Contras: "My daughter was booked on this itinerary and was finishing her last leg of journey. Complete ticket was booked thru Delta Airlines. Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? Contras: "We had to wait at the customs for nearly 1.5hrs, then pick up our luggage, then check in again!!! We were running and got on the plane 10 mins before the departure. Super stressful!!"

I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Not only that but she was making a personal phone call. So I had to rush to the other end and then just to find out that they didn't have enough room to put my carry on so I had to place it enbetween my legs which made for an even more uncomfortable flight. Also one of the flight attendant was particularly rude and kept saying she had to do her job in a very rude tone to the point were an older retired man told her he's worked too hard in his life time to be talked to like that. Overall the poorest plane experience I've ever had and I fly quite a bit."

On this trip we flew a total of 4 legs (with 5 boarding opportunities due to one leg being rescheduled to the next day as a result of delays) and had "mechnical delays" on 4 of the 5 boarding opportunities. We won't be flying United again."

Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!"

Contras: "I reserved seats at purchase but the air Europa app did not recognize my seat selections and we ended up being seated at random. The boarding was just line up and board there wasn't any announcing or organizing by row or otherwise. We eventually all got on and ended up at the same place, it was just chaotic."

Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

Prós: "I liked the Boeing 787"
Contras: "The service sucked. The crew speaks very weak English. The crew only comes around the cabin very few times. Not good on a 9 1/2 hour flight."

Prós: "At least this A330 had seat-back IFE unlike another A330 I've flown with AirEuropa, but the selections are very limited."
Contras: "Limited selection in the IFE."

Prós: "The Embraer is a great regional aircraft."
Contras: "There are plenty of air bridges to use at Porto airport, but AirEuropa chooses to use a stand that requires busing passengers from the terminal and back. No IFE."

Prós: "Price paid"
Contras: "Food and drink options were mediocre. Also limited entertainment options..."

Contras: "An hour to check in is unreasonable and the having to go to a separate counter to pay for a bag was a joke."

Contras: "A two-hour fog delay in London assured me that I wouldn't make my connecting flight to New York. Both the Air Europa desk attendants at the airport and the customer service agent on the phone took no action, telling me simply that they would take responsibility in Madrid, where I had a layover. Sure enough, I missed the connection, and the Air Europa staff in Madrid were even less helpful, showing practically no problem-solving ability and even less empathy. In the end, I couldn't leave Madrid until 24 hours later and had to cancel half of my weekend plans in New York, frustrating friends and family who were expecting me. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. The indifference shown by Air Europa staff was outrageous."

Contras: "Sat sweltering on tarmac with doors open. All passengers sweating"

Contras: "Delayed, both ways"

Prós: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Contras: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"

Contras: "Food was ok"

Prós: "Food is poor , pasta have not taste n the portion not enoug"

Prós: "The staff were friendly, 1 woman went out of her way to help everyone. The plane was clean, bathrooms also, seats were roomy enough. Plane felt like it may be a newer one."
Contras: "You had to pay for all food and drink. No complimentary anything offered, even water."

Prós: "The crew was friendly and one started bording it when ok."
Contras: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Contras: "Flight attendants were very rude apart from that it was a great flight"

Contras: "I had the worst experience I have ever had. Very unhappy, please contact me directly."

Contras: "The delay"

Prós: "The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat."
Contras: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Prós: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Contras: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Contras: "We were an hour late taking off after boarding"

Prós: "The crew was pleasant."
Contras: "When I flew from Boston to Madrid, both TV sets in my row were broken, no signal at all. On my return flight from Madrid to Boston, I paid extra for a window seat in the front of the plane. I was in seat 16c, there was no window and again the TV was broken!! The flight crew found me an isle seat near the rear of the plane where the TV worked."
