Prós: My flight was missed due to immigration taking almost 3 hours to get through the line. Delta went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get to my destination on a later flight as comfortable as possible.
Contras: Maybe not traveling through Atlanta if there is immigration clearance involved. I was really slow.

Contras: Weather delayed the flight by around 4 hours. Crew at the airport were clearly stressed and took it out on stressed passengers. You had to ask for everything rather than the crew proactively doing things to make people comfortable (regular updates, food vouchers, going around making sure people are comfortable). Captain on plane was good. Crew on plane was ok, more socializaing with each other rather than being proactively helpful.
Prós: There was a problem with the aircraft in the middle of boarding, so the gate agent delayed boarding so that we wouldn't have to stay in the cold.
Contras: Plane was tight. Over an hour late. Bags didn't arrive.

Contras: Seats were not comfortable at all. My back was aching by the end of the flight. The power outlet under the seat would have been great, had it been working.

Contras: Touch screen could be a bit better. Sometimes I had to press to hard that I feel can bother a passenger that is in the seat in front of me.

Contras: I’m surprised by now that British airways don’t provide any food for children onboard. A cheese and mushroom toastier is not exactly child friendly
Prós: It was easy to get on and off. The crew were well drilled in the art of moving people on
Contras: BA like others charge a premium for using them over easyJet and the like. I take offence to paying £350 for a ticket and hen having to buy a sandwich. If you want to be like low cost airlines, then have the same pricing structure. BA = Rip off.
Prós: Can’t complain having a whole row for myself in such a long flight and amazing crew
Contras: The breakfast croissant filling was disgusting!
Prós: Nice plane, newer model.
Contras: The ability to control air flow was available on every other row. We were unlucky to be in an off row and it was very uncomfortable. Fortunately my wife was able to move to the window seat where it was cooler. The athletic team on board made disembarking a bigger challenge than necessary.

Contras: My flight from Chicago was two hours late and that's why I missed the flight from Atlanta to Buenos Aires. No one helped and did not know that the flight was delayed and I had to find a place to sleep. I'm not satisfied with the experience and I have not yet arrived in Argentina because of the whole

Contras: I upgraded my seat and I couldn't even recline it. 6 hours in an upright position. If I would if know this I wouldn't of upgraded to that seat I actually would like a refund in this as well. Waste is money
