itinerary."

Prós: "Nothing, the poorest of the poor and N empathy whatsoever"
Contras: "They canceled my flight because of too few passengers and than rushed all the passengers on an earlier flight. I was driving from Philly and of course couldn't make the flight that was bumped up three hour early. Than they have the balls to accuse me of being late and thus a no show. I have many witnesses that prove I was there on time. But no reschedule for me unless I pay a 1000 usd. I will sue these bastards with a passion. To an extend they have never seen. Not only a refund but loss of business as well"

Prós: "I liked that they served a meal, was definitely more spacious seating and leg space, the crew was very helpful."
Contras: "I didn't like that when we arrived in Azores we were quarinitined to a space that could only be entered or left by passing Through security. So there were no bathrooms in the waiting area. I was randomly patted down along with a very small child and around half the other passengers. All they offered was water in the waiting machine. After all the waiting, we reboarded the same plane. They did not explain well what was going on."

Contras: "Delayed 4 hrs; boarding agent couldn't give any details (meanwhile me kids are screaming); seats were narrow and I couldn't lift the armrest up out of the way. Food was terrible. No entertainment visible from our seats and the headphones didn't work. Flight from BOS was much of the same. NEVER FLYING SATA AGAIN!"

Contras: "It was seven hours delay. What do you think about that?"

Contras: "I was scheduled to fly and was delayed for 3 days in Boston. I am still waiting to hear back to be reimbursed for the taxis/ubers that I had to take to the hotels that were provided. The hotels were 40 minutes (1st night) and 1 hour (2nd night) away. There was no one available to talk at the airport and the line was ridiculously long. I had planned a trip for 2.5 weeks exploring Portugal and Spain and missed the Portugal portion completely because I was delayed in Boston. I finally gave up waiting and bought a ticket through a different airline so I could meet my friends and not miss any more of my trip."

Prós: "Quick Easy check in, great flight and staff!"

Prós: "Excellent and efficient flight crew."
Contras: "Same meal as previous flight."

Prós: "Nothing-will never fly this airline again"
Contras: "Noghjng"

Prós: "Not much"
Contras: "Never had such an uncomfortable flight! The temperature at my seat was far too hot- I and others were sweating constantly. Also I am 6' 3" but wouldn't recommend anyone over 6' fly this airline, at least not in the normal economy seats- I've never had the experience of being unable to move my legs due to the seat in front."

Prós: "I liked the food and champagne :)"
Contras: "Didn't appreciate the fact that my flight was canceled and changed for a day later"

Prós: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours. The movie was horrible. No ones speakers worked. Serive was fine"
