Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

For over five hours I tried to use the restroom and she kept yelling at me to sit back in my seat, in spite the fact that several other people were using the restroom and several other people were up and moving about, she singled me out and wouldn't let me get up without harassing me. Eventually I appealed to another one of the flight crew who allowed me to urinate, but it was over five hours I had to pee and was inexplicably not allowed to."

Prós: "The head fligh attendant was very nice and welcoming and informative she personally took care of our carry on to put in the check in..."
Contras: "I was not able to buy from the duty free discounted offers on the plane. The discounted shopping panflet was not on my LA/Zurich flight.... so I didn't see it and did not buy then.... And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Prós: "non stop food was a great distraction from being on plane so long. Loved blanket and pillow and having own TV. Service was constant and the crew were so wonderful! I would be delighted to fly swiss air again."

We waited about an hour outside the aerport building after boarding by the gate waiting to board the plane. the plane wasnt there yet.... It was freezing, 8 degree Celsius, barely chairs to sit, no staff to ask question, no screen with information.... The plane arrived, after about forty fives minutes wait there, and until it was emptied, passengers, suitcases.... only then we allowed on board. there was there babies, and older people, besides of the rest of the passengers. it took me over an hour to recover from the freeze. It was a disaster. I don't understand how the airport crew decided to do boarding by the gate forty five minutes before the plane landed. would love to hear a reply from you. i will send this message to PAPHOS INTL AIRPORT as well.
Boarding lanes should have been better organised..as it always becomes a free for all..
great airline - puts others to shame
The flight was first class the experience on landing in Edinburgh was not Crammed into a bus and held on tarmac for 15 minutes followed by just under 1 hour to clear passport control Only one flight at that time Disappointing!!!

Smooth process, great in flight crew you wouldn’t want to travel more than 3.5 hrs with them as the seats are slightly hard

Contras: "Last minute gate changes at Heraklion meant lots of confusion & frustration plus late departure. Edinburgh airport is a joke since its recent upgrades, plane sent to wrong bay caused delays getting off then baggage handlers are slow beyond useless, seem to think they are doing everyone a big favour & will do things when it suits them. No help or information from airport staff who promptly vanished at the 1st sign of trouble. Edinburgh airport really needs to have a long hard look at itself."
Contras: "Timing and space"
Prós: "Crew were polite, better than on the outward flight from Paris CDG to Leeds, but seemed more interested in chatting to each other than to reassure passengers about the long delays. Once underway, the flight progressed well."
Contras: "When a 30 minute delay was announced (13.45 instead of 13.15), I was fairly philosophical. However, we didn't board until 13.45. Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again."
Prós: "The convenience of the route"
Contras: "The thumping 'music' as we boarded, the over-jolly announcements which treated the passengers as if they were all mentally deficient or poorly educated. The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again."
Prós: "I actually found the seat quite comfortable, compared with other low-cost airlines. I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner"

Voo bastante tranquilo, bastante confortável para companhia low cost. Em Paris no entanto, uma funcionária dificultou bastante o acesso relativamente a bagagem de mao, quando na vinda nunca houve qualquer tipo de objeção ( levava uma mochila com as dimensões adequadas e uma pequena mala a tira colo, sendo esta que referia não poder ir!)

Voo impecável. Houve uma senhora que se sentiu mal, com ataques de pânico. Podiam ter levado para uma área do avião mais confortável mas não sei se há. Um dos tripulantes nao a largou e cuidou dela e do bebé, foi super!
Voo cancelado e sem possibilidade de reprogramação em até 48 hs.
Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.
Nos últimos tempo tenho viajado na companhia easyjet, tem sido uma ótima escolha para os meus destinos !

Fortunately, we all got a seat in the end, but my family of 5 was scattered all over the plane, with 3 of us in the exit isle, which would have been great if our kids weren't all < 12."

Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.
Atrasado, equipe antes do embarque mal educada
Tudo normal, não vejo a necessidade de de fazer um novo checkpoint quando não se tem malas de porão.

O voo atrasou uma hora e não houve compensação pelo facto. Fizeram o embarque meia hora antes e ficamos em pé à espera em fila em cima uns dos outros A tripulação de bordo apenas se preocupa em vender Pedi para por por uma garrafa de plastico no inicio do voo, a assistente mandou me esperar e some recolheu a mesma no fim do vending todo As janelas estavam imundas Enfim, uma companhia a não utilizar novamente
Pelos menos servirem uma água ou café
Comprei os bilhetes pelo site kiwi. Não entregaram os bilhetes pelo email. A ryanair criou dificuldades para emitir no aeroporto. As poltronas são muito apertadas. Sou alto. Foi um sofrimento a viagem. Ryanair nunca mais

Prós: "Crew was helpful."
Contras: "On the check in process we fell force to pay for our seats, we bought the tickets (my wife and myself) in the same transaction and paid with the same card, the check in was made from the app, both at the same and they put us apart (row 6 and row 33) when in both cases were free seats next to us."

Contras: "Width of seats was far to small, the seats covers are dated and gruby, the queing process for standard and fast track was a shambles. Checking in was slow due to there being only 1 desk open for a full flight."
Prós: "The crew was kind and respectful."
Contras: "Ryanair hides a lot of hidden costs and inabilities through their site. I had to pay extra for the luggage that I didn't know about."

Prós: "Cabin crew very good, lovely flights out and back but food sparse. Lots in the in flight magazine but seemingly little on board. I was v hungry!! Mr O'Leary, love the cheap flights and booking system fine but you could make more money from better food options. Pity."
Contras: "Much waiting in line for most of an hour bofore gate opens and incredibly slow inflight food service"
Prós: "Quickness with the site. Easy to use"
Contras: "1) my first issue is that my card was charged 2x before having to run it a 3rd time to guarantee my flight. I guess Kayak and Ryanair do not communicate as easily as other carriers. 2) I was charged $50 Euro at the counter for NOT checking in. I attempted to check in numerous times, but it was not allowing me to check in. I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?"
Contras: "Late, dirty and not properly stocked..."

Contras: "Detestei o atraso de 1h20min, não gostei dos atendentes e nem da falta de profissionalismo. péssima empresa, não recomendo a ninguem. pouco espaço entre as poltronas, confusão e falta de respeito no embarque, sem contar que trocaram o portão de embarque 3 vezes e a região do portão 1 vez, de S para U, tudo isso de ultima hora e sem comunicação no alto falante do aeroporto."
