Prós: "Good crew, fair choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine."
Contras: "A couple on our flight decided it was OK to have their 4-year old run around the cabin shrieking and causing a lot of fuss. Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Prós: "If you are flying Turkish from the US or from Istanbul to the US or other far away destination, for the love of God, do not fly on the B777-300. Did that twice from Chicago to Istanbul and back, and the seats in economy are a real killer....very tight and uncomfortable. On the other hand, if you have a choice of Turkish aircrafts b777 vs AB330-300, you will do yourself a favor by selecting a flight on an AB330-300. Slighter smaller plane then the 777 but a little more comfortable in coach. So you are warned......and by the way, you will select a two seater combination rather than being stuck in the middle.....If you are stuck in the middle, always do your best to get at least an isle seat."
Contras: "Turkish Airbus 330-300 Loved a little more leg room in economy. Also the FA very really on their feet and eager to help. Always with a smile on their faces. I would recomand flying Turkish overseas but only on an AB 330-300 coach configuration."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."
Prós: "The crew were lovely and welcoming. We was given snacks and drinks on the flight which was great. Take off was a bit delayed but boarding was smooth. Couldn't complain about the comfort as was only just over an hours flight."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."
Prós: "Offering a drink on such a short flight is appreciated albeit unusual these days. Crew was very professional and friendly."

Contras: "Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience."

Contras: "Premium economy seats do not recline, only slouch. One of our 2 seats wouldn't slouch more than half way. The entertainment options are extremely sparse and the screens are 4:3 ratio, tiny, and of such poor quality that they look like laptop monitors from 1999."

Prós: "Personal treatment I have received as I was with a 7 months baby. An agent helps me to carry my hand luggages up to the plane entrance and to pass in priority"
Contras: "2 hours delayed..."
Contras: "Business Passngers have to wait in the same bus to board the flight what is the point then...."
Prós: "Being able to have my meal at the airport before my flight so that I could sleep in comfort."
Prós: "Staff was responsive, effective and pleasant; Nice selection of digestifs too. Food was decent and, in airline level, even good."
Contras: "The audio system is outdated with unreliable touch-screen that makes it frustrating to navigate."
Prós: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Contras: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Prós: "Friendly crew and exit row had nice legroom."
Contras: "Ran out of the (already not sufficient) salty crackers and, as the flight had been delayed, we had a one packet of cracker 'lunch' at noon... the flight really should have had a sandwich or at least something slightly more substantial."
Prós: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
Contras: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."
Prós: "Standard stuff"
Prós: "The boarding process was smooth and the crew friendly. Flight ran on time."
Contras: "Unloading the baggage took over 90 minutes, and there was no explanation for the delay and nobody from Air France in sight on the ground in Boston."
Prós: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."
Prós: "Good entertainment selection, and staff all very friendly. Food was pretty mediocre - main course was nice but the breakfast especially left a lot to be desired."
Contras: "The flight arrived late with no clear explanation as to why. Then there was no EU queue at immigration, so more time wasted."

Contras: "Seat configuration as a first class ticket was awful. Same configuration as economy class but by leaving the middle seat empty constituted first class. I'm 6'-1" and missed the legroom...."

Contras: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

Contras: "There were no self check in kiosk, only 3 people working to serve 50 took over and hour"

Contras: "Bread could be more defrost or warm. But cold bread seems a common thing on airlines."

Contras: "I'm a senior citizen trying to stretch funds to travel -- paying extra for an early seat assignment is not in my budget. Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra."
Prós: "Flight on time, good crew, got a direct gate position at FRA."
Contras: "Legroom in Club Europe is poor, seating in the front rows should not have been densified so much."

Contras: "Flight was operated by Qatar Airways due to strike of some BA union. Aircraft was old and seats not very comfortable. Boarding process was a bit haphazard. (No row-by-row boarding). Even though it was an international flight, there was just a plain sandwich for food."
Contras: "Seating in Business Class is not satisfactory. Compared to Virgin, American and Delta, it is sadly lacking. No shelf to put water, book, etc. lighting not good and footrests aren't easily worked."
Prós: "Quick, smooth flight"

They offered to move me and my son, but we had settled in and so decided to decline the offer."

Prós: "checking in was endless. boarding was fine. seat was tiny and uncomfortable. food and drink were ok. all in all pretty ordinary."

Contras: "Very long bus ride from T5 to the Boeing 777, which seemed a little "tired". Seat in Economy Plus showed evidence of previous spillages, screen was smaller than I recall on previous flights."

We were delayed leaving Berlin, which made us delayed getting to London, they rescheduled us, delayed leaving London (we paid for direct route to Dallas, we were rerouted to Chicago), delayed getting into Chicago, missed flight to Dallas, had to stay in chicago overnight, delayed leaving Chicago, arrived in Dallas 23 hours after supposed to be home."
Contras: "That it wasn't even Finnair but that's how it was sold to us, that we paid for direct route, but we weee sent to another city and had more legs on flight."
Contras: "Plane was late boarding, updates were not prompt."
Prós: "I'm sure there was something but nothing comes to mind."
Contras: "Lack of assistance regarding my missing belongings. Incorrect information relating to landing card to be completed when arriving in London. Stretching over me to pass food etc to passenger sitting facing other direction, and literally millimetres from my face, without any politeness having to do it. Configuration gives no privacy as you look at the passenger next to you. Functions of chair did not work. Pillow was thinner Than a piece of paper. Crew showed no concern."

I was also refused ice for my warm coke zero (since they didn't have any to buy I thought I'd ask for some for the one I had bought in the airport). Shocking!"
Prós: "First time I have used assisted travel for myself and husband and it made a huge distance Flight was very good with excellent service in club class"
