Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.

No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Contras: "Swiss generally should be more helpful/accommodating with transfers - especially at mammoth airports like Zurich. We had 10 minutes to transfer - and my mother requested wheelchair support, which never came. Just a disaster in that regard."

Contras: "Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future."

Prós: "The airplane was cool and the time for arriving was correct as well as easy to check in. The pilot was good and they told us who won on the World Cup tournament I liked that. There was a younger crew memeber she was reaaally nice."
Contras: "I asked when i got my ticket for a window seat and he said he gave me one but he did not in the two flights I got. I requested the crew for a window seat if possible since I had been feelin nauseated, it did not help that the guy sitting next to me had a really bad breat and smelled bad. They offered me a sit in the middle of the plane, that did not work well because I was feeling sick, being in between a big guy and a bigger lady was not going to help at all. There was an older crew member and she seemed to be kinda discussed with the trash even though she was using gloves. Food was ok but not the best. To top it off I told them that the headphones connection wasn’t working and they only brought me a pair of new headphones. I tried mine and they didn’t worked, so the whole 8 hrs of flight I was watching movies with sound only from on side. They didn’t even bother, I guess cuz I am economy? Not sure I did see some free chairs in the lanes between economy and first class but they didn’t even suggested that so I decided to suck it up and sit on my assigned chair. The bathrooms where dirty and smelled reaaally bad from the beginning that really was disgusting to be honest. I can let go many things but not that. I had to help the passenger sitting next to me cuz he didn’t know how to do anything and didn’t speak English, he was an older man, with signs I was able to show him how an airplane works. I never complain about flights but this one was tooo many little things. Oh and what about an international flight where I have to pay for a second bag! Really? I did it on my way to Europe and I thought I payed both and then I had to do it again. Whatever money I thought I could save was a lie because I ended up paying a lot more adding the bags and additional transportation for home based on the airports. I am not satisfied at all with the flight experience"

Contras: "Rather than boarding economy passengers by row number, there is a free-for-all at the gate, and tedious blockage in the aisles as passengers wait for others to place carry-on luggage. More leg-room than United, but still a bit crowded for tall people. VERY BAD DESIGN of arm-rests, which do not go up all the way into the seat but instead jut out at an angle."

Contras: "For 9 hr flight the space between the seats in economy class was way too small. Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."

Contras: "There were quite a lot of in-flight announcements by the flight crew - which disrupted the in-flight entertainment and irritated the little ones. The garbage dispenser in the bathroom seemed a bit small for the task."

We waited for a while for late passengers to board, which seemed strange, given that last time when Swiss made me miss my transfer, the next plane left without me when delaying takeoff would not have been necessary at all. After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

o voo de conexão foi atrasado em 6 horas e com isso perdi o voo internacional. Fiquei 28 horas no aeroporto de Atlanta , me colocaram em um outro voo para Miami para tentar pegar um voo para sp de lá porém o voo deu pane elétrica e tive que ficar em Atlanta. No voo para SP o entretenimento de bordo não funcionou. Demorei 53 horas em um percurso que deveria de 12 horas. Foi péssimo 0 assistência 0 Paciência
O voo era 13 hrs Atrasou para 14:50 E fomos finalmente voar às 17:36 Perdi minha conexão de Atlanta para sp e estou sem suporte

Só consegui ser realocada em outro vôo da Gol para os Estados Unidos no dia seguinte, Tive que sair do aeroporto SantosDumond no Rio para Brasília em 19/dez à noite para só pegar outro voo no dia 20//dez pela manhã. Todas as despesas de hotel, alimentação e transporte em Brasília foram custeadas por mim. Não recomendo comprar passagens internacionais pela Decolar.com. Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

I dont fly as often, the seats space seems to be getting smaller. 5. I sat next an overweight person. I didn't like my personal space violated. 6. The flight offer movies, I slept. Yet kept getting elbowed by this overweight neighbor. 7. I am a single, independent person. I prefer to sit near the front. First on and settled and 1st off and gone!"

The rest of us got these sad bag of pretzels and cheesey snacks. So sad. Why wouldn't Delta offer the same snacks to everyone? Seems like such a small additional cost compared to such an offensive action. The money you save is certainly lost in bad publicity."

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)
A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!

O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...
Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Prós: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Contras: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Contras: "Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Contras: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Prós: "Only the speed of the flight. The seat was terrible! No pitch, no room, squeezed in like sardines. The crew spent most of their time hawking BA products. Embarrassing."

The only good part of the flight was that the pilot provided a smooth and quick (thankfully, because the rest was pretty miserable) time in the air. BA has become worse than Ryanair."

Prós: "Heathrow terminal 5 is modern, clean and efficient. The BA 787 Dreamliner is the best and the crew were professional all throughout the journey."
Contras: "I would avoid flying into Newark internationally if I have the option next time. Besides from the obvious that the airport is outdated, it is totally understaffed. There were about a staff of four directing international travelers at Passport Control and they were impolite which created a stressful and unwelcoming experience. The second issue I experienced was at baggage claim. Due to some issue I didn’t personally experienced, non-US passport holders experienced major delays entering the country. This resulted in hundreds of luggage that were left unclaimed from a previous flight still on the carousel. There was only two airport staff at this area so people from the BA flight had to take these the bags off the carousel inorder to make space for our flights bags to fit. It’s was totally chaotic and easily avoidable if there were more airport staff managing this area. This international airport is a national embarrassment, and if you’re a foreign traveler, I would highly discourage you from flying into Newark."

If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. Seat my not go back."

The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"
