Prós: "After our trip from Cape Town to Dubai with Emirates which was not that great we where pleasantly surprised when we where bumped up to business class from Dubai to Bangkok. We did not expect this. Although we did not take advantage of all the extras business class has to offer we had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was superb. The cabin crew was excellent all the time. Thank you Emirates."

Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.

No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.

Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.

As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Contras: "We didn't fly to Zurich. Instead, we flew from Berlin to Frankfurt to San Francisco to San Diego. Although the alternate airlines did a fine job and we had nice flights thanks to them, we only found out about the change when we arrived at the airport and it caused us multiple inconveniences throughout the day. Our flight from Berlin to Zurich was scheduled to board at 9am, so we left our accommodations at 6:30am so we could arrive at the airport around 7am. It was a rushed, hectic morning and we stayed up late preparing for it the best we could. When we arrived and found out our flight was canceled, we learned our new flight wouldn't board until 11am. So we rushed for no reason and had to spend a considerable amount of extra time at the airport that we could have spent enjoying coffee one last time at a local cafe or something. We planned to fly straight from Zurich to San Diego so we could participate in an interview for our Global entry application (which you can only do when arriving in the US from an international flight). Because we had a brief layover in San Francisco instead, we had no time for this and were unable to do the interview when we arrived in San Diego because it was a domestic flight. The change also caused issues with our luggage. We're not used to checking bags when we fly OR flying internationally with layovers in the US, so we asked the agent at the Swiss desk in Berlin how it would would with both of those aspects in our travel with the itinerary changes. The agent told us our luggage would follow us all the way to San Diego and we didn't have to worry about it. However, we learned once we got to San Diego that our bags were left in San Francisco because apparently we were supposed to pick them up and recheck them, but we had no idea. It was a huge bummer and we wish we would have had more control over our itinerary that day. People book certain flights for certain reasons and need to have a say when their flights need to change."

Prós: "The flight itself was very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that the first leg of the flight was delayed long enough that I almost missed my connecting flight and my baggage was lost."

Contras: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. Contras: "Entertainment system wasn’t working in my row. Food was not great, not the standard I’m used to from Swiss. Took them forever to turn on air handling after boarding, plenty of time for All the people with colds and coughing fits to infect everybody else."

Contras: "We got to Rome airport 4 hours before to not miss flight! They booked us with 45 min to connect in Zurich. Then flight from Rome kept getting delayed with no explanations. We got to Zurich with 30 minutes to go. We literally ran to get to gate E. We got no help from Swiss employees and got to our gate with 10 min before flight. They said gate was closed. Went to transfer desk, next flight was next day at 1 pm. Missed very important meeting at work that I had planned around for months. Very upset and disappointed. Felt they could have helped us a lot more and got us on our flight."

Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!

Vôo convencional sem nada de especial

Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.

Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.

Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Prós: "It was one of the best airlines in all respects. We flew economy and were treated very well. The stagg was lovely and the food plentiful and good. I will definitely fly them again. The website could be a little easier to navigate to check flight status and seat confirmation. They need to work on that. United airlines website would be a good place to start rheir study."

Contras: "There was a malfunction on the aircraft after the first taxi attempt. I understand that these things happen but there was zero communication from the captain or the crew. Because there was no power, the A/C was not operational and the cabin grew extremely hot. No water was distributed, and no attempt to communicate the situation with the passengers. The pilot power cycled the aircraft numerous times, which is normal to reset the various systems, but this made many passengers nervous. Finally the issue was resolved and we went on our merry way. In short, all crew-passenger issues could have been resolved with more communication and water. Go forth and sin not again."

Prós: "Great food! Loved that you get a menu to choose from"

Contras: "We were not asked or given the option to choose our seats on the plane."

Prós: "Great crew. Super nice to our 4 year old daughter. They were quick, extra polite and efficient. I'm usually quite picky but this leg was perfect."

Contras: "Em athenas recebi uma informação errada, na qual me disseram q eu não precisaria retirar minha bagagem em São Paulo, que iria direto pro Rio de Janeiro. Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Contras: "Worst flight I have ever been in. Horrible leg space. It was so uncomfortable."

Contras: "Why does Turkish Air boarding always have to be so chaotic - pushing and shoving, etc. Why cant TK control their business class space - people from economy always coming up for bathrooms when there are plenty in the back....."

Too many delays, first from SF to Istanbul and then the worse part no one was able to tell me from which gate my flight to TLV, I received at least 6 emails from you saying a different gate each time and we had a delay almost two hours in Istanbul. Because of all the delays I missed a few important phone conferences regarding my business. Unprofessional service! if I was running my business the same way I had no business! Not going to do this mistake again!"

Prós: "Better food and service than other airlines on which I've traveled recently. Loading passengers was disciplined and speedy. Staff very helpful. Istanbul airport is great for a long wait. If you go to a gate waiting area with no flight soon, you can stretch out and sleep. Good English-language bookstore."

Prós: "I love everything about this airline. I'm a fanboy of Turkish airlines every time. Great in cabin entertainment, great service, always awesome aircrafts."

Contras: "i had asked for an aisle seat and ended up on seat 7C which is the one that is next to the seat where the stewardess sits down. I wouldn't have minded at all but my seat and the one next to it didnt recline anywhere near as much as every other seat in the whole airplane. It was really uncomfortable for me and the person who was seating next to me. Hopefully this will be the last time i get stuck in that kind of seat."

Contras: "I was about to loose my walker which I was supposed to receive when I get from the aircraft in Istanbul but the lady at the transfer desk helped me find it. After I bought the ticket it was offered 24 hours later at very much Lowe price ( 25%less than what I paid for). I contacted the Turkish airlines but they never give me any credit or compensation."

Aeroporto de amstedam colapsou Evitar

O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...

Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.
