Prós: "The crew was very nice and professional. They sat me in the last roll on the left with 2 seats. I could not recline the seat and I had to travel sitting up right all the way from Spain to Brazil. Horrible!"

Contras: "Poorly maintained aircraft, all most everything was broken and dirty!! No inflght entertainment, screens, controls, and programs did not work! Torture on a 9 hour flight!! SEats small, tight & broken. Toilets dirty un maintained."
Prós: "I got to my destination safely."
Contras: "My plane took off 45 minutes late and no one told the passengers (in English at least) why we were leaving so late (and I still don't know). After about 20 minutes of waiting for takeoff, I pressed the button to ask a flight attendant why we were leaving so late but no one would come up to me, so I had to flag a flight attendant down when she walked by and she only stayed long enough for me to ask her when we were leaving. I also wanted to buy a snack on the plane and the same flight attendant who had answered my question before snapped at me about using a credit card when I accidentally gave her my debit card. Normally, I'm not one to complain about these types of things and this situation definitely could have been much worse, but I think it's important that any delays are communicated to passengers."

Contras: "We have to take a bust to catch the plane. It ya to drive for ages! We left about 40mins later than schedulled."
Contras: "Boarded flight and then let us sitting on the tarmac for ninety minutes with no water or air conditioning.Once flight under way no food available.DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!!!"

Prós: "The flight was half empty which was great as i had 3 seats for myself. Everything was on time and functional. The crew was polite and nice."

Contras: "The flight was cramped. For a shorter flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv Air Europa uses a state of the art Boeing 787 Dreamliner which lives up to its name. Why they don't use this aircraft for the long haul flight beats me. I'd rather be comfortable for 10 hrs and suffer for 5 instead of the other way around. Still, looking forward to the last leg home."

Prós: "Imagine that I lost my flight and I had to rebook another flight that departed from Milan - Copenhagen and from Copenhagen - Miami... I paid $1,200 to get this flight... plus I lost my flight that they didn't want me to board in... plus imagine, the €150 for my luggage that they dropped it for me by the baggage claim in Malpensa airport, after I was rejected to board the aircraft... Believe me that I am not much concern about the loss of money that happened to me in this situation, as I am more concern about IS BEING AN ARABIC MUSLIM PERSON, was the reason to lose my flight??? Really guys??? Why really??? I am not a terrorist... I love everyone and I expect people to respect me for who I am, not for where I am coming from..to keep repeating same word ( Arabo Arabo ) ???..... I just need fair judgemental... I've been flying with Air Europa many times and love the company but now I will remain in shock the rest of my life with this experience, to be discriminated in that level from different representatives of this company in Malpensa, Milan... I felt that I need to speak and seek fair judgemental... may I really get an answer?? Prós: "The staff were friendly, 1 woman went out of her way to help everyone. The plane was clean, bathrooms also, seats were roomy enough. Plane felt like it may be a newer one."
Contras: "You had to pay for all food and drink. No complimentary anything offered, even water."

Contras: "There was a delay getting into the plane and then it was still super hot in the plane. Also baggage wasn't clear in terms of buying checked in baggage."

Contras: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."
