Prós: "Crew was very friendly. Seats were decently comfortable - appreciated blanket and pillow for long haul flight."
Contras: "Entertainment system is dated. Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled""

Contras: "Voo com atraso de 40 minutos. Não deixaram os passageiros com conceção sair primeiro. Não havia ninguém para nos acompanhar. Ninguem sabia dar informações viemos para o hotel sem bagagem porque ninguém sabia quando chegava."

Prós: "Swiss air Business is an excellent choice. I will fly this Airline again. It was extremely comfortable, service was excellent, and the flight crew made up our lost time in the air. We had a tight connection and they waited for us."

Crappy in-flight entertainment with non-intuitive controls. Poor air conditioning. I felt like I was stuffed in a cage for 7 hours. Way worse than United domestic."

Contras: "Entertainment monitor kept stopping, then going, fast forward, then fast reverse. Watched a 1 hour 10 minute movie that took 2 hours 40 minutes to view. I am over 200 cm in height, the passenger in front of me was 163 cm with seat all the way back while sitting on the edge of her seat playing games. The monitor I was watching was about 14 cm from my face. I never put my seat back, but I sure as hell will now. This flight was over seven hours, that is to long to be contorted."

Contras: "You need more time to make the connection in Zurich from domestic to international.....very rushed to do in less than one hour...."

Contras: "I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Contras: "Always when one sits in the back of the plane, they run out of one meal. The food was ok. Not sure why they serve ice cream and cheese as a snack."

Contras: "They left my bag in Switzerland"

Contras: "The boarding process is very uncomfortable as the passengers are asked to board the plane without any specific order, regardless of where they’re sitting, instead of boarding them by groups."

Contras: "The on board duty free did not have ample change, so I had to forfeit $3 in change.. On top of that they secrectly charged $10 extra on my card after my flight! I already got the ticket and paid extra luggage- what is the extra charge for?? The lady at extra luggage tried to overcharge me as well! Had to refer her to your website! I need this excess charges reversed. I demand an explanation!"

Prós: "Delay at airport was awful. Gate was not announced ahead of time. By the time it was everything ok the terminal was closed. Some people appeared to have couches while I did not. Gate was at the end of the empty terminal. Wifi pass expired and no artery was offered even though the flight was delayed. Passengers were made to leave the gate to recheck passports. My bags were searched twice and while I fully support security this was excessive"
Contras: "Provide vouchers in consistent manner. Provide wifi alternatives. Don't use an empty terminal. Offer more toilets and water fountains."

Contras: "My seat did not recline and my tv did not work"

Contras: "The seats in economy were unbearable for anyone of normal size, as I am. It is not possible to sit in even bare comfort in them. Obviously I'll have to find another airline or factor a size upgrade into the price"

Prós: "Loved my experience with Swiss airlines. Comfortable and pleasant flight."

Contras: "Not even a smile from the purser and one other crew member on the Swedish leg. The captain hurriedly "explained", no one understood him, why we were so delayed, but he did not apologize! Zurich airport has no charging sockets! (Ancient) All of terminal A has not a single one! No one supervised the loading passengers not to interfere with those passing by. It was a complete mess. We took off 50 minutes late from Zurich, with no apparent reason. Worst in years for me. We sat in the plane for 30 minutes and were not offered even water. Big fail! (btw, I am unusually so critical)."

Prós: "The food,crew and flight were flawless. Our flight scheduling had us connecting within a thirty minute period in zurich and we had to run to catch the flight. Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

I love the flight, crew and their performance. They make sure that you're comfortable and accommodate you to your every need. SWISS and Edelweiss will always be preferred by myself and I'll make sure to always recommend you to family and friends. Thank you for your outstanding and remarkable service."

Contras: "Everything. I paid a lot of money for this ticket. When I tried to check in yesterday I was denied. When I called the ticketing office, they explained that everything was fine with the ticket, and I would indeed have a seat, but I would have to go to the airport. I even asked them about the possibility of overbooking but they said that wasn't a risk. (I am Star Gold so I didn't think that was possible.) When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

Contras: "I can't believe there were no benches to sit at the Ataturk Airport, embarrassing."

Prós: "Great entertainment, crew, food, and organization. This was my first flight on Turkish Airlines and I would definitely fly this airline again."
Contras: "Clearing security was a nightmare. So many layers and lines to stay in, and the area wasn't air conditioned. Unfortunately, a handful of the passengers got "ripe" before the 10 hour flight to Chicago. Ugh."

Contras: "When we arrived walking to the shuttle the crew had thrown our play pen n stroller out on the walkway. They didnt take it inside with our luggage.It was checked in with all the suitcases! So luckly my son recognized it as we were walking by. Very disapointed if he hadnt noticed it we would of been out of luck. No baby bed or stroller! Why dont they take it with the luggage OR at least let you know they dont transfer them for you! Not happy"

Prós: "I know it wasn't Turkish Airlines fault, but I booked through Kayak who went through Web jet for the tickets. Webjet cancelled our tickets and never notified me. They never contacted me back, and I almost had to book another ticket."

Prós: "Like my trip to Istanbul, I had no complaints. It was easy to make my transition to this flight and boarding was fine and once again the crew were friendly and welcoming. The short 2 1/2 hour flight went well."

Contras: "The international transfer line in Istanbul was an absolute nightmare. I had to jump to the front of the line or I would have missed my connection despite having a 90 minute window of time to make it through. It seems this airport lacks the capacity needed to get people through efficiently based on the numbers of travelers using it."

Contras: "I didn't like the food, crew. Most crews didn't SMILE, din't greet properly. It is very disappointing. Why they don't Smile? During my trip to Atl to Istambul I asked one crew to give me some water. But she didn't give me. After then I asked another crew. It made me very upset. I am not satisfied about food. It is not standard. It needs to be improved. Train your crews how to SMILE and Greet."

Contras: "The foot rest in economy class is really uncomfortable for people over 5'10'' in height as it means we have less legroom, even if it is folded up, and can be uncomfortable to press against. Food is too much the same across all Turkish Airlines flights. I took 6 flights with Turkish Airlines in 1 week and got cheese sandwiches in every flight!"

Prós: "Nothing, other than the relief after it was over"
Contras: "I was moved 5 times on the plane, each time to accommodate a Muslim woman wanting to sit with female friends. After being pushed to the back, 10 minutes into the flight they moved one of the Muslim woman with crying baby, non stop crying from the check in until landing, to the back across from me. Same woman made me move to sit with friends. Staff had no ear plugs."

Prós: "Very bad experience i have to think twice before I book airfare now !!"
Contras: "They need to have emergency back up plans for the passengers who is stuck in the airport it must be international law!"

Prós: "The entertainment choices were quite good. Flights arrived more or less on time."
Contras: "Our departure flight (BOS-IST) was changed 6 weeks after our booking, so our 2.5-hour layover became 10 hours. This happened before in my past experience with Turkish Airlines. There were many babies and small kids, so the noise level was high. Not ideal if you want to get some sleep on the flight."

Prós: "At Lisboa airport, I was checked in by Antonio. Most helpful checkin guy I've ever spoken to in my years of traveling. The food is always impressive (for airline food) and they give you a lot to drink. The last time I flew, there was an Autistic passenger throwing a fit and no one seemed to do anything. This time, a person was really upset with his companion on the flight and began screaming. The attendants helped calm him down and fixed the situation quickly. I guess last time they must've just let it happen because of the disability so there's not much they can do in that situation."
Contras: "Not a big ran of the Turkish Airport. Everything is pretty cheap for an airport though if you bring Turkish Lira. They tend to round the price up a bit if you pay in USD or Euro."

Prós: "Good food, very helpful crew, lots of entertainment, chargers, etc. Overall very good experience for the price, and I will definitely fly with them again in the future."
Contras: "Rows of seats on A330 were very close together. It was barely OK for me, at 5'4" but would be very rough for anybody much taller."

My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

Contras: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Contras: "Crowded seating, 20-year old video system, headphones that did not match the two-jack system, lackluster service in flight. Generally my experience with KLM has been good, but this was well below average."

Prós: "I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

Contras: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Contras: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"

Prós: "Being able to have my meal at the airport before my flight so that I could sleep in comfort."

Prós: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Contras: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Prós: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Prós: "Nothing. I was 2 hours early for the flight - it was over sold. They never apologized, they just told me "I didn't have a seat" like it was some how my fault... then sent me to the airport hotel and put me on the next days flight. I realize it wasn't the people at the desks fault and nobody was doing this TO me, but it was just stupid it happened at all. I don't get how they can just screw a whole day for a group of people and not even say "sorry.""
Contras: "They over sold the flight. Eight of us had tickets - I bought mine over a month ago - and they just sold too many seats or had too small of a plane or something. I've NEVER had this happen in 6 years of traveling continually. It's on my short list now of airlines that really just don't care."

Truly awful experience. I have no idea if I will have seat on return flight."

My friend and I were the only two Western people on the plane and forced to sit in the last row of the plane next to the toilets. Passengers were rude and pushed us during boarding, on the bus, and when leaving the plane. It was disgusting."

Prós: "I liked the interaction of the cabin crew with the passengers. They were helpful and responsive."
Contras: "I was disappointed with the limited entertainment options on board. Also, the boarding was a bit hectic because of the congestion at the airport but I reckon that is not the fault of the airlines."

I was also sitting under the overhead that had blankets and they kept waking me up through out the flight when trying to get a blanket. I wanted to perches a watch that no all the flights had and when they did I couldn't ad ou don't take Credit Card. Flying from Israel to South Africa all I had was Shekel and Rands. How was I to know that I needed to carry Dollars On me."

Contras: "Lack of customer service. Due to the delay in Washington, we missed our connecting flight. Though the EA personnel knew of our delay and missed flight, we still had to wait in line at the counter for 3 hours in order for them to put us up in a hotel and make other arrangements. Though they had 15 hours to do this for us, they did not. They served some customers and did not serve others. There was no communication whatsoever, they just handed us papers without explaining what was happening."
